The best builds in Season 11 of Diablo 4 for all classes in endgame can be found in our tier list. MeinMMO explains the builds and provides links to recreate them.
Which is the best class in Season 11? Currently, all six classes have at least one build in the S-Tier. Some builds that performed strongly in Season 10, such as the Shadowblight Necromancer or Pulverize Druid, can also be found there. Due to new unique items, there are also entirely new builds, such as the “Golem Necromancer”.
This is how we created the list
In particular, the assessments of the experts from maxroll.gg are important for our ranking. Our own experience, as well as the opinion of Barbarian expert and Build-Theorycrafter Rob, also contribute to it. You can find his data in his Google Doc.
The list is expected to change several times in the coming weeks, especially when it is clear how the new uniques and the “divine powers” in Season 11 will actually influence the builds.
Our tier list includes all endgame activities for Diablo 4, with the Pit serving as a benchmark. For PvP, speed-grinds, and leveling builds, the builds may not always be the best choice. Please note that the displayed builds include runes from Vessel of Hatred.
What does “S” to “F” mean? In the tier list, builds are categorized by letters. In this case, “S” stands for the best builds, while “F” denotes the weakest.

More information about the builds in the S-Tier
Companion Druid: With the Companion build, you will take down your enemies with an army of animal companions as a Druid. The ravens are at the center of the build and are also very strong in Season 11, thanks in part to the Unique “Blackwing Kilt”. The build is particularly effective against single targets and bosses but is not well-suited for speed farming due to cooldowns and a small radius for area damage.
Leap Strike Barbarian: Your Leap Strike skill will accompany you from the very first level to the endgame and is suitable for any content in the game. The build primarily relies on the Unique “Hooves of the Mountain God” that was introduced in Season 9 to boost your base skills.
Pulverize Druid: The Pulverize build is excellent for speed farming because it combines massive area damage with a simple playstyle. The combination of Pulverize and the legendary Shockwave aspect ensures that your damage explodes in a large, cone-shaped area in front of you. You obtain and enhance the aspect through drops from legendary items.
“Beast Strike” Spiritborn: The focus of the build is on the Jaguar skill of the Jaguar Hall, which increases your damage when you deal direct damage with a Jaguar skill. The build is an all-rounder for all content and quality levels.
Evade Spiritborn: With the Evade build for the Spiritborn, you primarily focus on evading while throwing feathers around you that completely shred enemies. After the release of the Spiritborn class the Evade build was completely OP and got nerfed but is still very strong.
Heartseeker Rogue: You focus everything on the base skill “Heartseeker”, which provides fast gameplay and excels against single targets as well as against groups of monsters. The Unique “Splitter Verathiels” is particularly important for the build, as this one-handed sword provides a massive damage buff for your base skills.
Flurry Rogue: The Flurry build of the Rogue is a melee build that is suitable for all activities in Diablo 4 due to its mobility and area damage. The Unique “Mask of Nirmitruq” ensures that you can almost spam the Flurry skill.
Death Trap Rogue: With this build, you focus entirely on the ultimate skill “Death Trap” and create massive damage as a result. A major advantage of this build is the ability to spam the ultimate (through cooldown reduction) and the ability to pull enemies together.
Blood Wave Necromancer: The unique leg armor “Kessime’s Legacy” ensures that two Blood Waves flow sideways towards you, pulling in enemies before exploding for high damage. This damage is increased each time an enemy is hit by a wave. You play this build entirely without minions.
Shadowblight Necromancer: The build is based on the central passive skill “Shadowblight”, which infects enemies with shadow damage. You can play the build as early as the endgame since it doesn’t require uniques to function. A unique that is worthwhile for the build is the amulet “Ebenstecher”. It ensures that “Pest” also fires 4 smaller projectiles that pierce enemies and deal damage over time.
“Crackling Energy” Sorceress: The core of the build is the unique amulet “Esadora’s Overflowing Cameo” and focuses on “Crackling Energy”. To generate it, you primarily use the Charged Bolt skill. With the Mythic Unique “Ring of the Starless Sky”, the build becomes even stronger due to the mana cost reduction.

In the new season, some builds will rely on unique items. Season 11 will also bring new uniques for all classes into the game, but no new mythic uniques. However, with a new seasonal feature, you can enchant your gear in unpredictable ways and give it random effects. And with a bit of luck, you can even grant a mythic power to an item: A new feature for Diablo 4 can give you the absolute jackpot if the gods will it
