“Water Troubles” is a quest in ARC Raiders that you receive from Celeste. To complete it, you need to take a water sample. We will explain how and where you can do this in the guide.
What do you need to do for the quest? When you receive the quest from Celeste, you must go to the dam battlefields. There, you need to find access to a tunnel and take a sample of the contaminated water.

Flood Tunnel Location – Here you find the entrance
Once you are at the dam battlefields, you should travel to the “Red Lakes” balcony in the southeast of the map. From there, you can follow the wall and should find the entrance northwest near the control tower.

Take Water Sample and Complete the Quest
Go through the entrance and follow the corridor as far as you can straight ahead. Keep left and continue until you arrive in a room. To the left, in front of another tunnel with a hose, you will reach the spot where you can take the water sample:
Pocket the sample, and the quest is automatically completed. You do not need to extract safely for success, as a proper item lands in your inventory here. So do not worry if you do not survive the match afterwards.
