In Final Fantasy XIV, there are over 200 mounts. For many, just like in most MMORPGs, you need a group to farm. MeinMMO introduces you to 5 cool mounts that you can obtain alone.
Why can you farm these mounts without a group? Final Fantasy XIV allows you to conquer the old content with the “No Restrictions” feature also alone. With this feature, you are not dependent on a group to complete the trials and raids.
Some special dungeons can be entered with a group of 1 to 4 players. These dungeons are scaled to the number of players and can thus be excellently completed alone.
What do you need to farm the mounts? Some of these mounts require a boss fight. Therefore, you should have at least one job at level 100 and the corresponding equipment. Furthermore, you should have unlocked the unstable vaults “Aloalo” and “The Rokkon” from Endwalker as well as the “Heavensward” from Stormblood.
Gob-Stomper
Description: Summon your stomper, a steam-powered war machine of the infamous Indigo Hand.
Requirement: A level 100 job and you must have completed the main scenario of Heavensward.
How do I get the Gob-Stomper? The Gob-Stomper is a guaranteed drop from the fourth epic Alexander raid “The Father’s Last (Epic)”. With a level 100 job and appropriate gear, the raid is very manageable alone with the “No Restrictions” setting.
Tips for the fight: Save your strongest abilities for the last leg. If you do not destroy it within a few seconds, you will be knocked out by a mechanic and lose the fight.
