For a stylish transmog set from WoW, you don’t have to pay extra. The standard version of Shadowlands is enough. Is this a bug or a feature?
A few days ago, players of World of Warcraft discovered that they can obtain the “Ensemble: Robes of the Eternal Traveler” set, even though they have not pre-ordered either the “Heroic” or the “Epic” edition of WoW: Shadowlands.
Instead, it is sufficient for WoW players to have pre-ordered the Base Edition. Then they can simply get the set from another player.
How does this work? If you have pre-ordered the Base Edition, you just need to find another player who owns the Heroic or Epic Edition and ask them to summon the mount Enchanted Everbloom to summon the quest giver Xolartios. From this character, you can accept the quest for the set of the Eternal Traveler, even without owning the mount yourself!

What does this mean? In simple terms, this is good news for everyone who wanted the transmog set but did not want to buy the Heroic or Epic Edition of Shadowlands. They can also obtain the transmog set if they have the Base Edition and therefore do not have to pre-order any of the other versions.
Blizzard says: This is intended
Bug or feature? In the official forum, Blizzard explained that this is a feature and not a bug. It is intended for players with the mount to provide the quest giver to other players.
However, there are many players who doubt Blizzard’s words here or even accuse the game developer of deliberate deception. Many believe that this is a bug and that Blizzard is now unable to reverse this since the damage is already too great.
Some have said they only bought the Heroic Edition because of the transmog set. Since this is only advertised from the Heroic Edition, they feel misled and want their money back.
