In WoW: Forever, you can expect some very time-consuming journeys. An addon that saves you unnecessary trips to the trainer saves precious time.
After every level-up in WoW: Forever, a visit to the class trainer is theoretically in order. However, in practice, the trip isn’t always worth it. The new skills and level upgrades can be quite costly in silver or even gold, which you first need to have. Various skills are only somewhat useful while leveling.
Ideally, you should only head to the trainer when there’s at least one important lesson waiting for you that you can afford to pay for. The addon “What’s Training?” tells you in a new tab in the spellbook whether this ideal situation is currently met.
Specifically, you can see on the page which skills and level upgrades are currently available, their costs, and which lessons will be available soon (i.e., with the next level-up). Additionally, a list clearly shows how many level-ups you still need to wait for a particularly essential skill.
In addition to the core functions, “What’s Training?” also provides another important piece of information: Where can I learn additional weapon skills available for my class with my character? The trainers for various weapon skills are distributed among the different capital cities. This means you can’t learn everything in one place. This also spares you the hassle of searching and saves you time.
