This is the topic: Long before the release, Elden Ring was in 2nd place among the most anticipated games on Steam. On launch day, over 750,000 people played the new game from developer FromSoftware simultaneously.
It received an astounding 97 points on Metacritic and dominated Twitch, although there were ongoing complaints about performance issues.
Elden Ring belongs to the so-called “SoulsBorne” games, meaning games that work similarly to the popular titles Dark Souls and Bloodborne.
