At the Summer Game Fest, there were new insights into Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. This time, gameplay is shown with a walkthrough through an entire level in the campaign. What can be seen?
After a short, cinematic cutscene, a special team enters a platform at sea to clear it from enemies. As typical for the series, the video smoothly transitions into gameplay and the player takes control of one of the soldiers.
The team around the famous Soap moves quietly and closely on the oil platform, taking out enemies piece by piece. Modern, but not futuristic weapons as well as devices like flashbangs and explosives are used to open doors. However, the interface is completely missing.
