This is Drakania: She is a warrior who uses a sword in combat and can harness lightning. She draws on the power of dragons, which is evident in the animations of her abilities.
During many attacks, dragon wings made of lightning appear on her back, which she also uses for a short dash in the air. One of her ranged attacks is also a lightning dragon that flies toward her enemies.
