In Valorant, agents Killjoy and Sage can combine their skills through a glitch, creating an ultimate “human tower”. This creates unfair advantages and should be fixed quickly.
What is this glitch? When Killjoy sets up her turret, Sage can raise her ice wall on the turret. If you jump onto the resulting wall, you will be pushed to unreachable heights.
The trick with the ice wall as a climbing aid has been in the game for a long time and is definitely intended that way. However, with the extra height bonus from the turret, you can reach places that were never intended for this.
Glitch with Sage and Killjoy leads to unfair kills
Why this is problematic: On some maps, especially on the new map Ascent, players can use this glitch to fire at their opponents shortly after the game starts. With the height advantage and the unexpected shooting angle, you can mow down the enemy with the weapon.
Resistance is hardly possible here and the glitch undermines the gameplay intended by the map design. Instead of fighting through the alleys and streets of the map, players simply glitch to unreachable places and distribute headshots. So be especially careful in Ascent when you start the game.
What are the developers doing? This is really unfair and not intended by the developers. Therefore, the Sage-Killjoy glitch is likely already at the top of the list of issues to be fixed by the developers. The next patch 1.7 is expected in about a week. But perhaps the developers will implement a hotfix in the meantime to address this glitch.
Since this is clearly an unfair exploit, you should not perform this action. It is unfair to the opponents and exploiting such glitches could lead to consequences in the form of a ban.
The glitch with Sage’s wall is not the only problem that the new agent Killjoy brings to the game. Previously, the German engineer had a nasty exploit. She could place her turret in certain spots under the map, from where it would continually shoot at opponents and they could hardly do anything about it.
