How to Redeem Codes and Issues with Codes
How do I redeem the codes? After the tutorial, you will unlock the menu where you can also find the window to enter the codes. Follow these steps:
- Start the game on PC or your mobile device
- Click on the “Menu” option in the upper right corner
- Scroll down to the “Enter Code” button
- Enter or paste your code after you’ve copied it
- Press “OK”
If your code is valid, you should receive the rewards hidden behind it.
Why is my code not working? If your code is not working, it may be that you have redeemed it in the past. Some codes are only active in specific countries, so your code might only work in other countries.
Also, be careful of typos, such as confusing 0 and O, and it’s better to be safe by copying your code and pasting it into the field.
