You have just started with Throne and Liberty and are looking for a German guide for a build that will serve you well after the leveling phase in the role of healer and supporter? MeinMMO has a strong recommendation for you!
We had already recommended a beginner build for the leveling phase in Throne and Liberty that focuses on one-handed sword, shield, and two-handed sword. But what if you are looking for strong build recommendations for the specific roles of tank, healer, or damage dealer?
Well, then you are in the right place! Below, we present to you a build for aspiring healers. Build suggestions for tanks and offensive natures can be found in the following articles:
All builds rely on strong weapon combinations and excel particularly in PvE challenges for groups such as dungeons and raids.
Here you can see the launch trailer of Throne and Liberty:
Build for Healer / Supporter
If you are trying your hand as a healer in Throne and Liberty for the first time, we recommend the weapon combination of wand and book plus bow (specialization: seeker).
Advantages of the build:
- Reliable healing
- Removal of annoying control effects
- Diverse group buffs for hit chance, crit chance, mana regeneration, and cooldown reduction
Disadvantages of the build:
- Low damage
- Low mobility
How to Increase Your Values
The two most important values for this support build are wisdom and agility.
- Your goal should be to reach 50 points in wisdom in the long term to activate the cooldown speed bonus.
- Otherwise, increase your dexterity as high as possible.
- Some points in strength may be reasonable if you want to build more health points to enhance your survivability.
Selection of Active Skills
Use the following active skills with the specified improvements:
- Defense: Chaos Shield
- Breeze of Despair (with effect duration)
- Corrupted Magic Circle (with Touch of Decay and Additional Damage)
- Determined Precision Shot (with charge time)
- Time for Punishment (with effect duration)
- Fountain of Life (with all three bonuses)
- Curse Explosion (with all three bonuses)
- Quick Healing (with healing transfer and successive use)
- Deadly Mark
- Clay’s Redemption
- Healing Touch (with Additional Health Recovery and Reduced Mana Cost)
- Unyielding Wall (with Target Expansion)
- Blessing of Nature
Selection of Passive Skills
Up to eight passive skills can be activated at level 50. Here is our recommendation:
- Devotion and Void
- Noble Revival
- Spirit Lure
- Vampiric Contract
- Selfless Soul
- Sense of the Marksman
- Roxie’s Arrow Tip
- Blessing of the Earth
How to Upgrade Your Skills
During the leveling phase, you can upgrade your skills with growth books. Prioritize the skills as follows, upgrading the mentioned abilities to blue first before focusing on the purple levels:
- Quick Healing
- Clay’s Redemption
- Blessing of Nature
- Unyielding Wall
- Breeze of Despair
- Curse Explosion
- Corrupted Magic Circle
- Healing Touch
- Time for Punishment
- Spirit Lure
All other skills you use can then be upgraded as you like.
Gameplay for Boss Fights
As a healer and supporter, your gameplay heavily depends on the course of the battle. Use Quick Healing and Healing Touch to heal a single, injured target. You will counter group damage with Clay’s Redemption => Fountain of Life => Blessing of Nature. Incoming, dangerous group damage can be countered with Unyielding Wall.
If you do not need to heal, switch to your damage rotation. Your number one priority is to stack three debuff stacks through Breeze of Despair, interspersing Corrupted Magic Circle before the third Breeze of Despair. Your goal is to deal maximum damage with the subsequent Curse Explosion.
Your other offensive abilities such as Deadly Mark, Time for Punishment, and Determined Precision Shot complement this style of play.
That’s it, our build recommendation for the role of healer in Throne and Liberty. What builds are you currently enjoying? If you want to experiment a bit with skills and upgrades, check this out: Skill Builder – Where can I create builds for Throne and Liberty or find builds from players?
