The bosses are the heart of various Souls games. They challenge players and push them to their limits. In the DLC of Elden Ring, there are many bosses, but one of them is considered the worst.
Who is the worst boss from the DLC? On Reddit, players gathered to crown the worst bosses from the DLC. Up to 42 bosses exist in the Elden Ring DLC. While many should now be guessing the final boss or Messmer, it is actually just an optional boss that you can even skillfully ignore.
In fact, a large part of the community had a problem with Senessax, the Ancient Dragon, who resides on the Blade Peak. This beast is nothing more than a boss known even from the base game of Elden Ring and although you should know him and his movesets, FromSoftware has tricked it to make it even harder. We will show you why he rightfully is an unfair and malicious boss.
“I wish he didn’t exist”
Why is Senessax so bad? Senessax can be found inside the Blade Peak. He sleeps in a lake until you disturb him. It doesn’t sound too bad at first, but Ancient Dragons can use special summons in Elden Ring and generate red lightning.
This red lightning is already deadly enough, but with the lake where you have to fight the dragon, the dragon’s lightning gains a greater range, making dodging a nightmare.
Many users voice their frustration and reveal that they cannot stand dragons like Senessax:

However, there were also other bosses that drove players to their last nerve.

- The Lion Dancer in the ruins of Rauh who can kill you instantly with his death plague
- Commander Gaius, the legless knight on his wild boar
- The second phase of the final boss
And as if that wasn’t enough, even the Lion Knights in Belurat have been cursed. These beasts have way too much balance, and their frost and lightning attacks are so unfair that many players have died more to these knights than to actual bosses.
