In The Division, agents are reporting a problem with an ECHO in Tenderloin: It cannot be collected and does not appear in the recon data.
An ECHO in Tenderloin, which is located at the very south of the area, currently poses a puzzle for many agents: It can be analyzed and activated so that the hologram can be recognized, but it cannot be collected – and thus no XP can be gained from it.Some users report on reddit that the ECHO does not appear in the recon data after activation. Others, however, report that the entry in the data has occurred for them, but the symbol for the ECHO is still shown on the map. Some agents, however, have no problems at all. So far, there has been no statement from Ubisoft.
Below is a video that shows that the ECHO is activated but cannot be collected:
Some agents are complaining about other ECHOs that cannot be collected. The ECHO in Tenderloin seems to cause problems the most. Also for the reason that all ECHOs must be collected for a trophy or an achievement, this bug is a major annoyance for many agents.
Have you encountered any problems with the ECHOs in The Division?
