This evening marks the start of the first beta test of Valorant, the new tactical shooter from Riot Games. Will you be playing the new game that has already generated so much hype?
Here’s the deal: The new big shooter Valorant from the LoL developer Riot is currently being praised by several streamers and pro gamers. Pro Psalm is even ending his Fortnite career for it.
Today, on April 7th at 2:00 PM, the shooter began its first beta test, but participation does not take place through the usual registration on a site, as is often the case with beta tests. Instead, the developer Riot organized a streaming fireworks display and is happily setting it off.
Getting keys on Twitch
How do you get a beta key? The keys for beta access are obtained by watching Valorant streams on Twitch. However, not every channel offers a chance for codes. The beta codes are distributed via Twitch drops in the channels of selected streamers to viewers.
If you want to participate in the beta, you’ll need to check out the streams. There are over 30 well-known German and English-speaking streamers who will demonstrate the shooter live and provide the first insights into the game.
