Jafar was the seemingly loyal advisor of the Sultan. In truth, he sought for many years a way to seize power for himself. He is not only intelligent and unscrupulous but also a skilled magician.
His ability to transform himself or others is especially effective. And his hypnotizing cobra staff is extremely useful as well.
Jafar only became truly dangerous when he finally acquired the lamp after a long search. With his second wish, he made himself the “most powerful sorcerer in the world.” This granted him various magical abilities, such as summoning objects, breathing fire, and levitation.
Unfortunately, he was quickly outsmarted and became a genie himself. In theory, Jafar is therefore extremely powerful. Unfortunately, he cannot use his power freely and thus only ranks 7th on this list.
