Regarding the still little-known upcoming MMORPG from Riot Games’ MOBA League of Legends, there are new statements from the lead developer. He made it clear via Twitter that they do not want to please everyone and are willing to make controversial design decisions, which certainly will not please all players.
What was said? Greg “Ghostwalker” Street is the project lead for the upcoming, still unknown LoL MMORPG that Riot Games is currently developing. In a tweet, Street was unusually bold for a developer. Instead of presenting and praising upcoming features, he stated that the game might not be the game some fans would want.
One thing I can say about the “unannounced” MMORPG is that you will not love all the features in it. We will make some decisions that you might not agree with. Players want different things in their games. That’s okay. Some of you may not like the game at all. That’s okay too.

What kind of game is this? Very little is known about the game itself so far. It is only known that the developers are looking for more members for the team and that a former developer of Guild Wars 1 and 2 is involved in the LoL MMORPG.
Since the LoL MMO project is still quite young, a release is unlikely to happen anytime soon. However, we hope to hear more good news about the planned design decisions.
