In Pokémon GO kicks off the worldwide Sinnoh Tour 2024 this weekend. We will show you all the known information.
What kind of event is this? A new Pokémon GO Tour is coming: After the Kanto Tour took place in 2021, followed by the Johto Tour in 2022 and the Hoenn Tour in 2023.
In line with this, the fourth event in this series is now coming in 2024: The Sinnoh Tour.
The Sinnoh Tour comes in two parts: First, a local event in Los Angeles, followed by a global version. After the local variant has now occurred, you can find all information about the worldwide Sinnoh Tour here.

Worldwide Sinnoh Tour 2024 – Dates and Start
When is the Sinnoh Tour? On February 24 and 25, 2024, the global Sinnoh Tour will take place from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.
The local Sinnoh Tour in Los Angeles, California already took place on February 17 and 18, 2024.
Sinnoh Tour Worldwide – What’s Inside?
Do I need a ticket? Currently, you don’t need a ticket for the worldwide Sinnoh Tour.
What happens during the Sinnoh Tour? So far, the following content of the worldwide tour is known:
- The Ur forms of Dialga and Palkia are debuting in raids.
- Both come with special moves that you can use for bonuses outside of battle.
- Read more about Ur-Dialga and Ur-Palkia and their moves here.
- Dialga and Palkia also appear in raids and can be shiny.
- A special research where you need to collaborate with Team GO Rocket
- A new masterwork research that rewards you with a shiny Shaymin. This one is supposed to be more challenging than the variant available during the local GO Tour in Las Vegas.
- Using the Team Play feature, you will receive a challenge that allows you to encounter the legendary Pokémon Regigigas.
- You choose between two event teams: Diamond or Pearl. This influences bonuses and rewards.
- The Sinnoh starter Pokémon will also appear in raids, also with shiny chances
- Before the Sinnoh Tour, there will be a preparation event with legendary Pokémon: The Path to Sinnoh runs from February 19.
- Increased shiny chance for Chelast, Panflam, Plinfa, Skunkapuh, costume Pikachu in the wild
- Increased shiny chance for Hisui-Voltobal, Hisui-Baldorfish, Pachirisu, Plaudagei and Venuflibis from eggs
- On routes, you may encounter the white-lined Barschuft
What bonuses are there? The following bonuses are active:
- Half hatch distance for eggs
- Up to six special trades per day
- Half stardust cost when trading
- No remote raid limit from Friday, February 23 to Sunday, February 25

Which Pokémon will appear? In the wild, there will be rotating habitats where you can encounter various Pokémon. Here, the focus will be on Pokémon from the Sinnoh region, but you can also encounter others.

We will have to wait and see, but it is conceivable. Even at past events like tours or GO Fests, there have often been surprises that were announced at a later date.
