Which events are most worthwhile in March 2023?
This could be worth it: Even though the details of most events in March are not yet known, we can still recommend one or the other event based on experiences from recent years. Therefore, you shouldn’t miss the following:
- Catching Art Event: The one-day event promises you encounters with the fighting Pokémon Raboot and its evolutions Capoeira, Hitmonlee, and Hitmonchan. You have an increased chance of encountering them in their shiny forms, making it a must for any shiny hunter.
- Community Day in March: The Community Day is always one of the highlights of every month, especially since you can collect tons of XL candies and shinies that day. So you shouldn’t miss this day. However, which monster will be waiting for you in March is still not known at this time.
- A Daily Hero & Team GO Rocket Takeover: The event already sounds exciting because of the “Hero” in its title. It may indicate that you could encounter one or another strong monster here. This would also explain why Team Rocket will take over the game – they want to capture the monsters before you. In this context, you can look forward to new teams among the members of Team GO Rocket as well as a new legendary Shadow Pokémon from Rocket Boss Giovanni.
- Top Raids: On March 11, a top raid will also take place again. This time with the new raid bosses Regieleki and Regidrago, who will accompany you in the season “Rising Heroes”. Both are making their debut in the game in this context. So this is your chance to secure those specimens.
In addition, you can again expect a number of spotlight and raid hours, where you shouldn’t miss one or the other monster. Moreover, these events will bring you the usual bonuses when catching, evolving, and sending.

By the way, you can now secure another new Pokémon in the game. We show you how you can catch Gierspenst.
