Crimson Desert rewards your creativity. For example, one player tried out a seemingly weak weapon and defeated bosses with just one hit.
What kind of weapon is this? The beehive club can be obtained as a by-product if you shoot beehives from trees, for example, because you are eager for honeycomb and honey. At first glance, the one-handed weapon seems unimpressive with its 18 attack.
However, the strength of the club is an effect that you learn more about when examining the weapon: “A stick with a beehive on the tip. The bees are asleep inside – if you hit an opponent, they awaken and swarm out. Every successful hit awakens sleeping bees that then attack a random target.”

Sit back, the bees will handle it
How powerful is this effect? DPJ shows this in his video on YouTube. There he confronts his still weak Cliff with the heavily armored boss at the quarry Karin in the north of Hernand City.
In fact, DPJ only hits once with the beehive club. The damage to the boss is low. However, the bees swarm out of the hive and continuously harass the villain, causing it to lose more and more health until it lies defeated on the ground a few seconds later. In the meantime, DPJ just made sure that Cliff didn’t take any hits.

Unfortunately, the weapon also has a disadvantage. It has a durability of 30 and cannot be repaired. Therefore, if you want to use this trick repeatedly, you need to farm multiple beehive clubs.
Where can I farm beehive clubs? DPJ recommends a farming spot in the north of Hernand City in his video. We tried it out and indeed had the weapon in our inventory after just a few minutes.
You can find the farming site at the “Three Saints’ Falls”. The nearest fast travel teleport is just west of the quarry Karin. Near the river, you will find a row of trees in whose tops you can find beehives.
If you see a beehive, destroy it with your ranged weapon. This will cause honey, comb, and – with a bit of luck – also beehive clubs to fall to the ground. Once all the trees have been checked, teleport back to the fast travel point and reset the beehives this way. Now you can take another round.
What is not efficient: Dismantling the trees with your offensive skills. While the contents of the beehives will also land on the ground, the trees will not reappear immediately if you try to force the respawn through the fast travel point.
