ARC Raiders gives collectors a new task with the latest update: more ducks to clutter your hideout.
The rubber duck in the cover image is unfortunately a symbolic image and is not available in ARC Raiders.
What kind of player is this? In November 2025, we reported on a player who collects rubber ducks in ARC Raiders. A few weeks after release, he already had 600 of the squeaky yellow companions in his storage. But he was dissatisfied because he could only display 9 in the hideout and requested more space for the rubber ducks.
The developers reacted to the collector’s request and allowed you to clutter your base with heaps of ducks now. And thus, the journey of the duck fan really picked up speed. About a month later, just before Christmas, he had accumulated a total of 4,200 rubber ducks.
Collecting ducks enters the next phase
Why does the duck collector have a new challenge? On January 27, 2026, the update 1.13.0 was released for ARC Raiders. This did not only bring a new mode that has been harshly criticized by the community, but also a huge change for the rubber ducks:
They now come in different colors and variations with different rarity levels.
On Reddit, players have already shared the first screenshots of their new achievements. There is now a pink duck, a green version with alien eyes, a white snowboarder duck with a scarf and glasses, and many more.
If the collector wants to face the ultimate collector challenge now, he also has to collect the new ducks – because without them, his collection is incomplete. However, he has not commented on Reddit yet whether he intends to take on this challenge.
This is what the community says about the update: On Reddit, many players celebrate the duck update. One user calls them “beautiful”, another refers to the update as “breathtaking”. The expression “the biggest win since launch” is also mentioned. Over 9,000 players gave an appropriate Reddit post an upvote.
