Parasite Mutant has finally released its demo on Steam, giving a small insight into the game which is heavily inspired by a hidden gem from the 90s.

, which require players to wisely manage their energy in every round to win the battle.
What inspired Parasite Mutant? Its look and gameplay are heavily influenced by the game Parasite Eve from 1998. Parasite Eve is considered more of a hidden gem among horror games and, like Parasite Mutant, deals with mutations and turn-based combat.
Parasite Mutant adopts the style and combat system of Parasite Eve. Players can enhance the 90s feel by activating a retro and CRT filter.

What is Parasite Mutant about? In Parasite Mutant, you play as Agent Nova. She possesses telekinetic and telepathic abilities. She uses these, along with conventional weapons, to defend herself against mutants on an island. Puzzles must be solved to understand the events in the world.
You can find out if Parasite Mutant is for you, as the demo for the game is now available. In about 45 minutes, you will become familiar with a tiny part of the game.
