Each item in Palworld has its own sales value. But which one gives you the greatest profit? This question was posed by a player. For a whole 120 hours, he analyzed each individual item and came to a surprising conclusion.
What are the items in Palworld worth? That depends on different factors. All items – including weapons, armor, food, or ammunition – cost different amounts. The most expensive item in the game is, for example, the Homing Sphere Launcher.
This weapon costs 15,000 gold and can be sold for 46,000 gold. This results in a profit of 31,000 gold. At first glance, this weapon is the most profitable one. But a Reddit user wanted to know more.
He not only compared the costs and the selling price but also calculated how much labor is required for it.
Also important for the new analysis: How difficult are the raw materials needed for the respective item to find? Some resources, like ore, are easier to acquire than others. And some of the most expensive items, like the aforementioned Homing Sphere Launcher, require very rare raw materials for their production.
After 120 hours, the player knew the most valuable item
What did the analysis find? First of all, a lot of work. The user Borax_the_Mighty stated in his post on Reddit that he invested a total of 120 hours in the analysis. Just finding out the selling prices of each of the 140 items took a lot of time.
In the end, the user was surprised by the result. The item with the highest profit was, in fact, plain nails. Yes, you read that right. Nails. This item is easy to make and sells well.
How do you get nails? Nails are made from 1x iron ingot. It’s best to use an iron farm for this. From one ingot, you get 2x nails. Each nail sells for 160 gold.
The iron ingot alone would only bring 20 gold when sold. However, if you apply 30 labor, you get 2x nails at 160 each. You sell them for 320, resulting in a profit of 300 gold. That’s quite a good value.
