Red Dead Online is now live and online games are best played with friends. However, you still need to complete a few things with the random matchmaking before you can do that.
This is what you need to do before you can play with friends:
Complete the first story mission where you steal horses
Set up your first camp
From now on, you can invite friends and be in groups of up to 8 players.
In Fortnite: Battle Royale has been raging for months between the tomato heads from the Pizza Pit and the burger heads from Durrr-Burger. The fight could soon enter a new phase, according to a new leak and a cover image.
What was found? The diligent data miners from the Fortnite community have eagerly delved into the new files from Patch 6.31 in Fortnite. There, they found not only the new skins from the shop but also a hint about a possible new event and a promising image.
The new event seems to revolve around burgers. This popular fast food has long been in a bitter fight with the pizza supporters in Fortnite’s story. There was even a special game mode called Food Fight.
The data leaks and hints about the new event
Sound files for the burger event: The found clues so far are a few sound files titled “Hamburger” that likely belong to an upcoming event. You can find the music files on Twitter.
What could the sounds mean? The noises sound rather eerie and remind a bit of the sounds from the cube. Perhaps the burgers will seek the aid of dark powers and other dimensions in their war against pizza?
Does all of this have something to do with the mysterious Butterfly event for Halloween? At least the burgers should slowly strike back, as they have been on the defensive since the start of the conflict.
Lost skin related to burgers: Another hint about a burger event is a skin named “Onesie”. It features a woman in a burger onesie. The skin was leaked weeks ago but then disappeared from the files and never made it to the shop. Now “Onesie” is back, appearing in the final cover image of Season 6. This is certainly not a coincidence.
When will the event come? If there really is an event about burgers in Fortnite, then the time between Season 6 and 7 would be a good opportunity. This way, the content gap between the seasons would be well filled. However, the burgers could also be an essential part of the theme of Season 7.
The history of the fast-food war
The burger shop Durrr-Burger and the pizza chain Pizza Pit have been in the game since ancient times. However, with the events surrounding the rifts in Season 4, the mascots of the two restaurants disappeared and set off a series of events.
The Tomato Temple and first attacks: It began when the tomato heads from the pizza shop traveled through a rift to the past and founded the eerie Cult of the Tomato along with the temple. The tomato cultists then captured a Durrr-Burger employee and converted him to their bizarre faith.

Use grenades: If you have a 9-Bang or a Concussion Grenade, use it against Firebreak when he activates his reactor. The effect of the grenades will interrupt his skill, and you can easily shoot him then.
Shock him: If you are playing the Specialist Prophet, you can shock Firebreak with your Tempest rifle and thus interrupt him.
Blast him away: If you have a particularly powerful Specialist weapon, such as War Machine, Purifier, or Annihilator, you can take Firebreak down with one or a few hits.
Punch him in the face: The best and simplest method to stop Firebreak in his destructive work is to simply give him a few punches. Run towards him and hit him with two melee attacks. That should take care of him and stop the reactor.

The servers of Red Dead Online went live around 2:30 PM. However, Xbox users are still having trouble starting. They see “Available Soon” when they try to enter the online mode, even though they own the Ultimate Edition.
Today, the beta of Red Dead Online launched after an update became available. Early access was supposed to let all players who purchased an Ultimate Edition join the multiplayer. However, there are now issues with that. Despite players buying their Ultimate Edition, they cannot access the multiplayer of Red Dead Redemption 2 on Xbox.
Red Dead Online is live! How’s it going?
At around noon today, November 27, an update for Red Dead Redemption 2 was released. It is approximately 5.6 GB on Xbox One and PS4, so it can be downloaded quickly. While there are no patch notes yet, it is assumed that the update primarily addresses access to the online mode, Red Dead Online.
The first streams on Twitch and YouTube are already live and showing what awaits you in the online world.
You can see character editors where you can customize your game characters. Additionally, you will need to acquire a horse again in order to progress in the online world.
So far, they have only the option to observe the gameplay of PS4 users in streams. It is unclear whether all Xbox players are left out or if some users are getting in.

Update 7:59 PM: Xbox players report on Twitter from Rockstar-Intel that they can now log in successfully. The major issues seem to have been resolved.

Description of the mode: “A true test of ingenuity – Use only a bow, a handful of arrows, and/or throwing knives to be the last survivor. With a constantly shrinking play area, there is no escape.”
What makes the mode special? If the leak is to be believed, Red Dead Online is planning a Battle Royale. It will likely have various variants where you can only use specific weapons. The leak mentions throwing knives and bow and arrow. However, there may be further variants with other weapons.
The mode could also hint at weekly challenges: The leak of the playlist could also suggest that these are alternating weekly challenges. Something similar is done by Destiny with its strikes, which have weekly modifications.
In GTA Online, challenges run like this: There are playlists for different modes like races or adventures. You then play different maps with other weapons or vehicles one after the other. Weekly, different playlists provide additional bonuses.
A weekly rotation with various challenges is also possible. The mode “Make it Count” could be one of them.
Leak remains leak: As this mode and the entire playlist have not yet been officially confirmed, we cannot say with certainty that they will find their way into the game. Similarly, we cannot say if the mode’s description in the screenshot will be as it should if the leak is true.
First Beta of Red Dead Online starts today: Those who own an Ultimate Edition of Red Dead Redemption 2 can already play the beta from today, November 27. Everyone else will have to wait a bit longer. We will soon be able to experience which modes will actually be available in Red Dead Online.

Character customization better than in GTA
On Reddit, fans wrote about what they hope to see from Red Dead Online. There are great expectations regarding the characters.
Player B00M5ticK writes: “Keep your fingers crossed that we have a proper character creation system instead of the terrible ancestry system in GTA Online.” Other players mention that they would like sliders for hair, skin, body, and face.
Or a selection of NPCs? Again, other players would be satisfied if they could simply choose their character from a large palette of NPCs.
Poker and hunting in RDO

Greeting other players
If you encounter an NPC in Red Dead Redemption 2, you can either ignore them, be rude to them, or greet them kindly. The good cowboys greet almost every NPC they encounter and wish them a nice day.

Since November 23, trainers can fight the evolutions of Eevee in raids. Many players were able to defeat the raid bosses but couldn’t catch them. There was much discussion in the community.

Espeon and Umbreon were not catchable
What was the problem? When the raid bosses came into raids on the night of November 23 to 24, Niantic forgot to raise the catch rate of Espeon and Umbreon from 0%. So, these two Pokémon simply could not be caught, no matter how well you threw.
Why was the catch rate 0%? Espeon and Umbreon were catchable for the first time at this point. Until then, Eevee evolutions could only be developed using special tricks and could not be caught in raids or the wild. Therefore, the catch rate was 0% as they could never be caught.
Initial skepticism in the community: In the community on Reddit, this error was initially met with questioning. It is hard to determine if the catch rate is at 0% or if you were just unlucky while trying to catch.
Quick confirmation: However, it quickly became clear that the two Pokémon had a 0% catch rate. More and more trainers reported that Espeon or Umbreon fled from them.
Niantic fixed the bug: It didn’t take long for the catch rate to be raised from 0% to 12.5%. However, players who had difficulty with the Pokémon received no compensation.
0% catch rate returned: After Niantic fixed the bug, everything seemed fine. The Espeon and Umbreon raids, just like the other Eevee evolutions, disappeared at 10 PM German time.
The raids that ended after 10 PM were again not catchable. It seems that Niantic raised the catch rate of Espeon and Umbreon until 10 PM and then lowered it back to 0%. All Espeon and Umbreon raids that ended after 10 PM German time were therefore not catchable.
German players had no complaints: Since it was again after 10 PM when the catch rate was at 0%, German players had no issues with Espeon and Umbreon raids. The raids always end around 9 PM and can only hatch again the next morning.
For the next event: The saying “You learn from mistakes” can be taken to heart by Niantic for the next Espeon and Umbreon event. Maybe all players will then be able to catch their Espeon and Umbreon.

Destiny 2 is getting new pinnacle weapons in Season 5. The developers at Bungie have now shown these in action for the first time.
Today, on November 27, 2018, Season 5 begins after the Update 2.1.0, the Season of the Forge. This brings several new features and content to the game. Among them are three new pinnacle weapons that Guardians can chase after starting this evening.
What does the video show? Bungie has released three short clips that showcase each of the three pinnacle weapons for the first time in action. YouTuber Aztecross Gaming has compiled the clips into a video and analyzed the footage.
These are the three new pinnacle weapons:
Rocket Launcher: First up is the rocket launcher “The Mountaintop”, being used by a Hunter in the Crucible. It is clear how powerful this rocket launcher is in PvP. Even if the grenade doesn’t hit directly, it still deals massive damage to the opponent and can kill almost any wounded enemy – mind you, as a primary weapon.
Fusion Rifle: Next, the new fusion rifle “Fangfrage” is showcased by a Warlock using Lunafaction Boots against AI enemies. With the combination of Rift and boots, the weapon’s battery stays fully charged, allowing the effect of the unique perk to be seen in action.
Auto Rifle: Finally, the auto rifle Neckbreaker comes into play. This pinnacle weapon is used by a Titan with a Barricade. The weapon takes down an entire horde of rushing AI enemies and impressively demonstrates the strength of its special perk, which increases the fire rate of the rifle.
Red Dead Online started on November 27 in its first beta. All owners of an Ultimate Edition of Red Dead Redemption 2 can participate in this. The betas for the other versions will start over the weekend. Here are the times.

Update 6.31 is all about big guns. Because the once-popular shotgun could make a strong comeback. It received more base damage and will especially rock in the pump-action version. Here, there’s a buff and a new version in epic and legendary rarity.
The Features of Patch 6.31 in PvP
New Weapon – Epic and Legendary Pump-action Shotgun: The already known pump-action shotgun now also has a version at the rarity levels epic and legendary. The new weapon deals 105/110 points of damage and is otherwise like a regular pump-action shotgun.
More Damage for the Pump-action Shotgun: The regular version of the pump-action shotgun causes more damage. This increased from 80/85 to 95/100. However, the damage decreases more when you stand further away from the opponent.
New Rule for Shotguns: All shotguns now always deal at least as much damage as if 3 individual bullets had hit. These extra bullets are never counted as critical hits.
New Game Mode – Team Rumble: This new game mode lets two teams of 20 compete against each other. There are respawns and you leave randomly selected ammunition and resources upon dying. Only extraordinary or better weapons are available. The team that reaches 100 kills first wins.
New Tournament – Alchemist Pop-Up Cup: In this tournament, as in all pop-ups, new gameplay changes are tested that can change every day. So, there is a bit of chaos present.
Here it applies, among other things, that you can collect a maximum of 500 pieces of each resource, gain 50 health after kills, and harvest 40 percent faster. There is also the “Storm Surge”.
If more than a certain number of players are alive after a specific storm circle, all those who have taken the least damage will continuously receive additional damage.
