Heirlooms from World of Warcraft are becoming much cheaper. This will soon make leveling Twinks a budget-friendly affair!
Several days ago, we reported on MeinMMO that there are many new heirlooms in the upcoming Patch 8.1.5 of World of Warcraft, which also scale up to level 120. This makes leveling Twinks easier since the character gains more experience points. However, the individual heirlooms and their upgrades were extremely expensive. More than 100,000 Gold was required for a single set.
Price reduction of up to 75%: In the latest version of Patch 8.1.5, the costs of the heirlooms have been drastically reduced. This applies not only to the “new” upgrades from Patch 8.1.5 but also to the old heirlooms and their improvements. Here you can see the new prices for the upgrades:

1000 Gold
1500 Gold

This reduces prices by 50% to 66% depending on the level, making it affordable for players who do not play World of Warcraft as an economic simulation and are usually short on cash.
Blizzard makes leveling more enjoyable: Along with the recent reduction in required experience points and the introduction of an XP potion that increases the experience gained, Blizzard is taking many measures to make leveling easier and cheaper. This should please many players who are already looking forward to leveling a Zandalari Troll or a Kul Tiraner in the coming months.
Do you think it’s good that heirlooms are cheaper and thus more accessible? Or should such a strong boost in leveling cost a lot of Gold so that not every player can have it? Let us know in the comments!

In Pokémon GO, it is always special when you catch a Shiny. However, the shiny Pokémon vary in rarity. Which Shinies are truly special?
Most of you players probably own at least some Shinies. Those who play during Community Days often find several.
However, Shinies vary in rarity. Either they are only available for a limited time, or they appear particularly rarely in the wild. Other shiny Pokémon are commonly found and therefore not so rare.
An analysis on Reddit investigated which Shinies are the rarest. We explain the results and tell you why some shiny Pokémon are so rare.
These are the rarest Shinies in Pokémon GO
What is the analysis about? On Reddit, a user asked the community which Shinies they own and which ones they are still missing. From this, it was concluded which shiny Pokémon are found the least and thus are the rarest.
These are the most common Shinies: Unsurprisingly, the Shinies from Community Days are the most common. Up to 94% of players own a shiny Eevee, Chikorita, Beldum, and Totodile.
Additionally, Pokémon like Pinsir or Wingull were available to catch in larger numbers over a whole weekend. Likewise, Pokémon like Swablu and Magikarp are commonly owned because they appear most frequently in the wild and also appeared more often in Safari Zones and various events.
These Shinies are owned by many players: In the next category are the Shinies that about half of the surveyed players own. This includes the legendary Pokémon, which have a relatively high Shiny chance of 1 in 19. Numerous Raid Days featured these Pokémon.
These Pokémon also include the creatures that are relatively common in the wild and appeared in greater numbers during an event. This includes Pokémon like Makuhita or Elgyem.
These Shinies are rare: To the Shinies that only a small part of the player base owns, include mainly the baby Pokémon that are obtained from 7 km eggs. One needs to hatch numerous eggs and have a lot of luck to encounter such a Shiny.
Additionally, there are the two Raid bosses Absol and Flunkifer and especially the Pokémon that appear very rarely outside of events. These include Nidoran, Magneton, or Grimer.
These are the rarest Shinies: If you own one of these Shinies, you should consider yourself lucky, as they are the rarest. This includes the babies that have only recently been available in their shiny form, such as Budew or Azurill. Also, the two Alolan Pokémon Marowak and Raichu are very rare because there are times when these Raid bosses do not exist at all. Currently, for example, there is no Alolan Raichu in raids.
Also very rare are the Pichu with event hats. They were available for only a short period and had to be hatched as well. This list concludes with Pokémon that are almost never found in the wild, such as Sandshrew or Krabby.
Why is Party Hat Pichu the rarest Shiny? The shiny Pichu with the party hat may be owned by only a few of you. This special Pichu was available for exactly 2 days to hatch. No Shiny was available for a shorter time.
More and more games are increasingly relying on MMO features and adopting corresponding design ideas. This is also true for online shooters. We provide an overview of some of the most promising new shooters with MMO elements that are set to be released in 2019.
Whether it’s the “Game as a Service” model, social features, or characteristic group content such as raids or dungeons – more and more shooters are utilizing once typical MMO elements.
Some titles have been successfully implementing this concept for years, and it seems to be well-received by players. The mix of shooter and MMO, such as Warframe, the Destiny series, or The Division, enjoys great popularity. However, there are also new promising candidates that are set to release this year or could release soon.
Keep an eye on these games if you enjoy shooters with MMO elements.

Anthem
What’s in Anthem: Anthem is a third-person shared-world shooter that makes use of numerous MMO and RPG elements.
Ancient gods, the “Shapers”, have left behind powerful technology and a world in chaos. Humanity is trying to survive in an outpost that also serves as an in-game hub. Players take on the role of freelancers, who attempt to protect humans from chaos and impending dangers in armored Javelin exosuits.
With up to three other players, you tackle various tasks in a hostile and threatening environment, depicted in a vibrant open world. There is a story, different events and missions that can be undertaken alone or in a team, as well as challenging dungeon or raid-like challenges for groups. PvP is not currently offered in Anthem.
As you progress through the game, you will continue to level up in RPG fashion, find or craft better gear and weapons for the various Javelins, allowing you to tackle increasingly harder content and acquire better loot.
How has the development of Anthem gone so far? The long development of Anthem is essentially complete; at the end of January 2019, the game reached gold status. Since then, BioWare has been working hard to polish Anthem for release on February 22.
In two recently held demo phases, it became clear that Anthem still struggles with various bugs and technical issues. However, as the developers have assured, many errors have already been fixed, and most other issues should be resolved by launch.
What Anthem could be at its best: An engaging online shooter with MMO elements and RPG aspects that can entertain players for years and keep them engaged with a steady flow of content.
Many fans hope that Anthem will finally provide an appealing alternative to the Destiny series or a more accessible Warframe. Even these players could be made happy by Anthem at its best.
What Anthem could be at its worst: Another hyped online shooter that falls short of expectations and fails to meet its own ambitions.
Anthem is clearly designed as a “Game as a Service”, aiming to keep players engaged for years. However, if Anthem fails to establish a captivating and varied endgame and regularly deliver fresh content, players might set the shooter aside after weeks or months.
For several months, it has been discussed that the LoL (League of Legends) developers are working on an MMORPG. So far, Riot has not commented specifically on this. But now there is a clear answer.
What is new? In a thread on Reddit , players speculated about what Riot Games is planning for October 27, 2019. On that day, League of Legends will turn 10 years old.
Fans suspected that Riot would finally reveal plans for an MMORPG in the LoL universe that players have believed in for a long time. But the developers have now extinguished this hope.
No, LoL is not planning an MMO: LoL employee The_Cactopus quoted a fan who said “A large open-world game set in Runeterra.” Cactopus responded, “We are definitely not doing that, sorry. There is no League MMO in development.”
He also gave a small teaser “… but we are doing things.”
Even Ryze is wondering what his creators are planning.
Players do not want to believe this: Reddit user 808s_and__Fastbreaks suspects a hidden message and replies, “Not in development… BECAUSE IT’S ALREADY FINISHED?”
GI-Jewish tells Cactopus that he just destroyed millions of dreams and hopes. But he replies, “Yes, I’m sorry, buddy. It would be worse if we let people hype themselves up with false expectations.”
This makes it clear that Riot Games is currently not working on an MMORPG. Although there were strong arguments in favor of it.
In the recent demos of Anthem, players were able to explore a small part of the map. A video on YouTube now shows what the Freelancers are likely to expect next.
What is it about? In the previous Open Demo of Anthem, players got a taste of the game world of BioWare’s shooter. However, the playable area in the demo was limited. If players wanted to explore beyond the “test boundaries”, they were teleported back after a few seconds.
YouTuber WiLLiSGaming now shows large parts of the map of Anthem. The map was still under development at that time, but it still gives an outlook on what players can expect.
What can be seen? WiLLiSGaming was able to record the video at an event and explore the map at his leisure. No creatures are visible; instead, the various locations in Anthem take center stage.
In one scene, WiLLiSGaming stands on a huge mountain, beneath him a gorge where thick fog, which could also be clouds, gathers. In the distance, a strange, forested platform can be seen, while bizarre, twisted buildings rise up on the right side.
Instead of diving directly off the mountain, the YouTuber unfortunately flies into a tube that takes him directly into the valley.
In another scene, WiLLiSGaming dives into a lake that initially houses alien-like fish before it becomes darker and darker in the depths. Suddenly, purple blinking algae-like plants appear. Spooky!
What do you think of the map of Anthem? Which scene from the video did you like best?
Jhonny Perez, who developed and sold the cheat program Elusive for GTA 5 Online, was sued by Take-Two and sentenced to pay $150,000 in damages plus legal fees. Players think: serves him right!
Cheat developer sued
What happened? Last year, Take-Two requested Jhonny Perez from Florida to stop distributing his self-developed cheat program Elusive, which allowed players to gain unfair advantages in GTA Online. For example, it was possible to acquire unlimited in-game money. Perez complied with the request, but that was not the last word.
Since he was selling his program for money, Take-Two wanted to be informed about his earnings. However, Perez no longer responded to inquiries.
How did the lawsuit come about? Since Take-Two received no more information from Jhonny Perez, the company filed a lawsuit. Take-Two is not known for being lenient in such matters, as other cheat developers have already experienced.
What was the outcome? Perez did not appear for the hearing, and the judge sentenced him to pay $150,000 in damages to Take-Two. According to the judge, he caused irreparable harm to the company, even leading some players to refrain from further purchases. Additionally, Perez must bear the legal costs amounting to $70,000.
After a major game release, the number of violent crimes decreases.
Players say: it’s his own fault!
How does the community react to this? The general sentiment on Reddit is that Perez is to blame. He developed a cheat program that caused damage and charged money for it. Thus, he violated the terms of use of GTA Online. While some players argue that Take-Two is making a big deal out of this, the general opinion is that cheating in an online game is unacceptable and therefore a punishment was justified. Whether it should have been this severe is a point of contention.
Fortnite: Battle Royale finally offers the possibility of account merging. This allows you to connect your progress and in-game currency from one console account to another.
What is Account Merging? Account merging is a feature that was announced back in 2018. At that time, the sensational news spread around the world that Fortnite enabled crossplay between all platforms, including PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, for the first time.
But what about accounts that were already firmly registered on a PS4, Xbox, or Switch? Progress on those accounts was previously locked, but thanks to account merging, it is now possible to transfer progress, skins, and V-Bucks from one account to another and merge both accounts into one.
All information about Account Merging
How to connect your accounts: Through account merging, you can merge either your Xbox One, PS4, or Switch account into one. You choose a primary account and a secondary account. The secondary account will then be incorporated into the primary account. However, there are some limitations, and you must consider the following things:
Account merging only works if one account is created on Xbox One or Switch and the other on PS4.
The account must have been created before September 28, 2018.
Your account must not be suspended or disabled at that time.
All items, skins, and bucks from the secondary account are locked for 2 weeks after the merge, so think carefully about whether you can do without your favorite skin for that long!
Make sure you have access to all email addresses associated with the accounts.
All your items in PvP mode will be transferred. In Save the World, llamas, defenders, heroes, schematics, survivors, XP, as well as upgrading and advantage materials will be transferred.
Warning: Items such as Unreal Marketplace items, creative mode islands, Save the World account levels, and progress will not be transferred from the secondary account!
In the Private Beta of The Division 2, there are initial difficulties. Numerous players are being excluded from the beta. However, there is no obvious reason for this.
What happened? The Private Beta of The Division 2 initially had a smooth start on all platforms. The servers held up, and no technical issues have been reported so far.
However, now an increasing number of PC players are reporting that they are being banned. No one understands the reason for the ban. The players are not aware of any wrongdoing.
How does the ban manifest? Players are no longer able to log into the beta. When attempting to sign in, a message appears saying “You have been banned”. Additionally, some players complain that it now states they do not own the game, even though they have purchased or pre-ordered it.
UPDATE 11:15 – What do the developers say? As reported by the Live Content Manager of The Division 2 on Reddit, the issue has apparently been resolved.
If anyone is still affected by the issue, they are encouraged to inform the developers on Reddit.
What is the cause of the problem? Players suspect there is a bug. Many, for example, can still log into The Division 1. Therefore, a real account ban is ruled out by most fans. Some fans believe the Anti-Cheat mechanism could be responsible for this.
The source or a specific version of the game does not seem to play a role. Uplay versions are just as affected as pre-orders through Amazon or other providers.
The developers of Respawn show a roadmap for Apex Legends, detailing what content players can expect in the first year. The content is divided into 4 seasons.
The future of Apex Legends: The battle royale Apex Legends has only been out for a few days, but is already being played actively by fans. Our author Jürgen even says, that Apex Legends is more fun for him than Fortnite.
For a game to remain competitive against a heavyweight like Fortnite over time, it is important to plan for the future.
The rough plans for Apex Legends have been recorded by the developers in this roadmap. It is divided into four seasons and has, like Fortnite, a system with a battle pass.
When is the new content available? It is still unclear whether new legends, weapons, and loot will be available right at the start of a new season or rolled out gradually over the course of a season.
That will be revealed in March when the first season of Apex Legends starts.
This is how Apex Legends stays fresh: With new legends, weapons, or loot, the possibility exists for the meta of Apex Legends to frequently change. New classes alone bring fresh strategies that will provide variety on the battlefield.
With the seasons, Apex Legends has great potential to remain successful and interesting in the long run.
This is how Fortnite is also successful: In Epic Games’ battle royale, there are also seasons. Challenges change weekly there.
Those who buy a battle pass can unlock additional challenges and the associated loot. Fortnite playfully experiments, introducing new features like weapons or vehicles that constantly bring fresh wind.
This is important to keep the battle royale from becoming monotonous. If Apex Legends draws inspiration from this, there will always be new content.
In FIFA 19 FUT, fans expect the Lunar New Year event 2019 – the event for the Lunar New Year in Ultimate Team. This could provide free packs, SBCs, and more content.
Update 8.2. 19:00: Apparently, there is no special “Lunar New Year” event this year. You can only pick up the community reward. Until 19:00, there was a special jersey for the Lunar New Year. Starting from 8.2. at 19:00, the Northern Lights jersey will be available as a weekly task for one week:

Get your free pack now: Recently, EA launched a “Community Reward” initiative. Depending on the number of days you have logged into FUT 19, you will receive a free pack:
All we know so far about the Lunar New Year event in FUT 19
Quick info about “Lunar New Year”:
The Lunar New Year marks the beginning of a new year in Chinese culture.
On February 5, 2019, the “Year of the Pig” started.
Lunar New Year has traditionally been celebrated in the Ultimate Team mode since FIFA 12.
Will there be a “Lunar New Year” event in FUT 19? Even though the Lunar New Year has already happened, no event started in FUT 19. Instead, EA revealed the community rewards on 5.2. Such free packs were available last year as part of the Lunar New Year event.
Currently, the Lunar New Year can be found hidden in the weekly tasks of FUT 19. You receive a jersey if you score 8 goals with CSL players. But is there more to come? Are the community rewards replacing the Lunar New Year event?
Lunar New Year from 2018
Lunar New Year likely starting soon
Update 8.2. 19:00: Apparently, there is no special “Lunar New Year” event this year.
Official information from EA is still pending, but history shows that we can still expect a “Lunar New Year” event. New events in FUT 19 usually start on Fridays – and last year, the Lunar New Year event also started on a Friday. Currently, the Headliners event is ongoing.
When does Lunar New Year start in FUT 19? Expected on February 8.
How long does Lunar New Year last? In recent years, the event lasted three days. So likely until February 11.
What content does Lunar New Year offer? We expect:
Promo packs and lightning rounds
Sets with coin discounts
Exclusive squad-building challenges, including flash SBCs
New jerseys – with one already available through the weekly task until 8.2. at 19:00.
Free packs – though these are already available through the community rewards. EA is likely not to be generous again.
By February 8 at the latest, we will know whether the Lunar New Year will be celebrated extensively in FUT 19.
How to prepare for the possible event
Save coins: If you want to indulge in the temptation of pack opening, you can save up a stock of coins in advance to take advantage of the set offers. After all, currently top cards are available in TOTW 21. In general, however, it is not advisable to waste your coins on sets.
Market crash during Lunar New Year: Instead, our recommendation is to use your saved coins to scoop up some bargains on the transfer market. Because during the event, many sets are likely to be opened, which will flood the market with players and hence lower the prices of many cards. If you want better players for your team, invest the coins directly into the players.
Curious: Microsoft announced that it will also release Xbox Live for Android, iOS, Nintendo Switch, and other platforms. But why is the company doing this?
Xbox Live on all Platforms
What happened? By expanding their network, Microsoft aims to give more console developers the opportunity to connect players now on iOS, Android, and Switch, in addition to Xbox and any game in the Microsoft Store on Windows PCs. Microsoft’s Xbox Live is to be made available on as many devices as possible. Additionally, Xbox and PC players should be able to transfer their achievements, friends list, clubs, and more to other devices.
Why is this curious? For a long time, Microsoft followed the strategy of making the Xbox the “all-in-one” device. Players were meant to be “lured” to the Xbox for entertainment through this device. Windows Phones were intended for mobile fun, but they did not catch on. Now, however, the company is pursuing a completely different strategy. Moving away from this closed system around Xbox towards a gaming world where all gamers are connected across all devices.
What could this mean for us gamers? The company has not yet specified what we can expect. However, it appears that a kind of large gamer family is to be created. Microsoft aims to reach as many players as possible, regardless of the platform they play on. And these should be connected via Xbox Live.
It will no longer be strictly necessary to own an Xbox or a PC. The Xbox Live player profile can then be used on any device. Furthermore, the Windows Store is also supposed to be expanded to other devices. So you will be able to buy a game for your Switch through the Windows Store and then play with someone who got the title on Android also via the Windows Store using their Xbox Live profile.
Why is Microsoft doing this? Microsoft is no longer just focused on selling as many consoles as possible, but rather on reaching as many potential customers as possible. The Xbox is only part of the gaming ecosystem that consists of many other platforms. The player base is split between different systems, and Microsoft is trying to unify them under Xbox Live – no matter what they play on.
Players are interested
How are players reacting to this? Discussions are already taking place on Reddit. Players are curious about how this will work and are generally open to the idea. Of course, there are also skeptical voices, but generally, they want to wait and see what Microsoft reveals about it.
When will we learn more about it? Microsoft intends to reveal more at the Game Developers Conference. The GDC takes place this year from March 18 to 22.
Ice T is not only a rap icon but also a passionate Guardian in Destiny 2. On Twitter, the rapper proudly showcased his latest achievement, and fans are celebrating it.
That Destiny 2 also excites celebrities is no longer a secret. For example, WWE professional wrestler The Big Show is an open Destiny fan. The US rap icon Ice T is also an enthusiastic gamer with a great passion for Destiny. He recently shared his performance in the game with fans. However, when this was questioned, the rapper responded coolly.
What exactly happened? On Twitter, the rapper proudly announced that he plays Destiny 2 up and down and that his Guardian has finally reached the maximum level of 650. Now he is waiting for The Division 2.
In the further conversation that ensued, Ice T was challenged by some followers – in the typical “Picture or it didn’t happen” style. The rapper didn’t let that slide and proudly posted a picture of his Titan at Power Level 650.
Ice T on Twitter
He commented on this with the words: “I just posted that my Guardian is finally at 650. Some wanted a picture. I wouldn’t lie to you.”
This is how fans are reacting: On Reddit and on social media, Ice T is now being celebrated for his achievement. Many did not think that he actually plays Destiny 2 intensely and find it cool that he is apparently really involved with heart. Now he is inundated with compliments and all kinds of tips on weapon choices as well as suitable exotics.
On Reddit, they also celebrate his cool demeanor and that he, as a celebrity, openly and proudly admits to gaming – and not for the first time. Generally, fans love it when he posts about gaming with his funny style. One fan jokingly noted that he can no longer hate the recently nerfed Telesto because Ice T likes to play with it.
Many also highlight that Destiny 2 has long been more than just an occasional pastime for Ice T. He already earned the complete event armor set at the highest quality level during the summer event “Sonnenwende der Helden” last year. This achievement was also associated with an enormous amount of time, effort, and intense grinding.
What do you think of the rapper’s achievement? Do you see it as a passionate Guardian or just a pure PR stunt?
Since the last update of Pokémon GO, many players have reported difficulties. They were unable to connect their account with the Switch and thus couldn’t obtain a mystery box. However, Niantic has now communicated via Twitter and provided a proposed solution.
How to solve the connection problems with the Switch
This is what Niantic says: Niantic explains that the problem can be easily solved: “Trainers, we can confirm that the latest update has affected the connection between Nintendo Switch and Pokémon GO. If you disconnect Pokémon GO from the Switch and restart the Switch by holding the power button for 3 seconds, you can restore the connection.”
Does it really work? On Reddit, numerous players confirm that this proposed solution resolves the issues. Subsequently, players were able to reconnect with the Switch and obtain a mystery box.
How do I get the mystery box? It is not enough just to own a Switch. You need one of the Let’s GO games in order to get a mystery box. How exactly this works, we have explained in this article. Why is the mystery box so important? It is particularly annoying that these connection issues are occurring right now, as there is currently an event around the mystery box and Meltan. You will receive this box every 3 days instead of the usual 7-day cycle, and the mystery box could contain a Shiny Meltan.
In Pokémon GO, there is also another event, and there Rattata is the hidden star:
Even before other guilds could defeat World of Warcraft Jaina, Method repeated the kill simply, showing that it wasn’t just luck.
The race for the First Kill of Lady Jaina Proudmoore was one of the highlights of the last weeks in World of Warcraft. After an exciting race, the European guild Method clinched the win and secured the “World First Kill” on the Mythic Jaina Proudmoore, the final boss of the Battle of Dazar’alor.
Other competitors, like the US guild Limit or the Russian team Exorsus, were not able to secure the kill in a timely manner.
Humiliation with a promise: Shortly after the “World First Kill”, Method was already asked in an interview what their next goals would be. More in jest, they replied that they now wanted to go for “the World Second” – meaning the second Jaina kill. This not only garnered laughter but also criticism, as it seemed somewhat disrespectful to underestimate the other guilds.

But Method turned their slightly arrogant words into actions. They also secured the “World Second Kill” on Jaina. This received admiration on social media.

Limit has the “World Second”: Meanwhile, the guild Limit has also defeated Jaina Proudmoore and thus managed to secure the First Kill in America. Other guilds will likely follow in the coming days, as the players’ gear becomes better with each week. Nevertheless, the First Kill for Limit will probably feel unsatisfactory after Method has beaten them twice.
Or to put it in the cynical comment of some people on Twitter:
“GG to Limit for coming third in a two-man race.”

A day after the Weekly Reset on February 5th, Destiny 2 received an unscheduled update. On the PS4, it is 1.77 MB in size and will be installed automatically on the login screen.

Note: You must not already be logged in to the website when you want to invite friends. Otherwise, log out and log back in using the button under “Friend Invitations”. Thanks to our reader Tom for the tip.

To be the best in the world, the guild Method had to spend a lot of gold in World of Warcraft. A player explains where the debt of 100 million gold comes from.
The players of the WoW guild Method achieved their ‘World First Kill’ of Jaina Proudmoore have proven that they are the best guild in the world. However, to achieve this, a lot of planning was necessary, as well as some favors. As Josh from Method explained, the guild has incurred a debt of around 100,000,000 gold coins.
So much gold for materials: The reason for this high debt is that the players of Method had to tackle insane tasks with their alternate characters. Josh explains that he completed ten normal “mythic” dungeons and five “Mythic+” dungeons on five characters each – totaling 75 dungeons within two days.
After that, he learned engineering with all five characters and crafted a helmet with item level 400. Then the helmet was scrapped, and all characters learned jewel crafting to equip the 400 ring. Then he repeated the process and learned alchemy to equip the 400 trinket.

All of this was done on nearly 100 characters, which according to Josh consumed the resources of “three servers” because the home server did not have enough materials. Multiple guild transfers with full guild banks were necessary to assist, resulting in total costs of nearly 100 million gold that Method now owes many players.
Why the effort? The reason for all this effort are Blizzard’s “Personal Loot” rules. Characters can only give loot to other players if they already have an equivalent or better item. Therefore, if Method wants to give loot to their main characters during their “Split Runs,” all the alternate characters ideally need to have equivalent items.
This way, it becomes possible to funnel the right items to the main characters, so that everyone starts the raid with optimal equipment.
The time and gold expenditure for this endeavor is enormous. But in the end, it was rewarded with the First Kill of Jaina – it was worth it.
What do you think of these preparations? Just crazy? Or is one expected to be ready for such things if they want to play at the top?
The European guild Method has finally succeeded: Jaina Proudmoore has been defeated in the mythic mode of the Battle of Dazar’alor. For one of the players of the guild, the victory means uninstalling World of Warcraft.
The clip is the second most-watched clip of the World-First Kill. (As of February 6, 2019 at 20:50) It is only surpassed by the actual kill clip from the Method channel.

Is Spookie really quitting? According to some replies under Spookie’s tweet, in which he linked his clip, some fans confirm that he genuinely wants to quit. He did not uninstall WoW just “for the meme.”
Also on reddit the reaction has gained wide attention. The user BBush1414 says:
He said after they killed Jaina, he would quit the game. It is too tempting to press the “play” button when the game is still installed. So he uninstalled it.
Method seems to have lost one of their demon hunters.
Why is Spookie quitting? There has been no official statement regarding the exact reasons. Some reddit users suspect that Spookie was dissatisfied with the design of the raids and the now required grind of WoW.
Despite all difficulties, Method has made good profit from it. For Spookie, however, this still means the temporary end of his career at the best guild in the world.
What’s Next?
After Method defeated Jaina as the first guild in the world, they even defeated the opponent again today, on February 6th, 2019 – as “World Second.” But the story is not over yet.
With Patch 8.1.5, the story of WoW continues. A cutscene between Baine and Sylvanas is already known from it.
Anthem is set to be continuously expanded with free content after release. As shown by a gameplay calendar on Twitter, the first expansion is coming sooner than expected.
This is why the expansion in March is important: Players were already concerned about the endgame of Anthem. After the demo, there were fears that Anthem would not offer enough variety and would become boring quickly. BioWare promised that they would deliver new content quickly.
This promise seems to be met earlier than expected by the developers. Because the first expansion already has a lot in store:
What’s coming in the March expansion?
The gameplay calendar shows: The graphic reveals that the updates of Anthem are divided into acts. In March, Act 01: Echoes of Reality will begin. Afterwards, Act 02 is expected to follow at an unspecified time.
Anthem is set to receive dynamic events:BioWare has emphasized that Anthem should constantly evolve. Through major events, the map and the story can change significantly. For instance, an entire mountain could disappear from the map or new characters may be introduced.
Cataclysm as the highlight to be talked about: BioWare has prepared a wide range of events for Anthem. These will likely come into play through the large acts. The Cataclysm will probably be the highlight of an act.
There will be hints dropped about the “big thing” that is coming. In this way, they also want to tell a long, interactive story. Players are meant to remain excited about Anthem and discuss the new events.
The Lunar New Year event in Pokémon GO brings you numerous Shinies and bonuses, but a medal can also be significantly easier to complete during the event.
In Pokémon GO there are numerous medals. Many of these medals don’t really provide much benefit to the player, but are still waiting to be golded. Especially two medals, namely for 300 big Magikarp and 300 tiny Rattata, are particularly difficult. Therefore, players are motivated to bring these to gold status.
In the current event, which runs until February 13th, you can progress one of the medals significantly easier.
You can now catch tiny Rattata more easily
Why is it easier now? In the Lunar New Year event, there are also more Rattata to catch. This means you can increase your medal more easily.
There haven’t been this many of the little rodents to catch in a long time, as more Pokémon and numerous events are overshadowing the spawns of this Generation 1 Pokémon.
So far, there has never been an event focused on this Pokémon, so now is the time to take advantage of it.
What counts as a tiny Rattata? To have really caught a tiny Rattata, it is not enough for its size to say “XS”. Your team leader must confirm during the evaluation that it is tiny.
Why do trainers want the Rattata medal? There isn’t really a purpose behind this medal. It doesn’t strengthen anything for you. However, for many players, it’s a goal to gold all medals. Many players who have already reached the maximum level are still focused on this medal. They want to complete the game and take on this difficult medal challenge for that.
This is why Rattata is the star of the players: On Reddit, Rattata is becoming the hidden star of the event. Many players are happy about the increased numbers of the Pokémon. A player “DoubleM101” writes in a thread: “Enjoy all the Rattata in the event to gold your medal!” and gets almost 600 upvotes.
Many players agree: “I am definitely happy with all the Rattata. There are also other advantages: They are not Pikachu, which are difficult to catch, and they don’t wear a silly hat.”
What do you think about all the Rattata? Have you already golded the medal?
Currently, there’s also an event around Meltan. We have the information for you:
