The Drift-Board is popular among many players in Fortnite . Some are so happy about it that they build skate parks and perform tricks there. But basketball fans also get their money’s worth.
What is the Driftboard? This is a new mode of transportation from Patch 7.40 in Fortnite: Battle Royale. While you ride on the board, you can use weapons and items. The boards are scattered all over the map.
However, the boards will only remain in Fortnite for a few days. Some players are already making the most of it and showing cool tricks.
The Drift-Board in Fortnite
A skatepark in Fortnite: A player showcased his artwork on Reddit. Using Fortnite’s building feature, he designed large ramps and jumps as well as half-pipes. He placed the parts as a kind of giant skatepark in Retail Row.

In the video, you see the player Saves_II performing cool tricks on the self-built parkour. The video is getting a lot of support on Reddit. There is much praise for the Fortnite course, which wasn’t even built in Creative mode.
Basketball tricks on the Driftboard: Instead of just performing classic skateboard tricks with the board, others use the board for official basketball trick shots. The video was shared by user iBolts on Reddit.

How many attempts did he need? In the comments on Reddit, some users wonder how many attempts the player needed. User iBolts writes that he had to reset the lobby several times because the tires were accidentally destroyed. He estimates that he needed between 8 and 12 attempts for this elegant throw.
11 million stunt points with the board: A more curious video shows user BrotherSaqib who, after a collision with another player, is suddenly launched extremely high into the air with his board. He took advantage of the airtime to easily score 11 million stunt points.

This is why there are more fixes than expected:On Reddit a list of fixes for Anthem was already posted yesterday (February 19). However, this was not the complete patch notes.
The full patch notes have now been reposted on Reddit. This list is more than twice as long as the old one that was already published.
For comparison: About 160 notes are included in the patch notes. The old list had about 70 notes.
Below we summarize what particularly caught our attention in the patch notes.
Loading times
The patch notes state again:
Loading times have been improved
Many “infinite loading screens” have been fixed
The patch notes do not elaborate on how these problems were specifically fixed. It simply states that “loading times have been improved”.
More details on equipment and weapons
This point was only lightly touched on in the last list. In the actual patch notes, the developers go into detail about what adjustments are being made to the equipment. This involves numbers and general adjustments.
Here is an excerpt:
Javelin-specific equipment and/or weapons can no longer be used for Javelins for which they are not intended.
A problem was fixed where, under certain circumstances, Masterwork components had no labels.
“Deadeye” has increased ammunition from 10 -> 20.
“Cloudburst” causes increased damage from 16.3 -> 21
Colossus adjustments are particularly popular
Regarding the Javelin adjustments, most are pleased with the following statement: “The Colossus can now use its shield simultaneously and revive other Javelins”
Colossus
The UI is extensively redesigned
There is still a lot of criticism regarding the user interface. It is bulky and unclear. BioWare seems to be planning to work harder on this. An excerpt:
The squad screen now shows the correct information for each player.
An option has been added to hide the squad HUD.
The edge of the compass now pulses to indicate enemy positions.
A notification has been added in Fort Tarsis when a player’s vault reaches the limit of 250 items.
The symbols “Primer” and “Detonator” have been added to all Interceptor skills.
Some bugs and general issues revised
Anthem was still full of growing pains in Early Access. The game crashes in certain situations, or you get stuck somewhere with the character.
With the Day-One Patch, a lot seems to have been fixed.
What about the annoying sound bug?
Sound bug apparently not fixed: Particularly frustrating is a bug where players completely lose sound. According to BioWare, this is difficult to reproduce and therefore hard to fix. Nothing is mentioned about the sound bug in the patch notes.
Live stream should bring more clarification: In a live stream, lead producer Ben Irving will talk about the problems and adjustments in Anthem. Here we will surely learn more about the solutions that BioWare wants to present. We at MeinMMO will keep you updated as soon as we know more.
The stream is today (Wednesday), February 20, at 10:00 PM.
The Day-One Patch comes alongside the release of Anthem: The launch of Anthem is on February 22. Then PS4 players will also get to try their hands on Anthem for the first time. Here you will find all the details:
In Far Cry New Dawn there are multiple endings. They can be categorized as “Good Ending” and “Bad Ending”. We will show you what you need to do for each.
You can shape the ending of Far Cry New Dawn according to your preferences. Your actions once again determine life and death. In this overview, we show you which endings are available.
Keep in mind that significant spoilers about the story of Far Cry New Dawn will be revealed here.
All Endings of Far Cry New Dawn
What endings can you decide on? You decide whether to shoot Joseph Seed in the chest or spare his life. Interestingly, the ending scene where you toast with a beer bottle with Carmina at Rush’s grave does not change.
Whether you kill Joseph or not is more a decision for yourself. For the good feeling.
Joseph Seed
Additionally, you determine the fate of Mickey, one of the twin bosses.
Important: Even after the story ends, you can continue to roam the map and complete missions or engage in other activities.
Kill Joseph Seed
Throughout Far Cry New Dawn, you will encounter Joseph Seed again. He is the main antagonist from Far Cry 5. You team up with him in New Dawn.
At the end of New Dawn, you find yourself together with Joseph Seed in a place, just the two of you. It gets emotional. He speaks to you and asks you to pass God’s judgment and “free” him, meaning to kill him. He takes your hand and points your gun at his chest.
If you take him down, the ending scene will come soon after and the game will be over. Many refer to this as the “Good Ending” because the crazy leader, whom you hated from part 5, finally dies.
Let Joseph Seed Live
When Joseph Seed asks you to kill him, you can simply wait. Although he asks you multiple times to go ahead and kill him, you do not have to. After a while, your character lowers the weapon. You can then just walk away and ignore Joseph.
After that, you should also head to Rush’s grave to experience the ending.
Whether you kill Joseph Seed or not is a decision for your conscience. There are no direct consequences on the ending of Far Cry New Dawn.
You can view both endings in the YouTube video by PowerPyx. If you are not interested in the fight against Ethan, simply skip to 8:15. Both endings are shown in succession.

Another fateful decision lies in choosing one of the two twins. Mickey and Lou are the main villains of New Dawn, consistently showing their brutal nature throughout the story.
You cannot prevent Lou’s death. However, you can influence Mickey’s fate.
The Twins Mickey and Lou
She is severely wounded after a fight and lying next to her lifeless sister, but makes you an offer. If you spare her life, she will never return – you will never see her again. It sounds as if she wishes to improve herself and wants to take control of her life.
If you kill Mickey … then you will have the same closing scene as mentioned above. You will toast with Carmina at Rush’s grave. This only gives you a clear conscience, knowing that Mickey will not change her mind about the deal. You take her life.
If you accept Mickey’s deal … then you will not find Mickey again when you return to the spot where she offered you the deal. It seems that she remains true to her agreement. At the stone she was leaning on, you will find a letter.
It states that you still have to fight a few highwaymen, as they are not willing to leave the area easily. Mickey herself would now be gone to check on her mother, whom she left behind years ago. Mickey wants to find out whether her mother is still alive.
All endings are also discussed by YouTuber deffinition in this video:

Despite heavy criticism, Fallout 76 captivates many players. Some apparently spend several hundred hours in the game. Particularly frustrating for these players is when they are seemingly banned without reason.
What happened? The player and Reddit user Glorf12 claims to have over 900 hours of playtime in Fallout 76. However, Bethesda has now banned him. The reason given was that he allegedly carries too many items.
Why was Glorf banned? In an email that the support team sent him regarding the ban, it states that he obtained more than 100,000 units of one or more rare items in a too short time. This concerns Ultracite ammunition, which is used for particularly powerful weapons in the game. Bethesda has long had plans to take action against Dupers.
Glorf himself claims that he legally crafted the ammunition and distributed it across his various storage and inventories using multiple characters and accounts.
He says he never duplicated items and is not aware of ever owning such a large quantity of items. He thinks the ban stems from other players who reported him on suspicion.
Shortly before his ban, he published a list of farming locations for certain items on Reddit, stating that due to an illness, he has so much time to play and shared his favorite “farm spots” with the community.
The response to the action was almost entirely positive. Many active players were happy to receive tips and wanted to emulate Glorf. Even a Bethesda employee got involved and congratulated him on his playtime, thanking him for the help he provided.
The community is divided
However, the frequent player also faced negative criticism. Some players deemed the amount of playtime calculated to be roughly 10 hours per day since the release of Fallout 76 as too much and “unhealthy.”
Others, however, doubted whether Glorf really invests that much playtime. They were particularly suspicious that he mentioned how much he had played shortly before his ban.
In a thread, Reddit user Fack_behaviourgames remarks that the post with the farming spots is just an alibi. Glorf wrote that to legitimize his “duping” and thus evade a ban.
Among the most popular items to duplicate are also weapons.
The larger part of the community, however, does not doubt Glorf’s version. His post, in which he reports his ban, has now received over 12,000 views.
He has not yet received a corresponding response from Bethesda but is trying again. With the last patch 6 for Fallout 76 on February 19, he has not been able to play again.
As soon as Bethesda can resolve the issue, he should be unbanned. Until then, he wants to play Warframe.
What do you think of the whole situation?
Another player explored the forbidden Vault 63 and now asks: “Please don’t ban me”:
Apex Legends offers a wide selection of 19 weapons. However, a kind of cult has developed around one of the weapons. It has already become a meme in the short time since release.
Which weapon is it? The weapon in question is one of the four shotguns available in Apex Legends, but it is not the shotgun that Dr DisRespect gets so upset about. It is the Mozambique. From a model perspective, it is more of a pistol with shotgun pellets, and the Mozambique is considered the worst weapon in the game.
The Mozambique has three shots in the magazine and can deal 45 damage points to the body and up to 66 to the head according to its official statistics.
Why is the Mozambique so bad? Aside from its low damage and small magazine, it is almost impossible to kill someone with the Mozambique. It has a large spread and is also very inaccurate, meaning the full damage of 45 to the body almost never occurs.
This makes it nearly impossible to kill an opponent with a full magazine, as two shots would have to land perfectly or hit the head. Most players prefer melee attacks over the Mozambique.
Mozambique causes legendary frustration: Shortly after the launch of Apex Legends, many players already noticed that the Mozambique simply isn’t good. Nevertheless, all features that apply to other weapons also apply to the Mozambique.
There are weapon skins for the unpopular shotgun, which can even be legendary. There are four different Legendary skins that repeatedly cause disappointment in the community.
Legendary items from loot boxes are rare. The joy is that much greater when a legendary item appears, and the frustration is that much greater when it is a skin for the Mozambique. Because hardly anyone wants to use this weapon.
The Mozambique as a curse: There are also memes about cursed supply ships and supply crates now.
The appearance of “cursed crates” is even more frequent. The community often posts images on reddit of supply crates containing three Mozambiques with ammunition. The crates should actually hold good gear, not the most useless weapon.
Not even developers like the Mozambique: It goes so far that even the developers of Apex Legends claim that the Mozambique is useless. A reddit user posted a comment from a developer from the official Discord:
I just killed someone with the Mozambique. Still a bad weapon, lol.
The Mozambique as a toy weapon: There have even been comparisons of the Mozambique to “Nerf Guns.” Nerf Guns are actually toy weapons for children that shoot largely harmless foam darts.
The portrayal of the “Nerf Mozambique” is almost too true for many. Comments like: “Actual fact.” One user shared his experience with such a situation:
An opponent I landed with had a Mozambique. I followed him and beat him to death. I only took 20 damage in the process.
The Mozambique as a mission: Other players have made it their mission to pay special attention and love to the Mozambique. The German streamer JayezHD played an entire round in Apex Legends only with the Mozambique.
He even managed to win the round and has recorded 6 kills. While this is still significantly less than the current world record of 34 kills, it is an impressive achievement for the “worst weapon” in the game.

Community is thinking: How to buff the Mozambique?
How the Mozambique could be improved: There are already some suggestions from the community for improving the Mozambique. In its current state, it is simply too useless, which is why no one would willingly use it.
A simple increase in damage or magazine size seems somehow “boring.” Therefore, a very special idea has gained great popularity within the community: Akimbo.
Akimbo is a variant in which two weapons are used simultaneously. Since the Mozambique has the size of a pistol, it could receive a hop-up attachment that allows two Mozambiques to be used at the same time.
The idea sounds a bit like Reaper from Overwatch, the corresponding reddit post quickly received over 25,000 upvotes.
Parts of the community are against it: Other players argue that the Mozambique should not be changed at all. It should remain as it is to not jeopardize its meme status. The creator’s reasoning is quite bizarre:
If my only option after landing in a zone with 4 other teams is to take a Mozambique, I usually just die. While that is sad, when it happens, I can just go to Reddit and cheer myself up with the memes about the Mosambaby.
What is the Dark Zone? As in The Division 1, the Dark Zone is also one of the most important parts of the endgame in the second part. In this area, PvP and PvE elements are mixed, players can fight NPC enemies and search for gear, or hunt other players and steal their finds.
For The Division 2, developer Massive has made several changes aimed at making the Dark Zone interesting and fair for as many players as possible. This includes new rules and features that we will introduce to you.
How big are the Dark Zones in comparison? There are no exact data on this. There are speculations that the three zones combined are nearly as big as the Dark Zone from the first part.
Each of these Dark Zones has features that distinguish it from the others. For example, the Dark Zone South is the smallest and narrowest of the three, while the Dark Zone East is the largest and most expansive.
So it was in The Division 1: The Dark Zone was a large, contiguous area divided into several “brackets”. It spans from south to north in the center of Manhattan, bordering Central Park.
This is what the Dark Zone in The Division 1 looked like.
2. Normalization of Equipment
The balancing of player equipment in PvP was one of the biggest problems in The Division 1. Players equipped with the best sets and weapons were perceived by parts of the community to have an advantage. This is intended to change in The Division 2.
How normalization works: All values of gear pieces are set to the maximum. This also affects your weapons and mods. For example, if you have a weapon equipped whose base damage is not at the cap, it will be raised to the maximum value. This only applies to your time in the Dark Zone.
Players do not have to grind forever or improve stats to keep up with more advanced players. Builds will still work normally.
This is how many players can be in a server: In total, The Division 2 has room for three teams in a Dark Zone. That makes a maximum of 12 players per instance.
So it was in The Division 1: In the Dark Zone of the first part, there were 24 players, double the number of teams. Due to the smaller size of each Dark Zone, the player count had to be adjusted. This aims to make encounters with other players more interesting.
4. New Perk System
Through its own ranking system, certain perks can now be unlocked in The Division 2. However, these perks only remain if you can maintain your rank.
This is how perks work in the Dark Zone: In addition to the player level, there is a separate progression system in the Dark Zone. Every five levels allows you to unlock another perk. In your Operations base, you can influence which bonuses will be useful to you. This way, you can optimize your playstyle in the Dark Zone.
These include bonuses such as
Extra space for contaminated items
increased rewards for rogue agents
additional ways to obtain equipment
You can also drop in rank if you die too often as a rogue agent. Therefore, you can lose the perks as well.
So it was in The Division 1: While there was already a separate progression system for the Dark Zone, a high level had no advantages. It simply indicated that one had spent a lot of time in the Dark Zone.
5. Changes to Loot
This is changing about the loot: Gear is subject to a few new rules in The Division 2. Only rare gear is contaminated. This means that not everything needs to be extracted. The rest goes directly into the inventory.
Weapons and gear correspond to the level of the player who extracted the items. The values are determined after the gear has been recovered. This way, even stolen loot adapts to your level.
So it was in The Division 1: All gear found in the Dark Zone was contaminated. Therefore, you had to take it to the extraction zones and extract it. The only exception was the loot obtained from supply drops.
Level and values of the gear were also determined directly with the find.
6. Matchmaking
This is how matchmaking works in the Dark Zones: Matchmaking works in The Division 2 through two methods. Level ranges and world ranks, which also return.
There are three level “buckets”:
Level 1-10
Level 11-20
Level 21-30
Once you have unlocked one of the world ranks, you will now be assigned based on your Gear Score.
Solo players will be happy: If you prefer to go solo, you can probably breathe a sigh of relief. The matchmaking in the Dark Zone has been adjusted so that solo players are more likely to be placed in instances where other lone wolves are present.
So it was in The Division 1: In total, there are no major differences in matchmaking. However, solo players were not previously prioritized to be matched with other lone wolves.
7. Going Rogue in The Division 2
As in the first part, you can become a rogue agent in the Dark Zones by taking out other players. With each kill, you rise in the Rogue level until you activate the manhunt. You are now visible to all other players on the map.
The innovations for rogues: Rogue agents can now crack locks on Dark Zone caches and hack new SHD terminals to receive rewards.
Furthermore, you do not have to end your manhunt immediately but can deactivate each terminal individually until you have the last one. This increases your reward but also the risk of being caught before you can end the manhunt.
In total, there are now three variants for an agent’s status in the Dark Zone:
Rogue
Disavowed Rogue
Manhunt Status
If you’re “only” rogue, you will be shown as “suspicious” to other players. As long as you don’t kill a player, they can’t attack you. However, as a disavowed rogue, you become a target.
The safehouse camping that was often abused in The Division 1 is likely to be a thing of the past. Turrets now guard the exits of the Dark Zone and attack any rogue agents and hostile NPCs.
So it was in The Division 1: For rogue agents, there were only the Rogue and Manhunt statuses. Rogue agents had hardly any benefits or options to benefit from their status.
8. Occupied Dark Zone
This is how the Occupied Dark Zone works: During this event, all rules are thrown out the window. There is no separation between Division and rogue agents.
Thus, in the occupied Dark Zone
there is no rogue status
a limited notification system
active friendly fire
no equipment normalization
This event is supposed to be active in only one of the three Dark Zones at a time, allowing for enough variety. How often such an event will be active is currently unknown.
So it was in The Division 1: The Dark Zone in the first part was relatively free of rules for rogue agents for a long time. With Patch 1.8, Rogue 2.0 then changed many things, which should overall ensure more fairness.
Friendly fire was removed
The rogue status must be activated manually
This was different for a long time. One could accidentally go rogue if other players ran into the line of fire. The manhunt could be ended if one survived long enough. Not every fan was satisfied with Rogue 2.0 and wished for the return of the old, freer system.
Thus, the goal of the Occupied Dark Zone is to provide fans with a harder variant of the Dark Zone.
The Division YouTuber MarcoStyle shows a lot of material and comments extensively on the innovations.

Because the seeker mine autonomously finds enemy targets and rolls close to them, only to explode. You just had to activate this skill, and the kills would come by themselves. Massive had to intervene.
Seeker Mine in The Division
Such occurrences should not be repeated in The Division 2
100%-PvP-Team: In an interview with gadgets, Associate Creative Director Chadi El-Zibaoui discusses the skills and their balance. He emphasizes that they have a team of developers focused 100% on the PvP area and are in constant communication with the Massive team to ensure that there will be no “unbalanced skills” in PvP.
Regarding balance, El-Zibaoui states that they will make small tweaks to the skills until the release day of The Division 2. And when the game is in the hands of the players, they will have more data to adjust the skills that feel too powerful.
Turret in The Division
Separate balancing of PvP and PvE: The developers are pleased to announce that in The Division 2, there is separate balancing for PvE and PvP modes.
In The Division 1, there were constant complaints that nerfs in PvP negatively affected the player experience in PvE.
“In The Division 2, we want to keep PvP competitive and healthy without negatively impacting players who enjoy PvE,” says Massive.
This way, the developers can quickly respond to balance issues in the “Agent versus Agent” combat without having to touch the PvE area.
No OP Skills in PvE either
Top Skills are more challenging: According to El-Zibaoui, the skills offer you a lot of freedom to customize your playstyle thanks to their mods. The approach in development was: “The more powerful the skill, the more challenging it is for the player.”
This means, for instance, if you set up a special turret with high damage output, it won’t automatically shoot at the enemies; instead, you have to trigger the shots yourself.
All Skills in The Division 2: There will be a total of 8 skills, all of which can be modified with different mods. They include:
The release of Anthem is just around the corner. What you can expect from BioWare’s shooter and more information you should know before buying, we have here for you.
BioWare will release its new action RPG Anthem on February 22. For all those interested who are still unsure if the game is for them, we have compiled six things you should know before purchasing Anthem.
While some players on PC and Xbox One have already been able to dive into Anthem in early access, PS4 players will only be able to experience the shooter in a few hours.
2. Anthem aims to offer a story but remains an online shooter
The developers want to offer an action RPG paired with an MMO shooter in Anthem. However, the typical BioWare story should not fall short.
But if you hope for a comprehensive story like in pure single-player games like Mass Effect or Dragon Age, you will likely be disappointed: Anthem is and remains a multiplayer online game. The story will have less scope than what you would expect from the single-player RPGs from BioWare.
At its core, you will be out in the field with your team, experiencing your adventures. The story is supposed to unfold within Fort Tarsis, where the developers say there is “single-player content” available.
3. What editions are available and what do they cost?
Anthem will be available in the Standard and Legion of Dawn editions. Both versions can already be pre-ordered, but do not alone grant early access. For that, you additionally need the subscription with EA Access or Origin Access.
Here are the costs of each edition:
Standard Edition: 59.99 Euro (PC), 69.99 Euro (PS4, Xbox One)
Bonuses for the Special Edition: The Legion of Dawn Edition includes bonuses such as an armor pack, a legendary weapon, a Javelin gear upgrade, and the digital soundtrack.
Oops, unfortunately this affiliate widget is no longer available.
4. This is the long-term motivation Anthem aims to provide
A major factor for long-term motivation in Anthem is the loot system, which aims to follow the Diablo series. Players collect various gear parts with random bonuses that can also have different rarity levels.
For endgame content, various activities await, such as challenges, quests for factions called Contracts, or Strongholds, raid-like dungeons meant to be tackled with a group.
The Grandmaster levels will only unlock once players reach pilot level 30, the current maximum level. As difficulty increases, loot quality should also improve.
5. There will be optional microtransactions, but no loot boxes
In Anthem, there will be optional cosmetic items that players can purchase either with the real-money currency Shards or with Coins. Coins can be earned during gameplay, for example, by completing challenges in the demo.
6. How Anthem is received in early tests and early access
In various playtests, the two recent demos, and in the early access, some players have already been able to form an impression of Anthem.
Some gaming journalists had the chance to test Anthem over a longer period and particularly compared it to Destiny 2 and other online shooters. The fast-paced gameplay received praise, but there were doubts about the depth of the story and Anthem’s unique identity.
Our author Gerd Schuhmann believes that Anthem has its roots more in MMORPG than in Destiny. In his opinion, the title is more comparable to a Star Wars: The Old Republic, as a sort of advanced MMORPG, than to Bungie’s loot shooter. BioWare itself does not define Anthem as a shooter, but rather as an action RPG.
Our author Sven finds Anthem refreshing, as indicated by his preview reports of the demo. He is particularly excited about the diverse gameplay of the Javelins: Why Anthem fascinates me like no game in a long time
On our platform MeinMMO, users particularly praise the gameplay:
The Javelins are quite distinct from each other
Teamplay makes a big difference
Numerous options for different skills, loadouts, and weapons help to individualize your playstyle
Flying with the Javelins feels great, and the vertical gameplay is refreshing
Players are divided on various issues, including the story and the endgame content.
Should you buy Anthem or not?
Anthem is for you if: You enjoy loot shooters in the style of Destiny 2 or The Division. You should also like hunting for better gear, like in the Diablo series.
However, it should be noted that Anthem is not a pure loot shooter. The game has strong elements of an RPG and combines these two genres.
If you enjoy experiencing adventures with friends or even with strangers, Anthem might also be something for you. All activities feature matchmaking, so you never have to play alone, even if your friends aren’t available.
Anthem is not for you if: You prefer to compete against other players rather than facing computer-controlled opponents in PvE. Anthem will not have a PvP mode at launch. Whether this will ever be added is uncertain, as the developers want to wait for player feedback first.
If you still don’t want to forfeit a PvP mode, you might want to check out The Division 2, which will be released on March 15 and offers both PvE and PvP content.
In addition, there are some practical changes, such as the end bosses of the strongholds now dropping loot or that the Colossus can now use his shield and revive at the same time.
If you are still uncertain about the purchase due to concerns about long-term motivation, you can wait for this expansion in March. Then it will be easier to assess what the free DLCs will add to Anthem.
Many players find “Tomb of the Legionnaires” to be the worst quest in Anthem. It is highly grind-heavy and plagued by bugs. BioWare has already responded before release.
What kind of quest is it? The tomb quest, also known as “Tomb of the Legionnaires” takes players out into the free play in the middle of the story campaign. Here, they must gain access to four tombs.
What do players find so bad about the quest? The quest has no clear direction, unlike other story quests. It consists of grunt tasks in the open world, such as “kill 50 enemies in melee” or “open a specific number of chests”. Additionally,
the descriptions of the challenges are unclear
the quest has a bug where players cannot open chests that they need to open if a team member has already done so.
the sudden grind quest disrupts the narrative flow of the story
It is now possible to start grinding faster: With the adjustment from BioWare, players can now start collecting progress for the challenges from level 3. This was confirmed in the EA Forum (via PCGamer).
If players now explore the open world in free play from level 3, they can already prepare for the tomb quest challenges alongside. This theoretically prevents players from spending too long on the grind until the story continues.
How it was before: So far, challenges only counted from the point when players had unlocked the quest “Tomb of the Legionnaires”. This happens at around level 10.
Is more improvement coming?
The chest bug will be removed: For the release of Anthem, there will be a large day-one patch. This fixes many problems and bugs that players are currently struggling with in early access. Among them is the bug with the treasure chests, where players do not get credited for chests that were opened by a team member.
After the release of Anthem, an opened chest will also count for oneself if another player opens it.
No further improvements are known: The quest still has a few more issues that annoy players. For many, the descriptions of the challenges are unclear.
For example, they may simply not understand the term “killing series”, as it is not clear what counts as a killing series. What is meant here is that you must complete 8 kills and there can be a maximum of 10 seconds between the kills. The descriptions could be more detailed here.
It is also criticized that the quest disrupts the narrative flow, which, however, is inherent to the quest type itself.
Live stream to provide more clarification: In a live stream, Lead Producer Ben Irving will talk about the problems and adjustments in Anthem. Anthem’s roadmap for March will also be a topic of the stream. Here comes the first Cataclysm. This will be an event in which the world of Anthem is supposed to change drastically.
The stream is today (Wednesday), February 22, at 10:00 PM
Guide to the tomb quest: We have a guide for you on how to complete the challenges of “Tomb of the Legionnaires”. We will, of course, adjust it accordingly when something changes upon release.

These are TOTW predictions: The predictions are based on the actual performances of the players they have achieved over the past week.
The predictions come from the community and are never 100% accurate, but they offer a good overview of the players that could make it into the Team of the Week.
How to get TOTW players in packs
How to get TOTW players: You can get TOTW cards in any packs that may contain gold players,
However, the chance of this is rather low; you will need a lot of luck accordingly.
Additionally, it is possible to buy the TOTW cards on the transfer market. However, the prices for them are often extremely high, especially for good players.D
Investing and trading with Team of the Week cards
Trading and investments with TOTW cards: If you are willing to take a certain risk, you can earn a lot of coins with the TOTW cards and the predictions about them. You must be aware that these predictions never fully align with the “real” TOTW. Therefore, there is no guarantee that your investment will pay off.
Fallout 76 has received a new patch. The new patch addresses some issues that the community has been mentioning for quite some time and contributes to making Fallout 76 significantly more enjoyable.
What has changed? With the patch from February 19, 2019, Patch 6 for Fallout 76 was deployed. The highlights of the patch:
The stash box now holds 800 units instead of 600
Molotov Beasts have been nerfed
Players are no longer “wanted” if they accidentally shoot a building. A player’s building must be destroyed to attain the status
Workbenches can be claimed from anywhere in the workshop
In addition, there are numerous bug fixes and minor adjustments. You can read the full patch notes in German on Bethesda’s official website.
These are the best changes
Despite the pretty long list of changes and bug fixes, 4 things stand out in particular. These affect all areas of the game: crafting, PvE, building, and PvE.
A larger stash
The increase of the stash capacity from 600 to 800 is one of the best changes that this patch brings and that the game has received overall. Building your own camps, crafting, and generally looting are a core part of Fallout 76.
The stash box has always represented a limitation, and whenever it was full, items had to be consumed or sold before one could continue exploring the world or building their home.
The community has also consistently called for a larger box. Threads often appeared on reddit requesting more storage capacity, even after the first expansion of the stash.
Its only problem was that it consumed large amounts of screws when trying to repair the legs. Screws are among the rarer materials, and the amount required to repair a Digger Power Armor can require hours of farming.
However, with patch 6, the required amount has been “drastically reduced.”
The large bats have had their sound attacks adjusted, now having a 10-second timer between attacks. This is to prevent them from being able to attack in such rapid succession.
Sound attacks shake both the character and the camera, making aiming almost impossible. If the Molotov Beast used its attack continuously, there was almost no way to fight back.
The huge beasts have at least shrunk for me from the “unpopular bullet sponge” to the “annoying nuisance” that sometimes irritates me but no longer consumes my entire ammo supply because I can’t hit it.
You are no longer accidentally “wanted”
There were often complaints that players suddenly received a “wanted” status when one of their bullets strayed and hit another player’s building. If one accidentally shot at a C.A.M.P. or a workbench, they could suddenly find a bounty placed on them.
Bethesda has now changed this with patch 6. Simply damaging a building part is no longer enough. A player must also destroy the part to become “wanted.”
Bounties are a mechanic in Fallout 76’s PvP designed to deter griefing. If someone frequently engages uninterested victims in PvP, be it killing them or destroying their C.A.M.P.s, they will become wanted and receive an ever-increasing bounty.
The bounty must be paid out of his own pocket if he is killed and the amount and his location are marked on the map for all players, so a hunt for griefers can quickly begin.
It was annoying for people who accidentally attacked buildings and thus became wanted. They were punished for an accident, which could be very frustrating. Luckily, that is no longer possible.
What do you think of the changes? What are your highlights?
Currently, a Mothman event is ongoing in Fallout 76. A player is convinced that tin hats have something to do with the Mothman:
In a few weeks, the next season will begin in Destiny 2 . There is little time left for some tasks. We show which activities you should complete by the end of Season 5.
On Tuesday, March 5th, it will begin. Then the season of the Drifter starts in Destiny 2, so Season 6. You don’t have much time left to check off current seasonal goals. Here is what you should still complete:
All bounties that you have accepted this season will have a power level cap for the rewards resulting from them. This cap will match the level cap that was active at the time of acceptance. So it stops at 650.
This makes so-called engram hoarding no longer worthwhile. Bounties saved beyond the seasonal change will not yield any powerful rewards above 650 when you redeem them in the next season.
On the contrary – they might block accepting new bounties that would reward you at a higher level, or even disappear completely from your inventory. Therefore, you should redeem all bounties before the end of Season 5.
Get Iron Banner Armor
Currently, the last Iron Banner of Season 5 is in full swing. And during the season of the Drifter, this one-week PvP event will return.
But you only have this week to secure the “Iron Fellowship” armor set for the three Guardian classes. After that, these armor pieces will no longer be available. If you’re a passionate collector, you should hurry.
By the way: The Iron Banner weapons from Year 2 will also remain available beyond Season 5.
Reset Crucible Rank for Top Weapons in PvP
In the pursuit of some top weapons from the Crucible, such as Redrix’s Claymore, Luna’s Howl, or The Summit, there are quest steps that require a specific number of rank resets or a specific rank.
You only have until the end of the current season to complete this task. If you do not reach the respective rank or required rank resets by then, they will reset. Other quest steps and progress will remain available even beyond the seasonal change.
However, if you reset the Valor rank 5 times during this season but didn’t complete the quest itself, this step will be credited to you retroactively in Season 6.
Unlock Seasonal Triumphs
In Destiny 2, there are some triumphs linked to the Season of the Forge – such as reaching a specific rank in the Crucible or the Vanguard. There are also some achievements in Gambit and Iron Banner that only count for the current season.
With the seasonal change, these triumphs will be removed. If you’re a completionist and absolutely want to earn every triumph, you should hurry. You don’t have much time left.
Reach Max Power Level of 650
This goal is not tied to Season 5 but could help you get a head start in the season of the Drifter – especially as a holder of the Annual Pass.
At the beginning of Season 5, the new premium content of the first premium DLC “Black Armory” had high level requirements. This meant that only Guardians who had already reached the old power level cap of 600 or were close to it could jump right into the new content. For everyone else, it meant leveling up in the old content first.
While Bungie already nerfed the first Forge after 2 days and lowered the level requirements, it was still difficult for players under 600 to dive into the new content.
The same phenomenon might now occur for Guardians in the new season if Bungie has not learned from this mistake. To prevent this issue, you should prepare accordingly and get your Guardians to the current max power level of 650 – or at least close to this value.
The tournament series “Love Each Other” has introduced a kind of ranking system in Fortnite. And professionals make use of the points system to their advantage.
Currently, the ranked play can be observed in the Love Each Other tournament. Players are complaining about a major issue with the points system.
What kind of tournament is this? The tournament is called “Love Each Other” and is active on several days in February. In the competitive sections, players must earn enough points to advance to the finals of the Champion Division.
There is a clear points system for this:
3 eliminations grant 1 point
5 eliminations grant 1 point
7 eliminations grant 1 point
An Epic Victory grants 3 points
Reaching the Top 3 grants 1 point
Reaching the Top 10 grants 1 point
The issue with the tournament: Many players complain that participants are not penalized for leaving the game early. Players exploit this by simply leaving matches mid-way, preventing their opponent from receiving points. Because if one is no longer in the game, the opponent cannot earn points for your elimination.
This leads to players only participating in matches to “collect kills” and then quickly leaving once they have gathered a few points. This increases their own point total but does not help the opponent.
Player TSM Zexrow has faced criticism for leaving the match with only 2 HP left. An opponent was just on their way to him.

Zexrow’s opponent then tweeted at two Epic Games employees responsible for the eSports sector. He showed them the clip of Zexrow and also his own perspective of the situation. He demands that competitive matches should not be left easily. There should be a fix or a punishment for denying an opponent a point like that.

This is the change desired: Players are demanding that participants should lose their collected points of a match if they leave the match early on their own accord. Whether Epic Games will adjust the tournament in this area is unclear.
Elsewhere, you should be visiting waterfalls in Fortnite right now. That is much more peaceful:
Battlefield 5 will soon receive a new Grand Operation. Fans are especially looking forward to a special innovation.
This is the highlight of the week in Battlefield 5: On February 21, Battlefield 5 will receive a new Grand Operation as part of the second Tides of War chapter, Lightning Strikes.
This operation is called “Battle of Hannut” and is inspired by one of the largest tank battles of the West Campaign. The Wehrmacht attempted to push through the Belgian town of Hannut on its way to the Netherlands.
What are Grand Operations? As Grand Operations, entire military operations are reenacted in Battlefield 5, spanning several virtual days. The outcome of one day affects the course of the battle.
Here’s how the Grand Operation “Battle of Hannut” unfolds: In the “Battle of Hannut,” the combat begins on an updated version of the map Panzerstorm. This multiplayer map is specifically designed for large-scale tank battles.
On the first virtual day, the mode Airborne is played, where the attacking team is dropped via parachute over the combat zone and must disable the defenders’ anti-aircraft.
On Day 2, it continues with the Breakthrough mode, where players aim to capture sectors piece by piece or prevent capture.
On the third day, players will battle through the picturesque landscape of the Arras map. For the first time, players can experience the popular Rush mode in Battlefield 5, which is making its return – but now with 64 instead of the usual 32 players.
On the fourth and final day of this Grand Operation, players will again fight for victory on Arras in the “Last Stand” mode. Here, each player has only one life and limited ammunition. Equipment must be collected on the battlefield.
This twist has been revealed by the developers: In a conversation on Twitter, Battlefield level designer Matt Wagner shared a cool detail that is currently bringing a lot of joy to numerous fans.
Many fans have asked for more night scenarios in Battlefield 5, and “Battle of Hannut” is adding another one.
Panzerstorm at night (Source: Reddit)
For the Airborne mode, the developers have set the Panzerstorm map to night. The battles will thus take place in darkness. Wagner emphasizes that it is supposed to be really dark.
Initial screenshots have also appeared on reddit, showing glimpses of the night version of Panzerstorm.

How fans are reacting: Numerous fans have welcomed this news with great joy. Many have wished for more nighttime battles, but the night version of the Narvik map was simply too bright for many fans.
All the more exciting is the announcement that it will now be really dark. The first images have fans feeling optimistic.
Many hope for more exciting battles and a greater impact of infantry on the Panzerstorm map.
Here’s how you can play Rush outside of Grand Operations: The regular Rush format with 32 players can be played starting March 7 as a limited-time standalone mode on the following maps:
Bent Steel
Narvik
Destruction
Before and after that, players will only be able to play Rush as part of the Battle of Hannut.
In FIFA 19, a new title update has been released today, on February 20th. This fixes an annoying problem in Pro Clubs and tweaks the goalkeepers.
Title update is live: On February 20, EA Sports released the latest update for FIFA 19. It initially appeared today for PC, but will also be available for consoles PS4 and Xbox One in the coming days.
This is the problem in Pro Clubs that is being fixed
CFs in Pro Clubs can be happy: The update fixes a problem in the Pro Clubs mode, which has been extremely annoying for CFs since release. When you set up as a CF, you are forced into the Left Back position during the game.
Even if you act as intended as a central attacking midfielder, you receive poor ratings and constantly see a red arrow above you that tries to move you to the LB position.
If you want to play as CF, now you can finally play as CF: The bug is finally being fixed after nearly 5 months. EA states that CFs will no longer be treated like LBs in terms of position and player rating.
CFs were often forced into the LB position
Goalkeepers are being further adjusted in FIFA 19
Patch notes of the title update: Below, you can read the other changes that not only affect Pro Clubs:
The goalkeeper’s speed will be further reduced when you control them manually in free play. This change continues the speed reduction from the 7th title update.
Players sometimes swapped positions on the field without intent. This problem will be fixed.
Sometimes in an FUT online match, a player’s overall rating was incorrectly displayed in the player performance screen. The problem was only visual and did not affect gameplay – it will still be fixed.
EA thanks all players who provided feedback.

The squad mode of Apex Legends is not the only way to play, it seems. Some new findings point to additional modes that come with significant changes.
What modes are coming? Some data miners have been able to extract hints from the game files of Apex Legends regarding alternatives to the current squad mode. Currently, four possible new modes are known:
Solo
Duo
“Recruit”
“Survive”
Currently, a squad consists of three people – will more modes come?
This is how the new modes work
What will Solo and Duo look like? The solo mode will apparently be based on the classic battle royale mode. You land alone and fight solo for victory while facing off against 59 other solo players.
The duo mode will probably work the same way. Find a partner and get started to eliminate a total of 29 other teams and be the last one standing.
Apex Legends seems to have ideas to spice up these modes.
What is the “Recruit” mode? One of the new ideas is a mode that the game files mark as “Recruit”. This mode is something completely new. Hints regarding it were found on the site Apex Legends – News & Leaks on Twitter.
What currently appears from the game files is that in the “Recruit” mode there will apparently only be three teams, all consisting of 20 people. The special thing about it is that you do not simply kill your opponents.
If you have defeated an enemy, you have the opportunity to “recruit” them for your team. A round lasts until only one of the three teams is left standing.

What is the “Survive” mode? Not much is known about the “Survive” mode yet. However, it seems to be oriented around a gladiator arena, so it is presumably a solo mode.
You will probably fight in an arena where NPCs watch you and even comment. Game files like emotes and quotes have been found that are supposed to react to special actions of the players.
The map of Apex Legends – will it be used in the “Survive” mode?
It is also unclear whether there are four different modes or if some of the new modes share descriptions.
This would mean that the solo mode is actually the “Survive” mode and does not occur as a pure single-player experience in battle royale style. More precise information will probably come later.
How would you like the new modes?
A possible date for at least the solo and duo modes is in March, when the battle passes and the season start:
Anthem has a quest where you need to open 15 chests in Freeplay. How to find them quickly, we reveal here.
Why find chests? Anthem players receive the quest “Tomb of the Legionnaires” during the story the quest “Tomb of the Legionnaires”. This is a multi-part quest where four graves must be opened by completing different tasks.
The grave of Yvena requires you to open 15 chests in Freeplay. However, you still have to open them yourself, as only then will the progress be counted. This, however, is supposed to change with the Day One Patch at the release of Anthem.
You can access the quest from level 3 since a patch; previously, the tasks were intended for freelancers of level 9 to 10.
On this route, you will find chests:In the Anthem Subreddit, players have now identified an ideal route to quickly find the 15 chests in Freeplay. However, it seems not all chests respawn for all players along the route.
PC Gamer has also identified and described a similar route, indicating where to find the chests.
Another route where you should find chests quickly. Source: PC Gamer
1. The first chest is located east of the point where you spawn into Freeplay from Fort Tarsis, by a turret.
2. The second chest is underwater – dive at the northwestern waterfall.
3. Now it’s time to get back out of the water: the next chest is not far from a tent on a rock ledge.
4. The fourth chest is located in a rocky area near another tent.
5. The next chest is near number four, flying north and down. The chest is on a cliff.
6. Number six is hiding behind a rock on a cliff.
7. This chest can be found in another camp area, at the watchtower of Arath.
8. Behind a bridge, there should be a chest in a green area.
9. The next chest is in a destroyed tower in the Great Falls Canyon region.
10. Look on the map below the inscription “Great Falls”. The chest is near many bridges.
11. Turn north from the last chest. Chest number eleven is in the water.
12. Don’t leave the water yet. Turn around from the last chest and swim further underwater. There should be a cave where you can surface. In the cave, you can find another chest.
13. This chest is right at the end of the cave.
14. This chest is located in the valley of Tarsis at the western wall. It should be next to some rocks.
15. In this area, there is a bridge where some sentinels are likely fighting. From the bridge, head north into a cave where another chest is located.
16. Near the bridge, you will find a body of water at the bottom of which lies another chest.
17. One chest is located here in a cave.
18. Follow the water down here – there should be another chest near the riverbed.
19. If you fly north from the last chest, you will find a large rock in Great Falls Canyon. On the other side of this rock hides a chest.
20. From the last chest, head southwest. There, you can enter a blue cave. Right at the end of the cave on the left side, there is a smaller cave room with the chest you are looking for.
21. This chest is found in a cave behind a tower in Honor Valley, near the wall in the east.
22. This chest is nearby in another bluish cave located higher on a hill.
With chests comes loot: Besides the quest for the grave of Yvena, by opening the chests you can also hope for good loot. There is a chance that you will find equipment of various rarity levels, including masterpieces or legendary gear.
The chance increases as in all activities when you choose a higher difficulty level.
The farm trick for higher-level equipment is over: BioWare has ended the chest trick:
The conflict in the MMORPG community of The Elder Scrolls Online shows the gap between solo players and group players. Why is that? MyMMO author Andreas Bertits is trying to find out.
In the past, MMORPGs were only for multiplayer fans
It was different back then: Those who think back to the beginnings of the MMORPG genre, about 20 years ago, including Ultima Online and Everquest, certainly do not think of solo content or that quests and dungeons could be completed alone.
Back then, it was essential to play in groups. Most content simply could not be mastered otherwise.
The titles were designed to bring players together. That was the idea behind the “Massively Multiplayer” concept.
However, this changed over time.
Everquest is considered one of the forebears of theme park MMOs. World of Warcraft was heavily inspired by it.
Solo players were invited to MMORPGs
That’s why solo content was added: Even World of Warcraft, which was released in 2004, allowed players to master some content alone. Therefore, one saw more and more individuals in the game doing their own thing.
This caused part of the group aspect to be lost. The MMORPG opened up to a broader target group. Those who wanted nothing to do with other players in the game also had fun. This, in turn, contributed significantly to the success of Blizzard’s online role-playing game.
Due to the strong connection of ESO to the single-player RPG franchise, The Elder Scrolls, this orientation was natural for Zenimax: They wanted to bring the many players from Skyrim into the online game.
In The Elder Scrolls Online, there are still group contents like dungeons and anchors that cannot be completed solo, yet ESO also targets all those who want to play alone – and is thus very successful.
World of Warcraft allows players to complete many contents alone.
Conflict between solo and group players
This is why the ESO community is arguing: With the introduction of new story content in ESO with Wrathstone, which must be completed in a group, this has led to disputes in the community:
MMORPG fans do not understand why all content should be mastered alone
Solo players do not want to be forced into groups when they only want to experience the story.
This conflict clearly highlights the gap between solo players and multiplayer fans. Those who are interrupted by others while questing and immersing themselves in the story may lose the desire to continue playing. Therefore, one often hears and reads that in story-driven online games, players prefer to play the story alone before turning to group content with others. The story is something to be enjoyed privately and undisturbed.
ESO is a very story-driven game. This attracts fans of good stories. And thus solo players. However, ESO is still an MMORPG whose basic concept is based on playing in a group, meeting others, making friends, and facing significant challenges in a party.
That is why it is understandable that MMO fans are not particularly pleased when more and more content of a multiplayer game can also be completed alone. These are titles designed for multiplayer fun and should be played as such.
The ESO DLC Wrathstone led to the dispute between solo players and group players.
Story in group content – a conflict zone
Are the developers themselves to blame? Essentially, it is a home-grown problem based on a concept that only works in rare cases: Game developers want to reach as many customers as possible and therefore create the “jack-of-all-trades” – the game that offers everything to everyone.
They want to appeal to solo players with appropriate solo content but also please group players.
They want to offer a story that caters to fans of storytelling but also quick and straightforward content for all those who do not care about the story.
Is there a solution? In the case of The Elder Scrolls Online and other MMORPGs, the conflict could be avoided by completely limiting the “story” to solo content.
However, group content would only be “nice but optional,” without affecting the plot.
This would make the “group content” feel trivial, as nothing could happen there that ultimately matters to the plot.
A solution without any disadvantages for either group seems difficult to find.
Xur is becoming exciting again in Season 6 of Destiny 2. For some Guardians, he might end the Exotic drought of the past months.
How many Forsaken Exotics have you received since September 2018? Five? Maybe even 10? Or more?
Surely no one will complain about too many Forsaken Exotics. Because they are still quite rare.
Destiny 2 is stingy with Forsaken Exotics: A quick look at the trophy overview on PS4 already shows this. Here, not even 3% of all players have received the Exotic trophy. This is earned by collecting 10 exotic Forsaken weapons and armor pieces.
The reasons for the Exotic poverty lie in the fact that
Xur is exciting again: Even though one looked forward to the return of the “old, cool Xur” before Forsaken – he disappoints the Guardians again with dull offers. However, Bungie announced a change for Season 6.
Xur bounties in Season 6: The new season starts on March 5, 2019. In a roadmap for Year 2, which Bungie published months ago, there is talk of new content called “Xur Bounties”. So of bounties that Xur will offer.
Forsaken Exotics through Xur bounties?
What is known about the Xur bounties? Unfortunately, there is currently no official information on what can be expected from the Xur bounties. The roadmap does not provide any further details. In the background of the Xur bounties, only the familiar symbol of the Nine can be seen:
Will Xur end his stinginess? The Xur bounties provide plenty of room for speculation. There is hope that through the bounties, one can finally target Forsaken Exotics. Many Guardians still complain after months that they have hardly received any new Exotics, despite spending many hours in the MMO shooter.
What speaks for it: At the start of Season 6, the Forsaken launch will be about half a year old. Bungie – or rather Xur – could then be more generous with the new Exotics. After all, these are no longer really “new” – but only extremely rare.
What speaks against it: These are just speculations. The bounties could lead to completely different loot. Some Guardians suspect that these bounties could be guaranteed sources for random Exotics – but not guaranteed Year 2 Exotics.
Xur bounties have a catch
Only Annual Pass owners can hope: Additionally, the upcoming bounties have a catch. They count as annual pass exclusive content.
In other words, those who do not own the paid annual pass – nothing is likely to change for them regarding Xur. At least one can only play the bounties if one has the annual pass installed.
The Exotic poverty will only end in Season 6, if at all, for a part of the Guardians. Many players see a complete overhaul of Xur as long overdue.
This is how our reader Heiko “IndEnt” Hesse writes: “That the Xur bounties are only for annual pass holders is really bad (I have the pass) – Xur really should be revamped for EVERYONE!”
What do you think about the situation regarding Xur and the Forsaken Exotics? What do you think, what will the Xur bounties bring?
Ubisoft has announced the PC specs you need to meet in order to play the online shooter The Division 2. The system requirements and prerequisites are somewhat more lenient than those for Anthem, which is released around the same time.
How do the system requirements compare with Anthem? If you don’t want to play at resolutions higher than Full HD, the PC system requirements for The Division 2 are even somewhat more lenient than the specs for Anthem.
Bioware’s online shooter requires, for example, 16 GB of RAM and a Nvidia GTX 1060 or RTX 2060 for the recommended system requirements. Additionally, Anthem requires Windows 10, while you can play The Division 2 on Windows 7 and 8.
Only if you want to play The Division 2 at resolutions beyond Full HD at 60 fps, you should own a very powerful PC.
It is also interesting that The Division 2 can still be launched on Windows 7. Anthem already requires Windows 10.
Advantages of Playing on PC
What are the advantages of playing on PC? Those who play The Division 2 on PC will see several graphical features that the versions on PS4 and Xbox One do not offer. These include:
Native 4K support with HDR
Support for ultra-wide monitors
Multi-monitor PC setups are supported
The frame rate is not capped
AMD’s FreeSync is supported
Can your PC run The Division effortlessly? Even in 4K?
