This evening, the new game in the Ghost Recon universe is to be presented. The title may have already leaked and is rumored to be Breakpoint.
This is what happened: Last night, on May 8th, some alleged information about the next game in the Ghost Recon series was posted. The information is said to have come from a listing for the Collector’s Edition – from Ubisoft itself!
This banner is supposedly advertising the Collector’s Edition of the new Ghost Recon.
These are the leaks: According to the alleged information collected on ResetEra and Reddit, the upcoming game is supposed to be a sequel to Ghost Recon: Wildlands. The title is said to be Ghost Recon: Breakpoint.
Like Wildlands, the upcoming game is expected to focus on the co-op mode with four players. There will also be missions with a lot of story.
Supposedly, Ghost Recon: Breakpoint will be released on October 4th for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
The villain in Breakpoint is said to be Cole D. Walker, played by Jon Bernthal.
This is what it will be about: According to the leak, players will face a new villain who should already be familiar to them. It’s reportedly about Cole D. Walker, who recently entered the game with a new update for Ghost Recon: Wildlands. Walker is said to be a soldier who rebelled against his superiors and now has an army of drones at his disposal.
This is supposed to be the Collector’s Edition: Alleged information about the Collector’s Edition of Breakpoint was also posted on Reddit. It is said to include a 24 cm figure of Cole D. Walker, a map, a Year 1 pass, and an Ultimate Pack with additional missions, vehicles, cosmetic items, and items that unlock character classes earlier.
In Fortnite the servers will be shut down today, on 9.5., on all platforms (PC, MAC, Xbox One, PS4, Switch, iOS, and Android) so that the new Season 9 can be activated. When does the downtime start and when will the Fortnite servers be back online?
What is happening today in Fortnite? Weekly maintenance occurs in Fortnite to allow developers to activate new updates for the game. During this time, the servers will be unavailable to you; you will have to take a break.
Today, the maintenance is likely to take a bit longer since Fortnite is now starting its 9th Season. This brings many changes.
When and how long will the Fortnite servers be offline?
When will the servers be down? Around 9:30 AM, you will no longer be able to join new lobbies. Fortnite sets this buffer before the server goes down so that you are not kicked out of ongoing matches during the shutdown.
The actual server downtime will start today at 10:00 AM German time. Then Fortnite will no longer be accessible to you.
When will Fortnite be back online today? The servers of Fortnite are now accessible again.
What’s new in Season 9 of Fortnite
Update: Fortnite has now officially introduced Season 9. Here are the first insights:
These contents were expected: In recent days, Fortnite has already posted some teaser images to prepare players for the new season. The theme of these teasers is “Future.”
Therefore, a futuristic theme was expected for Season 9 of Fortnite. Fortnite has now fulfilled this by renaming Tilted Towers to Neo Tilted. It is now very colorful there.
With teasers, players were already tuned into the bright theme before the season started.
Liverpool won 4:0 and made the “dead” cards valuable again. Profits of up to 300,000 coins were possible.
Example RTTF cards
These profits were possible
The investment was worth it: With the RTTF-Fabinho card, the biggest profits could be made.
Here, the price of the Fabinho card before the semi-final second leg was about 310,000 coins (PS4). A real bargain compared to the weeks before. The 89-rated card was not available for less than 450,000 coins throughout April (PS4).
Once the Liverpool victory was confirmed, the price skyrocketed, with no end in sight. Thus, FUT players could demand prices of over 600,000 coins during this time.
The sudden price increase of Fabinho RTTF on second leg day
Meanwhile, the value of the card has stabilized at 510,000 coins. However, once the card receives its upgrade, this is expected to rise again.
Van Dijk also brought in some coins: Similar profits could also be made with Van Dijk’s RTTF card.
One could buy Van Dijk before the game for 440,000 coins (PS4) and immediately sell it again for 660,000 coins. A profit of 220,000 coins.
This increase was also significant and surely made many players happy.
This price drop was enormous
Such a thing is rarely seen: Owners of the RTTF-Suarez card must have been upset about the loss of value of their card. It was available for a whopping 1,400,000 coins (PS4) before the game, and as soon as the game was over, the price dropped by a whopping 500,000 coins.
And the price continues to drop. The card is currently at about 770,000 coins (PS4).
Such a drop has rarely been seen.
One’s joy is another’s sorrow
This is what players say: Many FUT players are upset about having sold their cards in panic, like the user LBSchalke04LB. They wrote below the Fabinho card on Futbin: “Why the hell did I sell Fabinho for 340,000 yesterday?”
Others, however, are happy about the easy coins earned, like Samutwelve: “Easy 200,000 coins profit, thanks to Barcelona’s defense”
Are you also among the lucky ones, or did you rely on Barcelona’s victory?

FC Liverpool spectacularly reaches the Champions League final, and FUT players benefit from it in FIFA 19. Read here how it happened.
Who would have thought that FC Liverpool could turn around a 0:3 first-leg deficit against FC Barcelona? Many FUT players probably didn’t believe it, allowing bolder players to make a juicy profit.
Since FIFA 19, there are RTTF cards (Road to the Final). These dynamic cards receive upgrades every time the team reaches the next round of the Champions League.
The further a player goes in the Champions League, the better and more valuable their card becomes.
This is what happened: Many owners of the Liverpool-RTTF cards of Van Dijk or Fabinho were anxious about the value of their cards. After the 0:3 defeat in the first leg, their market values in FIFA 19 had already dropped significantly, with no end in sight.
Quickly, the cards were sold cheaply before the second leg to avoid even greater losses.
Fearless players swooped in, hoping for the unlikely advancement of FC Liverpool. And as we now know, that is exactly what happened in a spectacular manner.
Are you also among the lucky ones, or did you rely on Barcelona’s victory?
Van Dijk also brought in some coins: Similar profits could also be made with Van Dijk’s RTTF card.

This is an AI-powered translation. Some inaccuracies might exist.
MeinMMO:Please tell our readers more about the multiplayer and co-op system. How will it work exactly?
Producer Iizuka: Basically, you set out as the protagonist plus a buddy to explore the world. However, you can send a signal at any point. As another player, you can also set it up to receive these help signals.
If the conditions are met to qualify as a helper, you can then travel to the “host’s” world. You will retain your character’s appearance, level, and abilities.
MeinMMO:What conditions would that be, for example?
Producer Iizuka: It mainly has to do with the helper being as far along in the game as the host and being able to switch to the same area.
That means there are currently no requirements regarding level. However, we may adjust that later.
In Code Vein, you can team up with your buddy NPC and another player in a group
MeinMMO:Let’s say a friend and I are at exactly the same point in the story. And we’re stuck on the same boss. If I call him for help now and we take down the boss together, will the progress also be saved for him?
Producer Iizuka: No, you would need to go into his world to fight the boss again. Or he has to ask someone else for help.
MeinMMO:What rewards will there be for players who frequently help others? Is there any incentive to motivate more people to help?
Producer Iizuka: All items and EXP that you received in the host’s world can of course be taken into your own world. But there will also be other forms of rewards that you can take with you during your stay.
MeinMMO: Will there be PvP?
Producer Iizuka: There will not be a PvP mode. We intentionally left it out because we chose the experience of traveling together with the buddy and cooperative partner through the world as the core concept for the game.
The combat system of Code Vein will be familiar to veterans of Dark Souls
The shared experience of the story with NPCs and co-op partners
MeinMMO:Let’s say I’m interested in Code Vein but not yet 100% convinced. What three features or aspects of the game would you show me to get me excited?
Producer Iizuka: As a basic explanation, Code Vein is an action RPG with a relatively high level of difficulty. It requires players to constantly try different approaches to reach their goals. When they achieve it, the sense of accomplishment is correspondingly great. That is essentially how the game works.
To achieve this, there are three properties that are important. First is the storyline, which is very dramatic and complex. There is a lot to discover within it.
Secondly, there is the buddy system. The buddy is not only seen as an NPC who provides assistance but also brings along a character through whom players can learn more over time.
The buddy characters play an important role in Code Vein: They help in fighting and contribute more to the story experience
And thirdly, there is character building: Players can continually try to overcome enemies and progress through level ups and various options. There are a tremendous number of variations.
And as a small fourth point: character creator. Players can express their character according to their preferences and have many options.
MeinMMO: What kind of post-game content will there be?
Producer Iizuka: Primarily, you can restart with the experience and skills you have collected throughout the game. So a sort of New Game +.
Additionally, there are ways to return to your current game state and complete side quests and dungeons. This includes the Depths (dungeon), which you could explore in the demo.
While exploring, you can also collect items that you may have overlooked previously, which can lead to new missions that were not necessary for the main game.
The abilities of your character are determined by its “Blood Code,” which represents a kind of class in Code Vein
MeinMMO:In the past, there has often been the question of a Switch version of Code Vein. However, Bandai Namco has deliberately avoided answering this question. Why is this kept silent?
Producer Iizuka (laughs): When developing Code Vein, the Switch version was not considered, so we did not develop it for that from the beginning. What comes in the future, I cannot unfortunately say. But I am open to anything.
Black Desert has introduced a new expansion that brings you 2 zones under the sea. We will show you what is available for you there.
What does the expansion bring? This update has already been announced in a road map and brings you the Protty Caves and the underwater ruins of Sycraia into the game. Additionally, there is a new field boss, Sycrid, to battle.
When does the expansion start? So far, these new features do not exist yet. Only on May 22 will these innovations be introduced into the game.
What’s in the new expansion of Black Desert
What are these zones under the sea? Although these two areas are located below the water surface, you can move around normally and do not have to swim.
The Protty Caves
How do I get to these zones? Last summer, these zones were teased. It was noted there that you can only reach the areas with a boat. From there, you must venture into the ocean.
The Protty Caves are places where darkness prevails, and only plants and creatures illuminate your way. There you will encounter amphibious beings that you must fight.
https://youtu.be/OPTPGljS0GA
In the underwater ruins of Sycraia, on the other hand, you will embark on a treasure hunt to find a special artifact that grants you access to special ruins.
There is a new boss: In the underwater ruins, you will also encounter the new boss, Sycrid. You will only be able to defeat this opponent through teamwork.
Here you will meet the new boss – The underwater ruins
What else is new? You do not have to wait until May 22 to play new features. Already this week, after maintenance, the feature “Marnis’ Great Stone” will be available. This gives you rare items when you eliminate enemies. The defeated monster must correspond to the type of stone you possess.
Apex Legends will reveal the first details about Season 2 in June. Players already have high expectations, making the season crucial for the game.
When will the season be presented? On June 7, we will learn more about Season 2 of Apex Legends. The E3 will take place there, and publisher EA wants to provide the first insights into Season 2 together with Respawn.
The season is expected to be released at the end of the current quarter or at the beginning of the new one. This would be around June 30.
The season will be crucial: In Season 2, it will also become evident whether Apex Legends can withstand the high expectations of the players. The current season has not been well received by some players, and more was expected than could be delivered.
The problems from Season 1 and what needs to improve in Season 2
The Battle Pass from Season 1 was rather disappointing
Additionally, leveling up in the Battle Pass takes forever, and the rewards at the end are rather lackluster.
Many players were already exhausted after a few days in Season 1. They have long been calling for new content. Other players turned their backs on the game, causing the player numbers to decline.
Apex Legends now has to prove this: Season 2 is pivotal for Apex Legends. Where is the game heading? Is Respawn demonstrating that Season 1 was more of a test and that they will finally cater to the players with Season 2? Or is it going in the opposite direction and the 2nd season will be just as weak as its predecessor?
This is what Season 2 must offer: In Season 2, players must receive an incentive to level up the Battle Pass. If the rewards are weak, many fans will lose interest.
Apex Legends needs to improve significantly in Season 2 to make the players happy
Respawn should also consider whether they want to implement weekly challenges that provide players with incentives to play each week and promise new rewards. At the very least, they should offer something that changes the game’s meta.
This is what the developers promised: Already in April, Respawn spoke to the players and promised that they would engage more with the community in the upcoming seasons.
In addition, there should be a new legend in every new season. Along with the legend, there will be another feature that changes the meta of Apex Legends, Respawn announced.
What do you think? Will Apex Legends hit the mark with Season 2, or will it be another disappointment?
Not only Season 2 is coming soon, but also a mobile version of Apex Legends:
Currently in Pokémon GO, the Detective Pikachu event is happening and players from Europe are complaining about an annoying disadvantage. We will tell you what it’s all about.
This disadvantage we have in Europe: In Europe, there is Pantimos as a regional Pokémon to catch. This Pokémon can also be found more frequently in the event, blocking numerous other spawns.
Pantimos is also very common outside of the event, so players are not really looking for more Pantimos spawns. Other regions of the world do not have this disadvantage. In those regions, Pantimos does not exist, and the spawns are correspondingly different and better for many players.
What players say about the Pantimos disadvantage
This is how Pantimos is perceived by the players: Player “FFIXwasthebestFF” writes on Reddit: “I know they want to bring Pokémon that play a role in the upcoming Detective Pikachu movie. But having more Pantimos in the wild is a slap in the face for all European players. They are a real plague all year round. Niantic should reduce the spawns of that.”
Pantimos has a baby Pokémon named Pantimini, which is not yet in the game.
Player “arkenmaverick” even writes: “This game has made me hate Pantimos with all my heart.”
“axnjxn00” says: “It’s unbelievable that they have increased the damn Pantimos spawns. Currently, 75% of the spawns are Pantimos.”
This problem exists with Pantimos: The regional Pokémon is completely useless. It cannot be evolved for XP, nor is it useful in battle.
When comparing Pantimos with regional Pokémon like Scyther or Tauros, it is significantly weaker. Even outside of events, Pantimos is everywhere. Every player has caught more than enough Pantimos.
Players are upset about the many Pantimos
That’s why players feel disadvantaged: Looking at other regions of the world, the spawns there are significantly more pleasant. Every Pantimos here is a different and possibly better spawn in other regions. So during the event, apart from Pantimos, there are almost only possible Shinies. This regional Pokémon effectively pushes those spawns away.
What do you think about this? Are you bothered by Pantimos as well, or do you find the spawns acceptable?
The new Raid bosses in the event are actually better, as they bring back 2 fan-favorites:
It seems that Destiny 2 will soon apparently receive numerous Masterwork catalysts for its Year 2 weapon exotics. This is something that very few fans expected.
This has now been discovered in the game data: The new Update 2.2.2 not only introduced the weapon Perfected Outbreak into the game. After the new patch, savvy fans discovered numerous new Masterwork catalysts in the game data. It looks like you’ll soon be able to empower a variety of exotic weapons from Year 2.
What are Masterwork catalysts anyway? With these items, you can upgrade certain exotic weapons to a Masterwork. Essentially, this means you enhance the respective weapon, making it stronger and more powerful. In a Masterwork version, certain stats are improved or even additional perks are unlocked for the respective gun.
Which exotic catalysts are new now? A total of 21 new Masterwork catalysts have been discovered in the data of Destiny 2. For some of them, the effects have already been partially read out. However, these should be taken with caution, according to the user who stumbled upon the entries. For others, only the names are known.
The effects were already listed for these 9 catalysts:
This is what the Guardians are speculating about: With the exception of Perfected Outbreak, these catalysts have only appeared in the game data so far. It is currently unclear when and how the remaining new catalysts will actually find their way into the game.
The Thunderlord with Ornament
Some Guardians speculate that they could make their way into Destiny 2 as part of Season 7. Some believe that a few of them could already be made available in advance for the new season and then released piecemeal.
However, these are merely fan theories. There is no concrete information on this. Additionally, some fans warn that Bungie has taken an incredibly long time to introduce already known catalysts into the game.
That’s why very few expected this: Many fans hoped and waited for these catalysts. Yet very few probably truly believed that they would soon emerge in the game.
Indeed, even if Bungie has promised corresponding catalysts for all exotic weapons, there has been no news about this feature for quite some time. Since summer 2018, in principle, there has been radio silence, or no new information.
Nothing has been said about the Masterwork catalysts for Year 2 weapons. Therefore, many fans assumed that this feature was either completely discarded or postponed indefinitely – similar to the Trials of the Nine, which are unlikely to return before Fall 2019.
Did you actually think that Bungie would likely introduce the remaining catalysts in the foreseeable future? When do you think and how will they make their way into the game?

Since its release in China, PUBG (PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds) has had a hard time from the start. Now the mobile version has been removed from the stores. The developers are now sending players to a very similar game, running under the name “Game for Peace” or “Elite Force for Peace”.
What happened? On the Chinese website Weibo (similar to Twitter), PUBG publisher Tencent announced that after more than a year, it has now ended the testing phase of the Chinese PUBG mobile version. The game is no longer available for download there.
As Reuters reports, PUBG Mobile had 70 million daily players in China. Users are now being lured with their gaming progress from PUBG Mobile to a different game that suspiciously looks like PUBG. However, it is much more patriotic.
Tencent states, “the game pays tribute to the blue warriors of the sky, who protect our country’s airspace.” This refers to the Chinese Air Force. The game translates to something like “Game for Peace.”
Why did Tencent do this? With the release of PUBG, there were already issues in China. The game had to be adapted to socialist core values initially. There was too much violence in the matches. Since the game particularly attracts teenagers, it was said to convey healthy and positive values for them. Classic shooter games with raw violence are not well-received there.
By thanking the Chinese Air Force with Game for Peace now, these are presumably positive values. Now Tencent wants to lure PUBG Mobile players to Game for Peace. You basically continue to play the same game, just “adapted.” And with this game, Tencent can also earn money in China.
This is how the censored PUBG is now different: They have apparently also taken care of the violence. As PCGamesN reports, users explain that the tactical shooter looks similar to PUBG, but is now “very socialist”.
One even writes that the violence has been significantly reduced. Injured players do not bleed. Defeated players wave goodbye instead of lying on the ground. Afterwards, they simply disappear.
This player waves goodbye after being “defeated” with an assault rifle. Moments later, he simply disappears.

In Fortnite: Battle Royale has now revealed the 3rd and possibly last teaser for Season 9. This time, there is once again a kind of graffiti artist to be seen, and the word Neo appears along with a clear hint at the return of Tilted Towers.
What does the 3rd teaser for Season 9 show? Recently, the third teaser for the upcoming 9th Season of Fortnite was shown on Twitter. You can see the following things:
A guy with goggles, headphones, a cap, and a hoodie. He looks a bit like a mix between a DJ and a graffiti artist. This is likely another skin from the new Battle Pass.
The title this time is “the Future is Tilted”, which sort of means “The Future is tilted” but likely refers to the future of Tilted Towers.
The letter “O” is prominently visible.

What do the letters mean? By now, we have three letters that in chronological order make up the word “Neo”. If today’s teaser is the last one, then the word is likely really Neo, which in Ancient Greek means “new”, but also “fresh”, “young”, or “revolutionary”.
Many fans believe that it refers to significant changes on the map. Or maybe even a completely new map that replaces the old one or exists as an alternative.
However, there could be a fourth teaser tomorrow, on May 9th. In that case, the only sensible word would probably be Neon. However, Epic has not released any teasers on the day of the season start. Therefore, Neon seems rather unlikely.
What is the significance of Tilted Towers? However, the sentence “The Future is Tilted” argues against a new map and for a proper redesign of the old map. Because many fans interpret from this that Tilted Towers, which was completely destroyed last, will be replaced by a futuristic new version. There have already been fan arts depicting such a “Sci-Fi Tilted”.

ZeniMax, the makers of The Elder Scrolls
Online, are reportedly working on a new AAA title with new IP, according to studio head Matt Firor. They are looking to hire a lot of new employees.
What did Matt Firor say? In an interview with Official Xbox Magazine, ZeniMax studio head Matt Firor also mentioned a small detail that many had overlooked.
They are indeed looking for a lot of new employees to work on a new game. It is supposed to be a new AAA game, which will also cater to a new IP. So it probably has nothing to do with one of the franchises already known from ZeniMax/Bethesda.
Producer Matt Firor.
What kind of developers are being sought? On the ZeniMax website, they are indeed looking to hire a lot of new people. Over 40 positions are being advertised, including:
3D Environment Artist
Backend Engineer
Content Designer
Gameplay Engineer
Lead UX Designer
Live Services Manager
Mobile Community Manager
Mobile UI Designer
Senior Mobile Product Manager
Mobile game or MMO?
Matt Firor explains that it will be a AAA title with a new engine. This indicates a substantial budget. On the other hand, some fans suspect (and fear) that it could be a mobile game. After all, they are specifically looking for Mobile Community Managers and Mobile UI Designers.
That’s why it might not be a mobile game: Although AAA titles can also be mobile games, many players associate the term more with large titles for PC and consoles.
Since only three specific mobile employees are being sought, this could be a completely different project. Perhaps an additional, new mobile game or a companion app.
It is also suggested that among the developer positions, the “New AAA game from ZeniMax” is specifically mentioned. There is no mention of that in the mobile positions. The UI Designer only states, “Develop intuitive and entertaining interfaces for mobile titles.”
Will there be ESO 2? This can actually be ruled out. For one, Matt Firor clearly stated that it is supposed to be a new IP, which means a new game universe. In an interview with MeinMMO, ZeniMax had already mentioned that they would not continue ESO, but rather move on.
Nevertheless, many fans fear that ZeniMax will treat the old game poorly with the release of a new MMO.
What will the new game be then? Since ZeniMax has only developed ESO, i.e., an MMORPG, many fans suspect that they will continue in this genre. However, since it is supposed to be a new IP, it is unlikely to be an MMO related to Fallout, Doom, Elder Scrolls, or Wolfenstein.
However, a MMO spin-off of Starfield, the new sci-fi RPG IP from Bethesda, is possible. The game is currently in development at Bethesda, and perhaps ZeniMax is also working on a game in that universe.
On the other hand, ZeniMax could also be working on a loot shooter or a pure single-player title. We might learn more about ZeniMax’s new game by E3.
What do you think is currently in the works at the ESO developers?
In FIFA 19 the TOTW 34 (Team of the Week) is now known. Which players are in the Team of the Week, you will find out here.
The best cards in TOTW 34: The highest ratings of the new Inform cards are held by Hazard (95), Bruno Fernandes (89), and Timo Werner (89).
These Bundesliga players made it: The current Team of the Week features top cards from the Bundesliga, including Timo Werner (89), Joshua Kimmich (88), and Julian Brandt (87).
The new card of Timo Werner: Many FUT players with Bundesliga teams will be happy; Timo Werner receives his fourth Inform card in FUT 19 this week.
Timo Werner 4th Inform card (89)
The TOTW cards of the lightning-fast striker from RB Leipzig are very popular this year. Because even the 86 version is a goal machine. Comparing his new TOTW card (89) with his last 88 card, particularly the following improvements stand out:
Shooting: 88 -> 90
Passing: 74 -> 76
Physical: 73 -> 75

How to get the new TOTW cards
From Sets: You can find the strong Inform cards in these packs:
Bronze or Silver TOTW cards can also be found in the corresponding Bronze and Silver packs.
But bear in mind that the chance of pulling an Inform card is very low.
On the Transfer Market: The new TOTW cards are also offered by players on the Transfer Market. However, the most popular Inform cards cost much more than the weaker specimens.
Sylvanas Windrunner is arguably the most controversial character in the current World of Warcraft. The reason for this is that no one knows what she really wants.
Sylvanas Windrunner is one of the most popular characters from World of Warcraft. However, what Blizzard has been doing with her in recent years is causing increasing discontent among fans. But what is the reason for this? Has Sylvanas changed so much, or are the fans the ones who do not know what they want? We dare to make a small analysis.
When you ask people which characters they know from the Warcraft universe, names like Thrall, Jaina, Arthas, and Sylvanas will especially come up. These are all characters that players have grown attached to since Warcraft 3 and have been a part of their hobby for nearly two decades. The more emotional players become when these characters change drastically or stray from the path that had long been established.
This is the very problem that players now see with Lady Sylvanas Windrunner, the Banshee Queen and leader of the Forsaken. No one knows what Sylvanas truly stands for and no one knows what she really wants. No one, except Blizzard. Hopefully.
Sylvanas will not fall through a rebellion
Within the Horde, a small and ever-growing rebellion is forming due to Saurfang, Baine, and now also Thrall. The voices against Sylvanas are getting louder, and more and more characters doubt that Sylvanas wants what’s best for the Horde. The logical step on this path would be that Sylvanas is ultimately stopped by the rebellion – just as Garrosh was once stopped and defeated.
However, there are several counterarguments. First and foremost are Blizzard’s own statements. In interviews, it has been repeatedly emphasized that Sylvanas is “not Garrosh 2.0” and that Sylvanas “will not end up in chains”. That would merely be a dull repetition of the plot from Mists of Pandaria.
Sylvanas should not end up like Garrosh – so never in chains.
The problem is that Sylvanas is aware of the rebellion. She knows that Saurfang is at large and against her and her plans. She knows that Baine has betrayed her and that he had help. She has calculated that Baine will be rescued in Patch 8.2 – that is what Nathanos tells the player after completing the mission.
Sylvanas is not overly arrogant. She is confident and knows what she can do. And she knows how to suppress rebellions and rising dissent not just in their infancy, but also how to take advantage of them.
This made Sylvanas uneasy, yet she did not suppress these emerging dissenting voices. She allowed the Forsaken and humans to meet – until it escalated. Then she turned the tables, executing all the insurgents precisely and at the same time ensuring that those who had only slightly doubted her were resolutely back on her side.
The current situation (and that of Patch 8.2) is quite similar. Sylvanas is fully aware that actions are being taken against her. If she uses even a fraction of her analytical, calculating mind, she already has fairly precise plans on how she will handle the situation.
And now we come to the main problem of the whole Sylvanas affair: What does the old Banshee really want?
Sylvanas suffers from lost syndrome
A rather fitting analogy is comparing Sylvanas to the series Lost. Whenever a secret was uncovered, it led to further mysteries, resulting in total chaos, leaving not only the fans but also the show’s writers to lose their own thread. The end result was a disorderly mess that left everyone unsatisfied.
With the same problem, Sylvanas has to fight for the favor of the players. She is known as cold, calculating, and (almost) ruthless. She has always had her intrigues and plans, but they were quickly clarified and comprehensible to the player – as when she lured Arthas into a trap in Warcraft 3.
However, this very aspect is missing. There has been no clarity for almost a year about why Sylvanas does what she does. A riddle, an unclear, vague statement follows the next. Along with all her strange actions comes the blade Xal’atath, which brings its own problems.
Although Sylvanas keeps saying it is “for the Horde,” this answer is so unsatisfactory that players spin their own theories and make their own assumptions.
Players fear the worst
Currently, it seems that fans are biting down on the version they personally find the “worst.”
Among the most common concerns or speculations are:
Sylvanas wants “only” the complete annihilation of life
Sylvanas will be a Garrosh 2.0 and cut off from the rebellion
Sylvanas is under the influence of the Old Gods and acts at their will
Sylvanas has a secret master plan that makes her the savior of Azeroth
Blizzard itself is not quite sure where it will end with Sylvanas
Most players now fear that exactly their future vision of Sylvanas will come true and that the character will be “ruined.”
However, this is also a problem in the age of the internet. The longer users of a medium have time to exchange ideas about a mystery, the more likely it is that a theory will match the developers’ and story writers’ plan. This makes it extraordinarily easy to later say “I said so from the beginning” and then feel disappointed.
If you calculate all possible outcomes of a situation in advance, you should not be dissatisfied when one of the scenarios actually occurs.
No matter how Blizzard will lead this storyline to an end – disappointment is hardly avoidable. We can only hope that the story writers are as brilliant and strategic as they make us believe Sylvanas is.
What are your hopes for the future of Sylvanas? What do you believe is the grand plan of the Banshee Queen? Should Blizzard slowly start to deliver resolutions or do you still find the storyline surrounding Sylvanas exciting?

On April 29, MeinMMO was invited to Bandai Namco in Frankfurt to test their upcoming game Code Vein. Our author Irie was there and has examined the latest demo of the game.
What is Code Vein? Code Vein is an action RPG in anime style developed by Bandai Namco. It aims to provide players with a deep story and a large world to explore together with an NPC of their choice.
Code Vein was originally announced for fall 2018 but was then postponed to 2019. The developers wanted to polish and improve it further to ultimately deliver a good game.

What’s new in Code Vein? At the event at Bandai Namco, we were given the new demo of Code Vein to test. It is the latest build of the game that the developers have been working on over the past months.
In the demo, there were four different features and aspects of Code Vein that were in the foreground:
The story
The “Buddy” system
The combat system and difficulty level
The character customization
In this preview, we will explain these individual points in more detail.
Welcome to a hopeless world
What is the story of Code Vein? In the demo, you could test a chapter of Code Vein, which places the players in a dark world and introduces some key characters.
In a distant post-apocalyptic future, humanity is almost extinct and the Earth is predominantly inhabited by so-called Revenants.
Louis (right) is one of the buddy characters you will meet throughout the game
The Revenants need blood, obtained from special sources, to avoid going insane and turning into monsters. However, this blood is becoming increasingly scarce because the sources are slowly drying up due to a miasma.
It is not yet clear what this miasma exactly is and where it comes from, but the lack of blood brings the society of the Revenants to the brink of collapse.
In the demo, your character awakens as a Revenant in a dirty alley of a destroyed city, on the lap of a young girl named Io. Without any memories of your life or what has happened, you stumble with her to a nearby blood source to quench your thirst.
The “Blood Beads” grow on special trees and provide the Revenants with valuable nourishment
This is the role of the player character: It becomes clear throughout the chapter: your character is a special Revenant. You have the power to dissolve the miasma with your blood and purify the crucial blood sources.
With the help of Io and accompanied by various “Buddy” NPCs, you set out with your character to restore your memories and find out why you are a special Revenant.
So you are thrown directly into the game’s events without much explanation of the world. I actually found it quite exciting to be thrown into the deep end like that. Right from the start, you feel like you have a thousand questions, but they are gradually answered by the game.
If a Revenant does not get enough blood, he becomes a “Lost.” A monster that loses its human side forever
I received just enough information at the beginning to become curious. While playing, I wanted to know what caused the catastrophe that devastated the world. Who are these NPCs that I just met? Why are they doing what they do? Can I also have a cool giant axe with tentacles like the guy over there?
This approach to the story managed to pique and maintain my curiosity in the demo.
The gameplay evokes a strong feeling of déjà vu
What is the gameplay of Code Vein like? As mentioned above, Code Vein is an action RPG.
During the demo, I was able to explore the first dungeon of the game, which represents a dark and decaying tunnel system. I noticed several special features:
Almost all enemies are quite strong, and if you’re not careful, a fight can end quickly and fatally
Throughout the dungeon, there were “rest areas” with a “mistle” where you can regenerate your HP and manage your inventory. When you do this, the previously killed enemies respawn
You have a limited amount of healing, which is replenished when resting
Opening the inventory and character menus doesn’t pause the game
There were doors that could only be opened from one side, representing short cuts between two larger areas of the dungeon
The dungeon was highly intricate and had multiple floors. You need to keep an eye out to discover new corridors and passages that lead to good loot.
In combat, you should keep your eyes open; otherwise, you’ll quickly get torn apart by the enemies
Some of you may recognize all these points. The gameplay feels very reminiscent of the Dark Souls games at its core. There were also parallels in combat:
Dodging and blocking play an important role in combat to avoid damage and not die
There is a stamina bar that you need for attacks and dodging
You can sneak up on enemies from behind and deliver a heavy strike to their back
You can parry enemy attacks with good timing and execute a strong counterattack
If you are above the enemy, for example, on a cliff, you can jump down and perform a heavy attack
Since I am familiar with the SoulsBorne games, I felt immediately comfortable in the demo. I knew exactly what to expect and what kind of game I could expect here.
For fans of big weapons and cool outfits
This is how the equipment works: Since Code Vein is fundamentally an RPG, the demo offered the option to customize and personalize your character in various ways. This includes equipment, for example.
Weapons play a significant role. The weapons include classic one-handed swords, greatswords, axes, daggers, rifles, and other familiar types. In the demo, I was able to try them all, and I was assured that more would be available.
The different weapons determine the combat speed. Greatswords and axes deal high damage but are logically slow. The opposite is true for light weapons.
The equipment also changes your character’s appearance.
I could carry two weapons simultaneously during the demo and switch between them freely in combat. The armor didn’t seem to have a significant impact on gameplay at least in the demo. I felt that in Code Vein, the armor is more of an enhancement to underline and optimize the playstyle you choose.
This is how the stats work: The stats in the Code Vein demo were very diverse. Besides classic values like strength, HP, and defense, there were also various resistances:
Elemental resistances like fire, etc.
Resistances against specific weapon types, such as melee or firearms
Resistances against status changes like poison, etc.
All in all, the system left me with the impression that there are many different options for builds and character customization.
In this menu, you can select your Blood Code (highlighted in red) and manage your skills.
This is my buddy and I won’t let him go
What is the “Buddy” system? One of the aspects that were particularly emphasized during the presentation of Code Vein and throughout the demo were the so-called Buddies. These are NPCs with whom you explore the world of Code Vein and who will assist you in combat.
I got the impression that the Buddy feature serves as a kind of connection between the story and the gameplay. On one hand, the NPCs are a strong gameplay element:
They follow you and help in battles
They can give you a part of their HP when yours drops to 0, thus reviving you
Your character can learn their abilities through the “Code” of the Buddies
Each buddy has their own combat style, which I would describe as a “class.” There’s a ranged fighter with a rifle, an NPC who fights with an axe, and similar ones. So you can choose a buddy who complements your playstyle.
Io is a mysterious girl. She says her task is to always stay by your side.
On the other hand, the buddies are meant to contribute a lot to the story experience of Code Vein. In the first dungeon of the demo, I was accompanied by two different buddy NPCs, and they didn’t feel like a hindrance, as companion NPCs often do.
They commented on the events and provided new information about the game world
Occasional jokes lightened the mood and made the NPCs more likeable
When they became incapacitated, I wanted them back and gave them some of my blood
The NPCs have their own personality and background story. So theoretically, you could choose a buddy that you just find likeable or cool, even if gameplay-wise they don’t fit your build.
Mia (right) is one of the buddy NPCs that will accompany you on your journey.
This is the meaning of the Buddy system: The buddy NPCs have an impact on the story experience of Code Vein. You explore dungeons with them, learn more about their past, and what makes them characters.
According to director Hiroshi Yoshimura, a close bond is supposed to be built with the buddies throughout the game, making the story experience more intense.
In the demo, there was also a “gifts feature” with which you could give certain items to the NPCs to build a relationship with them. In the finished game, this is supposed to unlock new quests where players can learn more story and lore information.
Louis is also one of the buddy characters. He is a scientist researching Blood Beads.
Create your own build with diverse skills
How do skills work in Code Vein? The skill system is another feature that was particularly highlighted. Your player character is a so-called “Void Type” vampire. This means that you don’t have your own blood type that can be equated with “classes” in the world of Code Vein.
Instead, you can switch freely between different classes that you have learned from enemies or NPCs. My impression from the demo was that the classes have the following:
A typical distribution of stats, meaning they can focus on strength, speed, HP, or defense.
Different types of abilities that can be active or passive and used both in and out of combat
A special “signature ability” that can only be used when a matching buddy is present
New abilities are learned by spending EXP earned in combat. There were seven different codes with their own skill sets that you could unlock gradually. The skills were:
Exclusive to the respective code
Freely usable
Only functional in combination with specific weapons
Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to test all the skills from the demo, but my impression was that the developers made an effort to make them all as useful as possible.
The use of skills is often accompanied by extremely bloody animations.
The active skills had cool animations and dealt decent damage. However, they also consumed a certain amount of “mana,” of which the character has a limited amount.
Passive skills had effects like boosting stats or higher chances for good drops and more EXP.
I was also assured that in the finished version of the game, there will be more codes, i.e., classes. One of the reasons for the postponement of the release of Code Vein was the developers’ desire to further expand and refine the skill system.
The Code Vein demo had its strengths and weaknesses
What I liked: Overall, I had fun with the Code Vein demo. The character creator has many different functions, and if I had the time, I would probably have spent half a day on it.
The story of the game made me curious for more. During the demo, it was exciting to learn more about the world you are drawn into and the laws that prevail there.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n4V0qfd6j-0
The buddy NPCs were also likable, and I would have liked to learn more about them or perhaps even had conversations with them.
As someone who has invested a lot of time in SoulsBorne games, I felt immediately at home with the gameplay of Code Vein. Many elements were the same or similar, and I could find my way around quickly.
The endgame dungeon Depths had a high concentration of boss enemies in one spot, which I personally found quite cool. Boss battles are one of the most enjoyable elements in games like Code Vein.
And the soundtrack is great. The good music caught my attention right at the start of the demo.
Besides friends, there are also plenty of enemy NPCs in Code Vein.
What I didn’t like: Even though the combat system strongly resembles Dark Souls, it sometimes felt clunky. There is no good feedback upon the death of enemies. It can happen that you attack an already dead enemy again, wasting valuable stamina.
The camera controls could be quite annoying at times. Especially when you get into fights in narrow passages of the dungeons, it was difficult to adjust it so that everything was clearly visible.
The boss enemies in both dungeons had simple attack patterns and were not very spectacular in design. This isn’t that tragic by itself. However, I was conditioned by the strong gameplay elements of the SoulsBorne games to expect that the boss battles would also be memorable and unforgettable.
However, this was just a demo of Code Vein, and I hope that the final game will offer more variety.
I hope for more variety in the finished version of Code Vein, both with bosses and normal enemies.
An action RPG with potential
Is Code Vein interesting? I think Code Vein has the potential to become a solid game. It closely resembles the SoulsBorne games but also has its own identity due to the buddy system and skill builds.
The story promises a lot of drama; however, you have to embrace the strong anime style of the game. The characters I encountered in the demo were often familiar anime stereotypes.
If this type of Japanese game doesn’t appeal to you, then Code Vein is not for you. Otherwise, feel free to keep an eye on the title; it could be fun.
By the way, Code Vein also has a coop mode. More information about this can be found in our interview with the game’s producer, Keita Iizuka:
Even though not much is currently heard about Amazon’s MMO New World due to the NDA, at least the game’s Twitter account is active. All weapon types in the game have now been presented there.
How important it is to choose the right weapon: New World is a sandbox MMO and forgoes different classes. Instead, the choice of your armors and weapons determines the character’s playstyle.
With a bow or a rifle, you become a ranged fighter, while axes and swords are used in melee combat. The mentioned weapons, just like the armor sets, are very realistic.
Only the weapon for spellcasters deviates slightly from the pattern, as it focuses not on realism but logically on magic.
The images shown further down from the New World Twitter account display models of various weapons in different rarities.
These are the weapons for melee fighters
As a melee fighter, you can choose from three different types of weapons:
Swords
Axes
Spears
This is how you use the weapons: All listed weapons are carried in both hands. The spear has the small peculiarity that you can throw it with a skill and thus temporarily use it as a ranged weapon.
Swords
Axes
Spears
These are the weapons for ranged fighters
As a ranged fighter, you have the choice between two different types of weapons:
Rifles
Boats
This is how you use the weapons: According to the Twitter account, the rifle is the most precise weapon to defeat enemies from a long distance. The bow, on the other hand, is the classic hunting weapon and of course should not be missing in New World.
Rifles
Boats
These are the weapons for spellcasters
The magic in New World deviates slightly from the norm, as the general setting of the game is very realistic. Therefore, you have a weapon for the main hand and one for the offhand:
Maces
Arcane Gloves
This is how you use the weapons: In our playtest in Berlin, this combination of weapons was made available to the healers. Therefore, we have summarized them here in one point.
The glove was responsible for the magical abilities, while the mace was used for normal combat.
Maces
Arcane Gloves
New Alpha Invitations
Invitation waves in April: New World is currently still in the alpha stage. However, three waves of new invitations to the alpha went out just in April. Many players report, despite the NDA, that the MMO feels very advanced already.
Why is development not going faster? It is only a matter of time until we approach the next stage of the game and finally see more of it.
However, the developers can take their time thanks to Amazon and the financial security. Instead, they plan very long-term, even up to 10 years in advance.
Those who want an insight despite the NDA can learn a lot from a new leak:
The subscription service EA Access is coming soon to Sony’s PS4. But what kind of service is this? And what does it offer players?
EA Access is coming to PlayStation 4: This is what numerous players have been waiting for. As Electronic Arts has recently announced, their in-house service EA Access will soon be available on the PS4.
This service has already been available on Xbox for 5 years. Until now, Sony has resisted this service.
When is it happening? EA and Sony did not mention a specific date, but it should finally happen in July.
EA Access on PS4 – What You Need to Know
What is EA Access anyway? It is a paid subscription service for video games from Electronic Arts.
With this, you can play numerous EA games from a large collection of various titles or test some new games before their release. Additionally, you get a discount when purchasing games from Electronic Arts.
How does EA Access work exactly? You pay a monthly or annual fee and in return, you can use the digital service without restrictions. As long as you have an active membership, you can download and play the entire digital game collection unlimited on your PS4.
This game library, also known as Vault, is constantly being expanded. Except in exceptional cases, no games are removed from the Vault.
How much does EA Access on PS4 cost and how can I subscribe? EA Access will offer two different options on PlayStation 4 as well.
Monthly, this service will cost you €3.99
If you opt for an annual membership, it will be €24.99
You can terminate the membership at any time. On the PS4, you will be able to subscribe to EA Access directly through the PlayStation Store.
The membership on PS4 is handled separately from Xbox One. If you already have an account for this platform, you will have to pay extra for EA Access on PS4.
What does EA Access specifically offer me as a player?
Some players may wonder now: What does this service offer me exactly? After all, there are additional costs involved. Is it even worth it?
The answer is – it depends. Depending on personal preferences and interests, EA Access offers quite a few advantages for the monthly fee that are worth a closer look.
Many games for little money: Essentially, EA Access is a kind of flat rate for games. If you enjoy playing sports games from EA and are interested in other titles from the publisher, it might be worth checking out the service.
With this, you gain access to a large library for a small monthly fee that you can use without restrictions and at your leisure. For example, you can try out a wish title, play it permanently, or even complete it.
Afterwards, you can easily cancel the subscription if you are no longer interested in the service or the current game offerings. With the extensive game selection, you can save a few euros.
Which games can I play with this subscription? An official list for PS4 is still pending. However, there are traditionally numerous sports games like
NHL 19
NBA Live 19
or Madden 19
In addition, there are numerous other titles such as
Sims 4
UFC 3
Star Wars Battlefront II
Mass Effect Andromeda
or Titanfall 2
Exclusive early accesses (10 hours) were available for
Anthem
Battlefield 5
FIFA 19
or soon MADDEN NFL 20
Early access to brand new games: As evidenced by the launch of Anthem or Battlefield 5, the so-called “Play First” trials for upcoming games are a popular and interesting feature for many players. Many fans have reported their experiences and impressions days before the official release.
This way, for relatively little money, you can already get a taste of a potential wish title before its release and make your own judgment of the game – without having to preorder the game. The early access is usually limited to 10 hours. The progress can then, in most cases, be carried over to the game in case of a purchase.
10 % discount on full-price digital titles from EA: If you tried a game as part of the “Play First” trials and then decide to purchase a digital version, you can save 10 % as a member of EA Access. This alone can already make a monthly membership worth it for some players.
If these factors appeal to you as a gamer, then a monthly subscription could be worthwhile.
A new bug causes certain enemies in Anthem to no longer drop loot. The most popular farming spot among players is particularly affected.
Here’s what it’s about: BioWare released a new update for Anthem on May 7. Patch 1.1.1 or 1.11 on PlayStation 4 brought some improvements and removed the Elysian Chests. These cosmetic chests were only added to Anthem at the end of March.
However, after the update, some players reported that certain special enemies no longer dropped loot. This reportedly concerns the so-called Apex creatures, which received a loot patch some time ago to ensure they reward players particularly well.
The most affected by this problem is likely the most popular farming spot for players, the Stronghold “The Heart of Rage.” This Stronghold has a particularly high density of Apex creatures and is therefore frequently visited by Freelancers.
The Stronghold Heart of Rage is repeatedly visited by players due to its special enemies.
This is the problem: Quickly, Anthem’s Community Manager, Jesse Anderson, spoke up and confirmed that this is indeed a bug. While players stated that they particularly missed their well-deserved loot from the Titan in the Heart of Rage, Anderson indicated that the problem is occurring with other Apex creatures as well.
BioWare is currently testing possibilities for a fix. As soon as the tests are successfully completed, the Anthem team will release a patch to address the issue.
Even with the Ursix and other Apex creatures, there are expected loot problems.
What are the players saying? In the Anthem subreddit, players are questioning how such bugs keep slipping through and making it into the game with updates. Other Freelancers are mocking the situation, suggesting that players can no longer complain about loot when they are not receiving any.
On Twitter, user Zurilia suggests to players complaining about missing loot from the Titans to simply play a different activity. It is sad that players think only the Heart of Rage is the way to go.
Finally, some players claimed that Anthem has no problems with a lack of players. However, those that are still active are only playing Heart of Rage:
In Fortnite: Battle Royale there are new creative possibilities with the Star-Lord skin along with emotes. Therefore, it was only a matter of time until players recreated the legendary Dance-Off from the finale of Guardians of the Galaxy in the game.
What scene is it about? Those who have seen the film Guardians of the Galaxy surely remember the legendary final scene. There, the villain Ronan is about to win and wants to use an Infinity Stone to wipe out the inhabitants of the planet Xandar.
In battle, Ronan is unbeatable, so Star Lord suddenly starts dancing and challenges Ronan to a Dance-Off. Ronan looks rather bewildered and does not notice that Star Lord’s friends are now aiming a heavy weapon at him, ultimately taking him down.

It was only a matter of time before fans recreated the scene from Guardians of the Galaxy in the game. The attempt shown here is not the first, but given that they waited for the destruction of Tilted Towers, it is surely the more impressive one. Because, like in the film, the surroundings are devastated and destroyed.
Since only Star Lord is specifically in the game, the parts of Ronan, Gamora, and Drax were taken by other skins. For Ronan, the dark Omega skin is used.
How are the fans reacting: The thread on Reddit about the Dance-Off has over 5,000 upvotes. Fans are thrilled by the timing and production of the video. Only the casting of Ronan with Omega was found unsuitable by many. The Omen skin with its hood would have been a better choice according to many fans.
According to fans, Omen would have been a better Ronan.
What other fun dance videos were there? Star Lord’s Dance-Off seems to encourage player creativity. Another player hosted a wild dance session with Star Lord together with Thanos from the Endgame event.

In Destiny 2, a popular exotic pulse rifle from the predecessor is back – the Outbreak Prime. In its new form, the weapon is now called Perfected Outbreak and can be earned now. We will show you how.
So it’s true! As some fans had speculated, Destiny 2 is bringing a third exotic weapon into the game as part of Season 6. Shortly after the new Update 2.2.2 went live on May 7, the quest for the Perfected Outbreak was discovered.
With combined efforts, the community has already mastered all the steps leading you to the new weapon. In this guide, we explain step by step how to acquire the new exotic firearm.
How to get the Perfected Outbreak – Here’s what you need to do
What is “Perfected Outbreak”? This is a new form of the Outbreak Prime, a popular exotic pulse rifle from Destiny 1. This weapon was tied to a massive puzzle in the first series installment, which was solved in the context of a large-scale community event.
What makes the Perfected Outbreak special? The Perfected Outbreak is also an exotic pulse rifle. The rate of fire is 450.
The intrinsic perk is called “Corruption Spreads”. Critical hit kills and rapidly consecutive hits with the weapon generate swarms of SIVA nanites. With the perk “Parasitic”, the new Prime deals more damage to enemies based on the number of SIVA nanites stuck to them.
The Heroic Adventure “Bad Neighbors” on Titan
Requirement for the quest: Apparently, you must first complete the three-part quest “The Enemy of My Enemy” on Titan for the Prime. This quest is given by Sloane, who is located in the Siren Watch, New Pacific Arkology. This step actually leads you to the quest for the Rat King. However, if you already have this weapon, you should have completed the quest accordingly.
The Fallen Mithrax
You don’t actually need the Rat King for the Prime quest. During “The Enemy of My Enemy,” you will encounter a Fallen named Mithrax. You shouldn’t kill him, as you will later fight alongside him for the new Prime. However, you must have encountered him here already; otherwise, the Prime quest will not trigger.
Alternatively, you can join a friend (after he has opened the door), who already has this quest and was able to open the door for you for the Prime quest.
How to start the quest: The first step leading you to the new weapon can be found on Titan. You need to complete the heroic adventure “Bad Neighbors” (Power Level 320). You don’t even have to finish it completely.
How to obtain the Fallen Transponder for the new Prime: Start the adventure “Bad Neighbors” and fight your way to the room with the first Screamer and several other Hive enemies.
You need to fight your way up to here
Eliminate the Hive and the Screamer and go through the door behind it. As soon as you pass through, turn immediately to the left. There you will see a shutter that you can now unlock.
You need to go through this shutter
Interact with the shutter and enter the room behind it. There you will find the Fallen Transponder on a table. You can now view it in your inventory.
This is the Fallen Transponder
Search Lost Sectors for the Nodes of the Fallen Transponder
Now it’s about unlocking the six nodes of the Fallen Transponder. You can see these when you inspect the transponder.
The 6 nodes of the transponder
To do this, you need to find six node data in Lost Sectors – four of them in the EDZ on Earth and two on Nessus. The order does not matter.
On Earth, you need to visit the following Lost Sectors:
Node 1: Outskirts – The Drain
Node 2: Outskirts – Whispering Falls
Node 3: The Tangle – Atrium
Node 4: The Tangle – Widow’s Walk
The sectors on Earth
On Nessus, you need to visit these two sectors:
Node 5: Echo’s Edge– The Carrion Pit
Node 6: Exodus Black – The Rift
The sectors on Nessus
You can find the exact path from the spawn point as well as the exact locations of the individual devices in this guide video from Nexxoss Gaming (from 2:30):

Rendezvous at the Farm and the Mission “The Hour Zero”
Once you have unlocked all six nodes, encrypted coordinates for a meeting point will be presented to you in the center of the transponder. Travel to the Farm (via the EDZ map).
Once there, run directly from the spawn point in front of the first building on the right side to the cellar entrance.
Use this cellar entrance
Go down there and search for the Fallen Mithrax between the shelves. Interact with him. This will start the mission “The Hour Zero”. It takes you to the old tower in the city, and Mithrax will accompany you at times.
The Fallen Mithrax
But beware: You only have 20 minutes for this task. The mission’s progress is sometimes complicated. Additionally, the enemies have a proud power level of 690. There are also some puzzles to solve.
Therefore, this mission is a tough challenge even for teams of max-level Guardians. Alone, the task is likely unmanageable even at the current level cap of 700. If you have problems with the mission, you can find a detailed guide to “The Hour Zero” here:

The Reward: Once you complete the mission, you will receive the Perfected Outbreak at the end.
What’s more? At the same time, a heroic mode of the mission will be unlocked just like with the quest for Whisper of the Worm, in which you can earn the exotic Masterwork Catalyst for the Perfected Outbreak. This is obtained the first time you master the heroic mission.
What does the catalyst of the new Prime do? The catalyst causes the SIVA nanites to deal more damage. Enemies that still have nanites attached when killed generate additional nanites.
How to level the catalyst: You can only partially level the new catalyst in the mission “The Hour Zero”. Kill enemies with precision shots from the Perfected Prime. This can be done anywhere. Additionally, collect SIVA float material. This works only through the respective mission.
At the end of a run, you will receive 100x float material, which corresponds to 20% of the total progress. Moreover, by solving the treasure puzzle in the heroic version of “The Hour Zero”, you can snag another 13%. Thus, you can achieve a total of 33% progress weekly. Either way, you will need several weeks to completely level the catalyst.
In line with the Detective Pikachu event, there are new raid bosses in Pokémon GO. Many of these bosses are big fan favorites. We show you the list.
These are the bosses: The new raid bosses revolve around Pokémon that are also featured in the movie “Detective Pikachu”. Many of these Pokémon are player favorites and have not been part of raids for a long time.
For example, there are Charizard and Snorlax from the first generation, which are among the absolute favorite Pokémon of many players.

These are the favorites returning: Charizard and Snorlax are back in Level 4 Raids! The Pokémon haven’t been part of raids for a long time, so the return is definitely celebrated.
Snorlax is back as a raid boss!
To defeat these two Pokémon, however, you need at least 2 players. Only a few Level 4 Raids can be beaten alone.
Where you can snag Shinies: The Level 1 Raids are typically full of Shiny checks again. But there are also some possible Shinies in the other raid levels:
Psyduck
Trubbish
Snubbull
Lotad
Shinx
Griffel
Flanks
Alolan Raichu
Alolan Marowak
You can now get Shiny Griffel from raids
What about legendary raids? Here Vespiquen remains for us. In this event, there is no new Level 5 Raid. However, hints for an upcoming raid week have already been found. It remains to be seen whether this week will fall within the event or will take place afterwards.
How long will the raid bosses last? The bosses will remain as long as the Detective Pikachu event lasts. This ends on May 17 at 10 PM. After that, the normal raid bosses from May will return to the arenas.
There are also 4 new quests in the current event. Here’s how to solve them:
