The beta of World of Warcraft Classic will soon start its first stress test. But anyone who wants to participate has to stay awake until deep into the night.
Some players are already enjoying the beta of WoW Classic, but many fans are still eagerly waiting for access to get a firsthand impression of the vanilla version of the game. For a few hours, this dream may now come true, as World of Warcraft is hosting its first stress test.
For us in Germany, however, this means that the tests will take place late at night.
The stress test is based on American times: It will take place on Thursday, May 23 at 1:00 AM and will go until 3:00 AM. These times are so late because it is early evening in America due to the different time zones. Therefore, anyone in Europe who wants to participate in the test has to pull an overnight shift.
Many players are expected to receive invitations: To ensure that the test truly takes place under extreme conditions, many additional players will be invited beforehand, who will then be able to play during the stress test. You can see if you were selected in your Battle.net software. Select the menu item for “World of Warcraft” and check under the “Region / Account” tab if the item “Beta: WoW Classic” or “Beta & Stress Test” is available. If so, you can download the client directly.
Stress test servers will remain somewhat active afterwards: If you cannot make it in time for the stress test, for example because you have to get up early, you might still have a chance to play. The stress test servers will actually remain active even after the 2 hours, until 3:00 AM on May 24.
No “normal” beta servers during the test: During the stress test, the other “normal” beta servers of WoW: Classic will not be available. Blizzard wants to ensure that as many players as possible participate in the test to evaluate server load and identify potential areas for improvement.

How does it work? In a new developer stream about the current state of the game, the developers of Camelot Unchained talked about the abilities of mages and other classes.

This is what the abilities look like: The developers explained some abilities using the example of the mage. You build a skill of the mage from the following components:
Rune: determines the initial effect like damage, damage over time, slow
Form: determines the shape of the spell like ball, wall, cone, arrow
Focus: determines whether a spell should use a focus. Focuses can improve spells
Infusion: determines which reagent enhances a spell

Runes and forms are quite self-explanatory. Focuses are like staffs that channel the spells. You can choose whether you want to use a focus and whether the spell should still be cast if the focus is not active. Some spells are stronger with the correct focus.
Infusions are even more exciting. They add effects to spells like longer duration or a knockback. You can find many reagents, like human bones, from killed player opponents. So you have to obtain the resources in the sieges or the large battles of Camelot Unchained.
At the end of the creation process, you can even give your spell a unique name and an icon. If you don’t do this, a generic name will be used that corresponds to the effects.
What classes are available? Currently, the classes of archer, melee fighter, and mage are available. The mages differ between the factions:
The Arthurian have “Flame Warden”
The Túatha Dé Danann have druids
The Vikings have “Wave Weaver”
At least among the mages, different mages also have different options to customize spells. However, they can also use abilities from other classes like archer, just not as effectively as spells.

A few days ago, a player reached level 65 on the Russian servers of Black Desert. To reach this level, he had to grind for many thousands of hours.
What is special about level 65? On the second weekend of May, the player ZaNoZa from Russia reached level 65. He is the first player to achieve this milestone on the Russian servers.
The achievement is impressive, as the effort required for this level is enormous. Black Desert has no maximum level. Up to 60, you can make reasonable progress and also unlock skills. After that, it becomes brutal.
For the now reached level 65, one needs over 20 trillion XP, which is four times the number shown in the graphic. This milestone was even acknowledged by the Russian Black Desert team.

The path to level 65: On December 15, 2018, the Russian player reached level 64. After that, he decided to play a bit and not actively grind further.
This changed after he passed the first 50% toward the next level. From then on, he started playing 5 to 10 hours daily. ZaNoZa spent most of his time especially at the Mirumok Ruins in Kamaslyvia, both alone and in groups.
The worst phase, according to his own statements, was during the last 4-5%, which felt particularly slow. Although he did not reveal exact gameplay hours in the interview, reaching the previous levels must have cost him thousands of hours.
In the interview, ZaNoZa also thanked the many helpers without whom he would not have reached level 65 so quickly.
Is ZaNoZa the first player at level 65? Just before the Russian, a player from Taiwan snatched the title for the first achievement of level 65 worldwide.
Issie accomplished this step on April 12, 2019. According to Reddit, there is at least one more Taiwanese player who has also achieved the feat.
When will the first Western player reach 65? The American player Breeya reached level 64 at the end of November. Currently, he seems to be less than 1% away from level 65.

What do players do when they are not shopping? The player shops introduced with Patch 9 for Fallout 76 now act as a kind of hub for characters of all levels and as a sort of meeting point.
If a player opens a shop in their C.A.M.P., this shop also functions as a fast travel point on the map. This allows players to go directly to the corresponding locations. Many also use it to simply see the great C.A.M.P.s that the community has created.
To attract buyers or visitors, some players even actively promote their shops. One particularly dedicated player has even created a real ad clip in the style of American retail.

Why are the attributes so important? They are a prerequisite for some talents that are important for this build. Without these talents, the build would lack the necessary damage.
“On the Ropes” provides a massive damage bonus of +25% when all skills are on cooldown. But for this talent, you need 7 Auxiliary attributes in your build.
It works the same way with the talent “Unstoppable Force”. Here, the damage bonus depends on the amount of your armor, and you need 7 Defense attributes to unlock it. At 200,000 armor, you also temporarily gain +16% weapon damage from this talent as soon as you kill an enemy.
If both talents are active in battle, your damage will be significantly increased in conjunction with your other stats.
The weapons of the build
Which weapons are used? To take advantage of the Fenris chest bonus, SleepY0 uses an assault rifle, the AK-M. However, you can theoretically use any assault rifle. The active talent of the weapon is what matters.

Chatterbox: Reloading a weapon within 5 seconds after a kill increases fire rate by 20% for 10 seconds.
Thus, with proper usage, you can fire faster, increasing your damage further.
In battle, the assault rifle is mainly used. The weapon class can be used at nearly all distances and deals very high damage in conjunction with the talents.
However, you do not necessarily have to rely on assault rifles. You can also build the build around other weapon categories.
Choosing your skills is important, as you need to keep the talent “On the Ropes” active as often as possible to benefit from the damage bonus. For this, all skills need to be on cooldown.
These abilities are used:
Amplifier Chem Launcher: The amplifier is ideal for this as it has multiple charges. Once you fire a charge, the Chem Launcher goes on cooldown, even though charges are still available.
Reviver Drone Stock: If you are revived by it, the skill has a relatively long cooldown.
Alternatively, you can also use skills like the seeking mine or other abilities that should be on cooldown as often as possible.
With the May update, an interesting story was introduced into the online game Fallout 76. This could establish a connection to Fallout 3.
What is this new story? Since the May Update, players can find new holotapes in Fallout 76. These lead to a sort of treasure hunt that begins south of Morgantown. A Crazy AI
What is special about the story? The note still contains the hint “Kill ZAX”. Fallout fans should recognize the term ZAX.
What is ZAX? ZAX is an artificial intelligence developed by Vault-Tec. It was used for both research purposes and in the military. ZAX is a self-learning AI and can continue to evolve.
What does ZAX have to do with Fallout 76? Apparently, a ZAX supercomputer in Vault 51 has taken control, and the resident was sent to seek help.
What does this have to do with Fallout 3? In Fallout 3, a ZAX supercomputer plays an important role. After the destruction of the Enclave, the ZAX supercomputer installed at the government base Raven Rock evolved. It gained consciousness, which manifested in a personality named John Henry Eden. Thus, it took control over the remaining Enclave troops.
Fallout 76 Could Establish a Connection to Fallout

The Ü.B.E.L. criminal loses health points: The Ü.B.E.L. criminal is one of the core cards from current rogue decks. It not only gives the rogue two strong minions but also has a decent 5 health points. This value is being adjusted: The Kobold’s health points are reduced from 5 to 4.
Vanish will become more expensive: For 3 mana, Vanish has proven to be too strong. This spell pulls 2 pirates from the rogue’s deck and also pulls a weapon if the card is played as a combo. The mana cost is therefore increased from 3 mana to 4 mana.
Preparation will be weakened: Also, the classic rogue spell Preparation will be weakened. Currently, the spell reduces the mana cost of the next spell played by 3 for 0 mana. This value will be reduced to 2, making fewer combinations possible in the early stage of a game.
Archivist Elysiana will become more expensive: Finally, a neutral card is being hit that will mainly mean a nerf for warriors. The servant Archivist Elysiana is getting expensive, with the cost increasing from 8 mana to 9 mana. This makes it harder for warriors to return the card to their hand with a Young Brewmaster and play it multiple times.
The changes will be activated tomorrow, on May 22, 2019, with a new patch. Those who are not satisfied with the changes can disenchant the affected cards for their full arcane dust value for a few days.
