This is how EVE plunges into chaos
Why chat is important: Until now, chat in EVE Online mainly served as the anchor for social interaction between players, on which the entire game is built. Players used chat for:
Communication for huge wars
Reconnaissance
Exchange
and social purposes such as trading
Additionally, especially large alliances have used chat as a kind of alarm system. New players automatically appear in chat, which means their intrusion into a sector can be sent as a warning to all alliance members through bots.
If chat goes down now, this alarm is also absent and both players and Drifters can invade foreign territories unnoticed and start sowing destruction before they are even discovered.
What else are the Drifters up to? Since they appeared, the Drifters have been a plague for players. Originally, they were a largely neutral NPC race that was occasionally teased but never really fought back.
Since their first attack, they have become increasingly aggressive. They destroyed structures and even killed pilots in their escape pods. They have been troubling even the largest alliances since they have attacked unpredictably and suddenly.
After players tried to fight back with a trade embargo against the developers who brought them the NPCs, the Drifters reacted even more aggressively. Their lethality has reportedly increased more than a hundredfold. And now they seem to be getting even more dangerous.
The Drifters’ goal is apparently total control over the sector. Their development so far has become increasingly grandiose. Where will it possibly end?

Monster Hunter World is a huge success for Capcom, although it was a big risk to bring the franchise to the PS4 and Xbox One consoles. However, the publisher hit the right horse, says producer Ryozo Tsujimoto, stating that the shift from handhelds to consoles contributed to the monster hunting becoming such a big hit.
Who is speaking? The producer of Monster Hunter World, Ryozo Tsujimoto, recently talked in an interview about Monster Hunter World and the future of the franchise.
It was also mentioned that Monster Hunter World became such an incredible success for Capcom. By now, the title is the fastest-selling game of the company, breaking numerous sales records.
The Monster Hunter series is already over 14 years old and was originally designed for consoles. However, the games only became truly successful when they were ported to handhelds, the producer reveals.
The franchise was very successful in Japan, but could never make a name for itself outside of its home country. Capcom even stopped localizing the MH games until Nintendo picked up the franchise for the 3DS and brought it to the West.
The fact that Capcom decided to bring Monster Hunter World to consoles was a big risk, but it paid off.
According to Tsujimoto, the fanbase of the game in the West has grown with the latest installment of the series because these players wanted to play Monster Hunter on the big screen. The focus on handhelds, according to the producer, had rather held the series back in the West.
Another point was the simultaneous worldwide release. The other Monster Hunter titles were always released first in Japan and then later localized for other parts of the world. Thus, players in the West already learned a lot about the game and the news and could never be part of the excitement around a new Monster Hunter live.
New monsters await players in Iceborne
What’s next? On September 6, the first expansion for Monster Hunter World, Iceborne, will be released. PC players are expected to enjoy the new content in winter.
Iceborne introduces a new, snowy continent and new monsters. Additionally, there are more mechanics, like a dynamic difficulty level or a new grappling hook.
In Teamfight Tactics, the LoL Auto Chess, it is about the “Best Combo”, the best combinations of champions and items. In our guide, we look at what top players are playing for combos, what items they use, and what strategy they follow.
What stood out at the tournament? It stands out that Dog plays incredibly variably and takes what the board offers him.
It is not that you see from the first minute what he will play in the endgame. Rather, the combo he plays in Teamfight Tactics constantly changes.
He is currently one of the best players in Teamfight Tactics in the world.
In the early game, he runs with Nobles and uses the incredibly strong Pyke while speculating on 3 pirates to earn bonus gold.
Then he suddenly has some Imperials in hand and quickly builds a 2-star Darius.
But in the background, Dog collects what he actually wants to play. Once the “new high-tier heroes” reach 2 stars, he throws out the old ones and switches to the new tactic.

This is his goal: By the end of a match, Dog has a plan in mind for what he wants to play. He does not have a “best combo”, but adapts his combo to the availability of heroes and items.
Dog pursues three goals with his plan:
Dog wants to have “high-tier” heroes at two stars in the endgame
In this combo, DogDog uses heroes like Sejuani, Cho’Gath, Kindred, and Brand to prolong the fight: these are all tier-4 heroes.
A typical lineup of Dog in mid-game. Brand and Draven are already there – and still many “low-tier heroes” like Kassadin and Warwick. But already 3 Elementals and 2 Glacials in the team – Cho’Gath and Swain are waiting on the bench to step in later when it fits better.
Brand often plays a central role in Dog’s builds, loaded with mana items. When it makes sense, Dog builds “3 elementalists” with heroes like Brand, Lissandra, and Kennen. This way he has a golem on the field.
As a tank, he often uses Sejuani and Cho’Gath.
This is what the build looks like shortly after that: Kassadin and Warwick are gone, replaced by Sejuani and Cho’Gath as tanks. Draven is very hard to crack with Phantom Dancer and 83% magic resistance. With 4 Imperials and 3 Elementals, the build has crazy synergies.
Further observations from the tournament: Players use some nasty tricks. A sort of meta seems to be developing in Teamfight Tactics:
Morgana with three demons (Varus, Brand, Aatrox or Swain) and a lot of mana burn is a nasty combo. Here, Morgana takes the central role and receives the items.
Shyvana with Phantom Dancer becomes almost indestructible when Aurelion Sol is there for magic immunity.
You can take this away from the tournament: A “best combo” in Teamfight Tactics is not static, but adapts to the conditions. The goals you pursue when building the combo are always the same: 2-star heroes, high-tier heroes, synergies. Items.
Players have found a mysterious destroyed house in Fallout 76, which apparently gets destroyed by an atomic bomb every time they log in. They wondered what it did to deserve this fate – and came up with a technically rather simple solution.
What kind of bombs and houses are these? In the northwest of the map, a bit northeast of the WV Lumber Co, there is a house that appears to be bombarded every time players log in. Two players on reddit discovered it while searching for something curious.
They noticed that a mushroom cloud appeared in the distance – which is actually the sign of a recently detonated atomic bomb. However, there was neither an alarm nor a red zone indicating its strike.
After a short server hop, they found that there was again an explosion at the exact same spot. Again without any marking. They followed the direction and found a destroyed house there.
According to fo76map.com, an interactive map for Fallout 76, there is an unmarked “Point of Interest” at exactly that location called “Nuke Mesh Depot”.
The Invisible Atomic Bomb of Fallout 76
What is the purpose of the bomb? Some players report that this bomb would always appear there when they log in. One of the reddit users, who is allegedly a game developer, explained in the comments what the bomb is for.
For developers, it would be easier to load a graphic like the explosion of an atomic bomb and its mushroom cloud directly upon logging into the game and then store it invisibly somewhere. When it would be needed, they could simply move it.
Another example of this is the only NPC in Fallout 76 with his room full of loot. This technique is also used in other games, with two classics from Bethesda themselves mentioned as examples:

The metro in Fallout 3 is just a kind of NPC with a “train hat” or with a “skin” that constantly runs along the tracks
Why can we see the bomb then? That it is really about the graphic can also be inferred from the name. “Mesh” is the technical term for 3D models of an object in a game. “Nuke Mesh Depot” is thus the “storage” for the model of an atomic bomb.
Why the bomb is visible, however, and is not simply stored underground, invisible to everyone, is still a mystery to the players. Bethesda itself has not commented on this yet.

In just over two months, the next expansion for Destiny 2, Shadowkeep, will be released. Bungie has now given a first look at what to expect with the Moon’s Fortress of Shadows. During the Guardian Con, the first video of the Moon, where the story of the addon takes place, was shown. Destiny veterans should feel right at home.
Where do the new details come from? This weekend, Guardian Con is taking place in Florida, with several representatives from Bungie present. Lean Client, Better Performance
What is ZeniMax planning for 2019? Recently, on the Polish Facebook page of ESO, it was revealed that they are indeed planning a solution for the game’s technical problems. Therefore, many fans also want a mode for Stranger Things where they possibly have to hunt an overpowering Demogorgon or smaller versions of the creature, as known from Season 2, fall upon the map and must be defeated.
Will the LTM come? However, the Stranger Things game mode could definitely still come. Because why else did Epic patch the creepy portals into the game? Therefore, the community hopes that Epic will soon add a new mode, possibly this coming weekend.

The most action in World of Warcraft currently takes place in the area of Nazjatar. Besides the story quests and world quests that many players complete for reputation and rewards, there are also plenty of smaller and larger secrets in Nazjatar.
We have put together some of them for you that you can basically complete “on the go” to improve your yield. The effort for this is (in most cases) low.

Eyes
open for the Algan
Throughout Nazjatar, you can encounter two types of enemies, “Lost Algan” and “Rebellious Algan”. These enemies are neutral and are otherwise unmarked. The brownish elementals simply march along their path quietly and do not harm anyone.
However, they carry quite good loot! The Algans can drop not only Prismatic Manapearls but also benthic equipment tokens. So if you are still collecting pearls or want to equip twinks, keep an eye out for the Algans.

Note that not every Algan has to have good loot. However, they have a very high chance for it.
It seems that the Algans also have some kind of “cooldown” when it comes to their loot. At some point, they will only drop gray garbage. The next day, they will have better loot again.
Ravenous
Slime provides plenty of pets
Another creature that many players might have noticed is the “Ravenous Slime.” These creatures are friendly and stand in the same positions every day. At first glance, they have little use, but for pet collectors, they are especially important – they need to be fed. There are four slimes in total, at these positions on the map:
At these four locations, the Ravenous Slimes are waiting.
To feed them, you need to tame any critter from Nazjatar with a Crystal Prism. Capture a critter with the prism and bring it to the Ravenous Slime.
This one will swallow the critter and then dissolve. You cannot feed it again that day. However, the next day it will be back and hungry.
If you do this with a slime for 5 days (you can skip days, that’s no problem), it will turn into a cocoon. You can loot this and receive one of many pets from Nazjatar. Most of them can only be obtained this way.
The necessary Crystal Prisms are usually found at the waterfalls of Nazjatar. They are purple crystals lying around in the world that can be looted.
This is only possible after completing the quest “A Strange Discovery.”
The
four giant Coral Ancients
Have you also noticed the giant “trees” that resemble Urtume and cannot be attacked? These are Coral Ancients that need to be awakened from their slumber.
Then they become attackable and can be fought. Each Coral Ancient is awakened in a different way.
Anemonar (Coordinates 59 / 53) will awaken when you pull a Giant Manta Ray in front of him and kill it there. The Giant Manta Rays fly very high, so you will need either a flying mount or a Goblin Glider to reliably pull it in front of the Coral Ancient.
Tangwurz (Coordinates 50 / 70) will only awaken when you tame a Mud Snail with a Crystal Prism and pull it right in front of his feet.
Oronu (Coordinates 77 / 24) apparently has an aversion to undead Hippogriffs. He will only awaken when you have the pet “Drowned Whelp” with you and summon it. You can buy it from Feylana, the Hippogriff Trainer (Coordinates 74 / 46) for 40 Prismatic Manapearls.
Urduu (Coordinates 31 / 27) has a fondness for his fellow beings – and does not like it when you kill them. You must find a “Sanctified Reef Wanderer” and bring it to him. Kill it right in front of his eyes and he will awaken.
The Coral Ancients are definitely worth it: they can drop “Ancient Reef Wanderer Bark.” This item can be exchanged in your faction’s camp.
It provides not only a hefty 350 reputation points but also 100 experience for all 3 companions in Nazjatar!

With Season 2, several changes were made to the weapons of Apex Legends . One of them has risen from “zero to hero”. The Alternator is now so good that even pro Shroud is amazed and delighted.
The Alternator received a new slot for upgrades, a “Hop-Up” slot. In this, Disruptor Rounds can be used. The ammo adds increased damage to shields.
Additionally, its damage has been slightly increased. Instead of dealing 13 damage, it now deals 15 per shot, and each burst mitigates slightly more recoil than before. It can shoot more precisely and strongly.
As a submachine gun, the Alternator was very unpopular at least in Season 1, similar to the RE-45, which still remains so, although it can also use the ammo. With Season 2, however, the Alternator is suddenly really strong.

What you should keep in mind: Even though the new Alternator is really strong, you should consider that it can only effectively shred shields. Against health points, it is only slightly stronger than before Season 2.
Shroud advises that you should pay attention to which enemy still has how many shields. First, take down all the shields with the Alternator and then switch to the next opponent with a shield.
The new legend Wattson provides her team with continuous new shields – do they lose against the Alternator because of it?
Once the opponents only have their health points left, let your teammates finish them off with “stronger” weapons or take them down yourself when no one has shields left. A good weapon combo is also important.

How do I score points on a clown target? Once you find a clown target, you need to start the minigame there. Once that happens, balloons will start popping out of the holes in the board at increasingly faster intervals.
You then have to smash the balloons with the pickaxe. It’s best to continuously hit the target and aim for the balloons as needed. This way, you will definitely hit some more. You only need to score 10 hits. Then the task is complete. You do not need to score these points on all 6 clown targets.

In Destiny 2, Guardians receive the legendary hand cannon Rose during the Lumina quest. At first glance, it may not seem special, but many fans really appreciate it.
This is about the weapon: If you are on the hunt for the new exotic hand cannon Lumina in Destiny 2 or have already obtained it, you will inevitably come across the Rose – a legendary hand cannon itself.
However, this “byproduct” of the Lumina quest is popular among many players. Why is that?
This is what makes the Rose special: Initially, you receive the unfinished version of the Rose during the quest, equipped with limited perks and without any additional extras.
Then, you need to unlock its perks and ultimately evolve it into Lumina. Once you have Lumina, Rose will disappear from your inventory.
However, now you can draw it from your collections in its full glory, including mod and shader slots as well as a range masterwork stat.
The Rose is a legendary hand cannon with 150 RPM and a lightweight frame. The magazine holds 11 rounds. It comes with four solid perks and even surpasses the exotic Lumina in terms of range as a fully leveled masterwork.

Most rave about the crisp handling of the weapon – especially on PC and in the Crucible. They say it plays very well, the recoil is predictable, easy to control, and it has less spread than the Midnight Coup.

With the range masterwork, the weapon would still perform well at longer distances and even outperform the Lumina and the Midnight Coup. The aim assist on consoles is also enormous, and the hitbox is very generous. Headshots become no problem after just a few minutes.
If you enjoy using hand cannons, especially with 150 RPM, you should definitely take a closer look at this byproduct of Lumina, many players say – especially if you don’t have a God-Roll Notration available.
Some fans complain that they farmed for months for a good version of Notration and that Rose immediately surpasses a large portion of the rolls of that weapon in terms of gameplay feel. Moreover, Rose is relatively easy to obtain.
The Rose also shows that a good weapon does not necessarily need a damage perk.
The Falconer
If you enjoy using hand cannons, especially with 150 RPM, many fans recommend: give Rose a try. You might discover a new great weapon in combination with a sniper or a shotgun. Especially if that slot isn’t occupied by a God-Roll hand cannon yet.
This is what players demand from Bungie: Many players go so far as to demand in a thread with nearly 2,000 upvotes that Bungie give Rose an additional perk – such as Rampage or Kill Clip. The upcoming Patch 11 is ready with some delay for Fallout 76. A small preview shows what the new update brings. Among other things, it addresses a problem that has concerned players since the game’s release.
This problem will be fixed: The upcoming Patch 11 for Fallout 76 addresses a frequently criticized issue by the community regarding the recycling of “Large Amounts” of junk.
With the patch, players will no longer break down “Large Amounts” when pressing the “Recycle All Junk” button. They will keep the junk in large bundles.
Only when the junk is needed for crafting or repairs will “Large Amounts” be automatically broken down again.

Soon, Freddy will receive his major rework in Dead by Daylight. The developers have now released many details.
The major rework of the killer Freddy has long been on the agenda of the developers of Dead by Daylight. After all, the killer is not fun for anyone – neither for killer players nor for the survivors who have to face him.
Now, he is finally being changed. Starting next Tuesday (07/09/2019), the new Freddy will be available on the PTR for testing. He has already been extensively presented in a livestream.

The
new abilities of the Nightmare
Freddy
has two standard abilities that he can use, in addition
to the passive sleep (see below).
Dream Projection: Freddy can target a generator that is not fully repaired yet and channel a ability for a few seconds. Upon completion of the ability, Freddy teleports to that generator.
While he is channeling the ability, the survivors can see the selected generator as it sprays blood fountains. This ability has a long cooldown, but is reduced by 15% for every survivor who is currently sleeping (up to 60%).
Dream Traps: Freddy can place “Dream Traps”, up to 8 at the same time. This does not slow him down, but the traps take a second to become active (so they cannot be spontaneously placed under a survivor). The traps can only be seen and triggered by sleeping survivors.
They are well recognized as red puddles of blood on the ground. If a survivor steps into the trap, the corresponding survivor screams loudly and is slowed down by 15%, making it impossible to quickly climb through windows. This makes it difficult to loop Freddy.

Alternative – Dream Pallets: Through addons, it is possible to swap the Dream Traps for pallets. Then Freddy is able to set up a Dream Palette at all possible pallet spawn points. Survivors can only interact with these and see them when they are asleep.
If the palette is overturned, it explodes in a blood fountain and has no further use – the killer will not be stunned.
Freddy can always attack survivors: The best part is that Freddy can now hit survivors at any time, whether they are asleep or awake. This was the biggest point of frustration for players.
Previously, Freddy had to first put his victims to sleep, which took time. This allowed survivors to escape multiple times without being prevented.

effects of Freddy
This is still not all the developers changed about Freddy. There are further adjustments.
Sleep is passive: The mechanic of sleeping still exists. All survivors automatically fall asleep after 60 seconds. They can then be affected by Freddy’s dream abilities (like the traps).
To wake up, they must either fail a skill check or find an alarm clock that appears as far away from their position as possible.
Alternatively, they can also be woken up by another survivor who is still awake. However, this becomes less effective each time. Waking another survivor takes 4 seconds the first time, then the duration increases by 4 seconds each time up to a maximum of 16 seconds.
Later in the game, it is much wiser to wake up via the alarm clock or skill checks to save time.
However, Freddy can no longer see the auras of survivors who are sleeping. This effect has been removed.
What addons are available? A few addons for Freddy have also been roughly hinted at. In addition to swapping the Dream Traps for Dream Palettes, there is also an addon where all generators explode in blood when he teleports to a generator.
Another addon reduces the action speed of survivors in the dream. There is also one that shows the aura of survivors when they knock over a palette. This is particularly useful in combination with the Dream Palettes.
