A special skin in Overwatch is currently interesting for German players. They can dress Reinhardt in the national colors.
In Overwatch, the last week of the “Summer Games 2019” has begun. In addition to Lúcioball, there were also some challenges and new skins that could be earned during the event. Especially for fans of the German character Reinhardt, the event should be interesting since he received the special skin “Bundesadler,” which adorns him with the German national colors – black, red, and gold.
This is how you get the skin: To unlock the Bundesadler skin for Reinhardt, you don’t have to rely on the luck of loot boxes. Instead, you need to complete the “Weekly Challenge.” For this, you simply need to win 9 matches in any game mode. These can be both ranked and “Quick Match” games. All modes in the arcade can also be used for this. If you want, you can quickly rack up 9 wins in Lucioball to earn the new skin.
How much time do you have? The Summer Games event only has a few days left. But until the end of the event, you have time to earn the Bundesadler skin. That’s still 6 days from today; the event ends on August 5. Whether the skin will be available for credits afterward is still not clearly known.
If you want this skin for our little Swabian knight, you should hurry and play some matches of Overwatch.
Have you already earned the Bundesadler skin for Reinhardt? Or are you not interested in it at all?

So far, most gaming smartphones cost a lot of money. But that could change, as Xiaomi announces a challenge to the competition with the Black Shark 2 Pro. What can the new smartphone from Xiaomi do?
Because the Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has also announced a new gaming smartphone, the Black Shark 2 Pro, which competes with the ROG Phone 2, as it also targets gamers. Let’s take a look at…

Challenge to the Competition – All About Price and Release
Affordable price: The Black Shark 2 Pro is expected to cost around 400 Euros for the 128GB variant and 456 Euros for the 256GB variant.
The gaming smartphone ROG Phone 2 from Asus will probably cost around 900, nearly double, and there are few gamers who are currently willing to spend a lot of money on a gaming smartphone.
Good technical specifications on paper: The Black Shark 2 Pro offers similar good specifications on paper as the ROG Phone 2 but costs only half. Since we currently only know the Chinese prices, the price for Europe could also increase slightly.
When will the Black Shark 2 Pro be available in Germany?
When can it be purchased? On August 2nd, the Black Shark 2 Pro will officially be available in China. It is not yet known when it will appear on the European market, but it is likely that Xiaomi is targeting the Christmas business.
Are you interested in the ROG Phone 2 from Asus? In our article, we have summarized all the important information for you:

How strong is the built-in battery? The Black Shark 2 Pro also features a 4000 mAh battery. While it is slightly smaller than the ROG Phone 2, it still provides more energy than conventional smartphones. For a few hours of gaming on the smartphone, the battery is completely sufficient.
Does the Shark 2 Pro have a good camera? With 48 megapixels, the Shark 2 Pro from Xiaomi offers a very good camera on paper. With PDAF (Phase Detection Auto Focus), the camera has a very fast autofocus, which is beneficial for photography.
This is the cooling system of the Black Shark 2 Pro: The smartphone from Xiaomi works with liquid cooling. According to the manufacturer, this should significantly reduce CPU temperature while also increasing frame rates.
This is how Xiaomi explains the liquid cooling. How good it is will have to be shown in practical tests. Source: Xiaomi
The Shark Button as a Special Feature: With the Shark Button, Xiaomi offers a unique feature. With this button, you can directly access an overview and see which games you have all installed.
Therefore, it is a smartphone for gamers – Who is the device aimed at?
This device is suitable for these users: The Black Shark 2 Pro offers more than enough power for all current games with the latest Qualcomm processor and with 8 or 12 GB of RAM.
The battery is at 4000 mAh, one-third smaller than the competition from Asus (the ROG Phone 2 offers 6000mAh), but should be completely sufficient. Also interesting is the very good camera specified at 48MP with fast autofocus.
For whom is the Black Shark 2 Pro not suitable? If you use your smartphone for casual games, surf the internet, or read emails, you don’t need so much power. Here, you can also find quite usable devices for significantly less money.
Alternatives to the Black Shark Pro 2
Predecessor Model Black Shark offers a lot of power at a fair price: If you are interested in a lot of power for a relatively low price, then check out Xiaomi’s predecessor model, the Black Shark. It offers the Snapdragon 845, the predecessor of the 845 Plus, and with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of system storage, it has more than enough leeway for gamers. With four and a half stars, buyers on Amazon are also extraordinarily satisfied:

The Razer Phone 2 with a 120Hz display: Also a fair offer for gamers is the Razer Phone 2 from the same manufacturer. The Razer Phone 2 also offers the Snapdragon 845 and 8GB of RAM but has less internal storage (64GB) compared to the Black Shark. However, the Razer Phone 2 has a 120Hz display, making gaming very smooth. You can also find a comprehensive report on the Razer Phone 2:

Two weeks ago, the first Community Day in Wizards Unite took place. However, it didn’t go as well:
This player has discovered an interesting method to have a lot of fun in Red Dead Online . He takes pictures of other players in the online mode of Red Dead Redemption 2.
Which player is it? The player Aaron “ALG_627” Lutz shared his interesting hobby in Red Dead Online with the community. In the game, he has taken up photography as his focus.
What does he photograph? Mainly other players he encounters during his gameplay sessions. These are simply strangers who cross his path. Lutz then puts away his weapons, moves into the right position, and takes a screenshot of the other player.
Afterward, he sends the photographed player his screenshot. They are often surprised, but they also appreciate it. Others just shoot him in the game.
Why does he do it? He takes photos for fun when there isn’t much happening in Red Dead Online. He explains that sending them to the players in the photos makes sense because “Everyone likes it when photos are taken of them. Usually at least.”
In the process, he experiences many interesting stories. In an interview with Kotaku , he talks about his hobby and his experiences.
“The main reason I started photographing other players was that I had enough of Rockstar’s lack of attention for Red Dead Online. That’s why I decided to experiment with this idea and see what would happen,” explains Lutz.
The experiences the photographer has with his hobby in Red Dead Redemption 2
When he sends the players the screenshots, he usually receives a simple “Thank you” in return. Sometimes, banter is exchanged over chat. One player asked where his eyebrows had gone, which apparently vanished in the screenshot process. Lutz replied, “They’re probably where your hairline has also disappeared.”
Deadly encounter: In the online world of Red Dead Redemption 2, you meet many cowboys. Some of them are more trigger-happy than others. So, when Lutz puts away his weapons to photograph, he doesn’t always survive the situation.
This encounter did not survive by Lutz
After this deadly encounter, he sends the killer the screenshot.
“Ok, why are you sending me that?”
“Because I like taking pictures of people and sending them the photos. By the way, you could work on your aiming.”
“Thanks for your kindness. I know I could use some work on that.”
He encountered another player during stranger missions. After some time had passed, the new player told him about their tough life. At some point, they stopped doing missions and just stood around on the map while the player shared their worst times in life.
Then suddenly a full moon appeared and stood perfectly for a photo. Lutz photographed it and sent it to the player.
He then said:
“Wait, is that me?”
“Yes, the moon came up and I couldn’t help it.”
“Wow, man. That’s a really good picture. Did you just take that?”
“Yeah, I do this a lot now because there’s practically nothing else to do in the game. So I take pictures of players I meet and send them. Want to see more? I have some really good ones.”
“Sure, man. Send it over. This is really artistic stuff here, I really like it.”
The two then talked about the pictures Lutz takes. Also about the current state of Red Dead Online and its future.
On Reddit, the photographer ALG_627 shared his best pictures. The album on Imgur can be found here. In the following overview, you can see some of them:

This cowboy also had a lot of free time in Red Dead Redemption 2 and started a crazy ride with a rail vehicle:
With the game Mavericks: Proving Grounds, a British studio aimed to revolutionize the battle royale genre. But shortly after the alpha launch, everything is over and the game is dead.
What is Mavericks: Proving Grounds? The British studio aimed to create an innovative battle royale game with Mavericks: Proving Grounds. The initial plan was for around 1,000 players to fight against each other simultaneously. This was to take place on a gigantic map and would work via the MMO wonder technology SpatialOS.
Later, this was streamlined to still impressive 400 players on a 12×12-kilometer map with a central hub in the middle and seamless transitions. The game even went into alpha testing on July 25, 2019, after months of preparation.
But now it seems that everything may soon be over again, as the game is likely to be discontinued.

Why is Mavericks being discontinued? In a small announcement on their homepage, Automaton Games stated that the company is likely insolvent and is being organized by insolvency administrators. They would ensure that the horror multiplayer shooter Deceit, also developed by Automaton, would get a new home and be licensed.
For Mavericks, however, they have to discontinue development. The reason for the insolvency is a lack of financial resources. This is likely the end of the ambitious battle royale project. Additionally, another highly anticipated project for SpatialOS is going down the drain. Recently, the sandbox MMO Worlds Adrift also faced closure, which also used SpatialOS.
What do you think about the end of Mavericks? Did you never believe in it, or is it surprising for you?

World of Warcraft is still fun even after more than a month of the new patch. But what is the reason for that? Cortyn makes a small analysis.
For over a month now, Patch 8.2 Rise of Azshara has been live in World of Warcraft. It not only brought two new zones but also the possibility of flying, a new raid, a stylish dungeon, and plenty of long-term goals if one wants to engage with them.
The “most annoying” part of Patch 8.2 is behind most players
With the release of a patch, there are always a few things that players view as necessary. Those who do not complete these tasks may soon find it hard to keep up and miss out on a large part of the game’s possibilities. In Patch 8.2, this was the unlocking of flying, which basically meant farming reputation in Mechagon and Nazjatar.
Yes, some definitely see this as “work”, but the reward was really good. After all, it’s a clear time-saver that allows for much faster travel and more convenient completion of numerous quests.
Exactly this “mandatory part” is now in the past, allowing players to focus more on other content that they play “just for fun”.
World of Warcraft has become quieter, but thus also better
Meanwhile, the unlocking of flying is several weeks behind, and since then, World of Warcraft has clearly slowed down for me.
The content that I currently find appealing is more diverse than it has been in a long time. I am not only doing quests and pet battles, but I also try with a handful of friends to push the “Mythic+” key a bit higher each week. We occasionally join an LFR group and participate in PvP brawls (recently Arathi Basin against bots – incredibly funny!).
Arathi against bots is quite fun, even though it’s not real PvP.
I even managed to get a friend to finally dare into rated arena matches. There we do get incredibly frustrated when we are matched as a double DPS combo against a healer, but the victories are all the sweeter, and we often laugh. Are we good arena players? Definitely not. But it’s fun.
Numerous goals that you can set for yourself
I have found joy again in “small goals” that I can pursue without necessity and pressure. The advantage is also that I am generally open to all types of game content. This makes it easier to find something nice amidst the abundance of choices:
Island Expeditions: No matter how many people hate them, I love the basic principle and enjoy the numerous transmog rewards.
Pet Battles: Especially the Pet Battle Dungeon of Stratholme is quite challenging and requires a lot of stamina and creative ideas (or a guide).
Achievements: My goal currently is to complete “one achievement every day” from the current expansion. So far, I am managing that.
Essences for the Heart of Azeroth: Even if not all essences are necessary for a character, I want to have as many as possible. The hunt for them motivates me and “forces” me to engage with a lot of content.
The Brawler’s Guild: I had long ignored the Brawler’s Guild, but with Patch 8.2 I’m back and completing the cool quest line about a conspiracy.
Rare Mobs: Farming 3-4 specific rare mobs per day. Eventually, Rustfeather will surely give me her mount.
A certain parrot is still missing from the collection …
Of course, one can now say about a large part of the listed things, “Hey, Cortyn – this stuff has been in the game forever, why are you having fun with it right now?” And the question is indeed justified.
I find it hard to find a suitable answer and can only respond by saying that the “overall package” is currently cohesive again. World of Warcraft is fun for me in its entirety, and therefore I can again engage more with smaller goals and pursue them. I had not felt that way for quite a while before Patch 8.2.
Perhaps it’s the social aspect that plays a subtle role. For with Patch 8.2, WoW has become significantly more social again. People announce in chat when a special rare spawn appears or join together to give a certain assassin in Nazjatar a good beating. Although many things are done solo, it does not feel “lonely” and that adds a big part to the appeal.
Playing with friends makes WoW more fun anyway – no matter what you do.
World of Warcraft has become my “main game” again
Until a few weeks ago, I thought my interest in World of Warcraft would slowly wane. I had WoW: Classic in mind, was incredibly looking forward to Lúcioball in Overwatch and was already eagerly staring at Borderlands 3. Sure, all these games are still appealing, but WoW has become more than just a filler again. I can pursue my own goals for several hours at a stretch, and they are currently as numerous as they have rarely been before.
If World of Warcraft can maintain this trend, it is on a good path – at least for me.
How are you currently experiencing World of Warcraft? Can this MMORPG still keep you entertained? Or have you lost interest?

Fortnite: Battle Royale has particularly come into the public interest since the big World Championship. In an interview with FOX, there was an embarrassing mistake where a “Cheat” was presented that caused a lot of ridicule among players.
What was said? In light of the hype around the big Fortnite World Championship, the American TV channel FOX managed to get the well-known eSports expert Rod Breslau for a short interview.
The segment itself was not particularly spectacular, and Breslau briefly explained the game and the tournament. What caused a stir was one of the graphics that the channel played during the interview.
One of the graphics described, among other things, that you could buy “Add Ons” for Fortnite and that there was a winning cheat: “Hide in bushes until the end of the game and sometimes you win without doing anything.”

“Winning Cheat” Causes Mockery and Ridicule Online
What’s the tactic behind it? What Fox promotes as a winning tactic and a “Way to Cheat” is indeed possible. However, the chances of being able to hide in a bush for the entire match and seeing all the other players eliminate each other or burn in the storm, only to triumphantly achieve the “Epic Victory” at the end, are exceedingly slim.
Fun Fact:I, Jürgen, have actually won that way once.
Moreover, hiding in bushes is not even prohibited. In fact, there is even a specific item that converts players into bushes until they are hit. So one cannot even really talk about a “cheat.”
This is how the community reacted: It didn’t take long for fans to pick up the topic and ruthlessly mock it:
Pro player Sypher via Twitter: Why do I bother creating tutorial videos when the news just broadcasts this high-level strategy for victories that require no effort?
Dety via Twitter: “Sypher, you really played the game wrong the whole time!”
Especially cheeky: Pro player Sypher used the situation to poke fun at the Solo World Champion Bugha: “You need to explain yourself. Did you use the bush cheating strategy or not?”
It seemed like a fun challenge in Destiny 2 that players could never crack. The first Guardian to collect 100,000 Baryon Fragments would receive one of the sold-out physical Collector’s Editions of Shadowkeep. Just under a week after the challenge was issued, a streamer actually managed to do it.
What was the challenge? It all started with a pure satire post in the Destiny subreddit. The user Boobel jokingly called for Bungie to allow purchasing the upcoming expansion Shadowkeep with Baryon Fragments.
The Community Manager Cozmo responded to this joke and presented the players with a challenge: The first Guardian to collect 100,000 Baryon Fragments gets one of the sold-out physical Collector’s Editions of Shadowkeep.
The resource from the Dreaming City is likely to be found in abundance by many Guardians in their inventory – but by no means 100,000. The small trees can be found in the area at every corner and in chests, and Petra Venj regularly gives players a bounty that requires them to collect 15 units of this resource.
However, there isn’t much you can do with the Fragments. The resource is used for infusing gear from the Dreaming City. At the secret vendors in the Dreaming City, Baryon Fragments can also be exchanged for Light Charges for the Blind Well or Queen’s Wake tinctures.
Many Guardians therefore have hundreds or even thousands of Baryon Fragments – but 100,000 seemed like a distant goal.
Who accomplished this? Just under a week after the challenge was posed by Cozmo, a Guardian actually managed to collect 100,000 Baryon Fragments. Sweatcicle from the clan Redeem cracked the challenge.

The Community Manager Cozmo has already verified the achievement. Sweatcicle is thus the first Guardian to conquer the challenge.
How did the Guardian achieve this? The streamer obviously did not start from scratch when collecting. Like other players, he already had some Fragments before accepting the challenge. He also received a lot of help from other players who supported him in a fireteam.

The tactic was that Sweatcicle repeatedly ran a Lost Sector while his teammates fought bosses and completed patrols. They collected the Fragments together as a team for several hours a day.
By the way, the physical Collector’s Edition that Sweatcicle receives from Bungie is to be raffled in his stream. Additionally, the Redeem member announced that he plans to buy a Collector’s Edition for each of his teammates who helped him in his search for Baryon Fragments as a thank-you.
Since its record-breaking launch in February 2019, Apex Legends has lost some of its player base. However, death is far from certain for this Battle Royale. The developers reported new player numbers in the summer of 2019: How many people play Apex Legends on PC, PS4, and Xbox One?
How many players Apex Legends has: Currently, between 8 and 10 million players play Apex Legends per week. This was confirmed by publisher EA in a conference with the game’s investors (via venturebeat).
These numbers refer to players across all platforms: PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Shortly after, in May 2019, the mark was broken once again. With 50 million registered players, Apex Legends even recorded larger growth for a short time than its competitor Fortnite at that time.
How Apex Legends performs currently against Fortnite or PUBG is hard to say, as current player numbers are missing. However, a flattening of player numbers like that of Apex Legends is normal, so there is nothing to indicate a “dying game” here.
How is Apex Legends doing?
This is happening in Apex Legends right now: Currently, the second season of Apex Legends is running, in which a part of the map King’s Canyon is destroyed and significantly overhauled, and in which the new legend Wattson has made her appearance. Additionally:
This is what’s next for Apex Legends: For the future, new gameplay modes are coming to Apex Legends, which the developers have already confirmed. One of these modes was the ranked mode. What other modes might come is only speculated by players so far. Recently, a Royal Rumble has been very popular among fans.
There are also hints about the new legend Crypto, who may arrive with season 2, but possibly not until season 3.
Will Crypto come?
There is no release date for season 3 yet, but according to EA, it is supposed to be even bigger than season 2.
If season 2 lasts about three months like season 1, it would end on October 1, 2019.
The Twitch streamer Ninja is known for his spectacular kills in Fortnite. But recently, he was a bit too cocky and was coldly punished by his opponent.
But this time he was perhaps a bit too reckless, as what should have been a secure kill ultimately resulted in Ninja’s own elimination.
This is how Ninja is punished for a cocky maneuver
This is what Ninja did: After already eliminating two opponents, he planned something special for the third player.
He initially threw some Boogie Bombs at him to make him dance and defenseless. Then he built a structure with the player and wanted to eliminate him with a trap.

This is how it was punished: What Ninja didn’t consider during his action was that his opponent had full health and shield. So the first triggering of the trap did not eliminate the player. After that, the Boogie Bomb stopped, and his opponent quickly eliminated Ninja and escaped from the trap prison.
How does the streamer react? Initially, there was silence from Ninja. He couldn’t believe that he lost the secure kill and ended up getting eliminated.

After a few seconds of silence, he just shouted loudly: “Brooooo!” In the end, he laughs about the action and realizes that one shouldn’t be so cocky in Fortnite, as it is often punished harshly.
What do you think of the clip? Have you had similar situations where cockiness was punished?
In The Division 2, you can get the exotic gloves BT Data Gloves. How to obtain them and what the Exotic can do, you will learn here.
What kind of gloves are these? With the DLC “Washington’s Suburbs,” which has been fully playable for all agents since July 30th, new Exotics have been introduced. In addition to the Diamondback, an exotic rifle, you can now also earn exotic gloves: The BT Data Gloves.
This Exotic can be useful for you if you focus on skill builds in The Division 2. The exotic talents clearly focus on the skills.
How to get BT Data Gloves – Locations
This is how you obtain BT Data Gloves: These are gloves that you receive as drops from Black Tusk enemies. In other words, you need to shoot down Black Tusk and hope for luck. The Exotic is a random drop.
Confirmed sources include:
The new main mission “Camp White Oak.” At this Black Tusk outpost, many agents have received the gloves, mainly from the boss but also from any Black Tusk units. The difficulty level can be anything.
According to some YouTubers and English-speaking gaming sites, this mission is the only source for the gloves; however, many other agents report that they have received the gloves from random Black Tusk enemies. Thus, it can be assumed: You have a chance for the gloves wherever you can defeat Black Tusk. Users report from Potomac Event Center, Grand Washington Hotel, Bank Headquarters, Lincoln Memorial, or also Tidal Basin.
If you play the activities on heroic difficulty, the drop chance is said to be higher.
Exotic Talents of the BT Data Gloves
These are the glove talents:
Elemental Device: Skills that apply status effects receive +50% status effect duration and +50% skill speed.
Energy Fusion: Whenever a status effect is triggered, the gloves become infused with this effect for 60 seconds. For the duration of the infusion, you gain +10% skill damage, +10% skill healing and repair, and +10% skill duration for each additional protocol (yellow battery) on the equipment.
Charged Helpers: Whenever a skill is thrown, an explosion occurs 1.25 seconds later, applying the infusion status to all enemies within a 6-meter radius. Enemies affected by the infusion status take 50% more damage from your skills.
This means in practice: If you play a skill build, you can enhance it with the gloves. However, if you do not focus on strong skills, the gloves offer little benefit.
This is how you trigger the talent buffs quickly: Status effects like burns or bleeds can be triggered with multiple skills, such as with the Flamethrower or the Chem Launcher. To quickly gain the Energy Fusion buff, you can use the Flare Fly and then deploy seeker mines with the active buff.
According to initial user opinions, it is fun to experiment with the BT gloves and combine them with various skills. They probably do not represent the new meta, but they are a must for skill build enthusiasts.
Do you already have this Exotic? Which skills do you play with it?
The return of Rayquaza in Pokémon GO is being celebrated, as for the first time you can catch the shiny version. How likely is it and how many raids do you have to do?
This is the calculation: A clever player on Reddit calculated the probabilities for a Shiny Rayquaza. So how many raids do you need to do to have a 99% chance of finding a Shiny?
The chances of getting a Shiny are good. Even if you only use the free passes, you will likely get a Shiny.
How likely is Shiny Rayquaza
What is the rate? The probability for a Shiny Rayquaza is estimated to be 1 in 20. This has been the case for every Legendary outside of a Raid Day.
You can now easily apply this rate and compare it with the number of raids. The following probabilities will emerge:
Number of Raids
Probability of a Shiny
1
5%
2
10%
20
64%
33
82%
60
95%
90
99%
What do these numbers tell us? Rayquaza will be available for exactly 33 days. So if you make 3 raids each day, you should likely have a Shiny.
Even if you only use the free passes, meaning you don’t spend any money, you have an 82% chance of getting a Shiny. So the chances are good to snag the coveted Shiny.
This is what Shiny Rayquaza looks like
So many coins you need to invest: To have a 99% probability of getting a Shiny, you need to invest some coins in Raid Passes. If you buy the current offer box with 14 passes, you will need to buy it 4 times to have enough passes for the 90 raids.
This would cost 5920 coins. This is approximately 50 euros. So you would need to invest a considerable amount to be quite sure of getting a Shiny.
What you still need to consider: This is purely probability calculation. There is no guarantee that you will get a Shiny after 100 raids. The chances are just very high.
Is raiding worth it even without a Shiny? Even if you already have 3 Shinys, it is always worth doing Rayquaza raids. It is the best dragon attacker in the game and is versatile.
It is definitely worth having a full team of Rayquaza. In later raids, it will be useful, as Rayquaza is also a good counter against itself.
The dragon Pokémon can also be easily defeated in duo. We show you how to do it:
In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare a particular killstreak is currently causing controversy. It concerns the phosphorus incendiary bomb that you can drop over the battlefield.
What is the issue with the killstreak? Recently, the developers of Modern Warfare announced which killstreaks can be earned in multiplayer. Killstreaks are special items and actions that you can use when you get a lot of kills without dying in between.
Among the items and actions were a tank, heavy body armor, and an airstrike with a phosphorus bomb.
Players criticize alleged double standards of the developers
What is the problem with the phosphorus bomb? Diverse players on social networks are bitter about the phosphorus bomb. Such bombs have been used since the two World Wars as highly effective but cruel incendiary devices.
Phosphorus ignites upon contact with air, is difficult to extinguish and causes particularly gruesome injuries and deaths due to the high heat of the fire and the highly toxic smoke. Therefore, phosphorus bombs and their use are controversial.
Since Modern Warfare strives to depict the horrors of modern warfare in its single-player campaign, some critics have a problem with how casually the game introduces such cruel weapons as mere “reward items” for massive kills in multiplayer:
Lewis White writes on Twitter: “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare – We want to tell a meaningful story about the horrors of war. Also in CoD Modern Warfare – In multiplayer you can drop phosphorus bombs when you have killed enough people!”
E350 After Dark via Twitter: “I love that an option here simply allows war crimes.”
Eva Cantor on Twitter: “It horrifies me that people in the West have become so barbaric and desensitized to the most vile forms of violence that phosphorus bombs are just a cool, fun video game thing.”
What does the other side say about it? In contrast, fans of the game contradict, seeing a clear distinction between multiplayer and campaign, and perceive the phosphorus bomb simply as a killstreak effect without greater significance.
No one is forced to use the killstreak, and besides, it’s all just a game. A user notes on Twitter that the military use of phosphorus is still not prohibited and thus completely legitimate in the game.
A statement from the developers on the matter has yet to be released. There have been controversies in the past regarding the subject of war in Modern Warfare:
Priests receive a new quest in Hearthstone that makes Priests truly interesting again with the expansion “Saviors of Uldum”!
Hearthstone is launching soon with its new expansion “Saviors of Uldum”. The expansion brings a total of 135 new cards into the game.
In recent weeks, we have continuously presented new cards as Blizzard gradually revealed the individual cards. We are now in the final stretch, where Blizzard has released some real highlights that we want to briefly introduce.
Priests turn into buff monsters in Hearthstone
Priests receive the new quest “Activate the Obelisk”. Like all quests, this card starts in the player’s hand and can be played in turn 1. The quest requires the Priest to restore a total of 15 health points. These health points must actually cause healing. Thus, the “groundless” healing of someone who already has full health points does not help.
As a reward, the new hero power “Eye of the Obelisk” is awarded. This allows the Priest to restore 3 health points to a character for 2 mana. If the target is a minion, it additionally receives a buff of +3/+3. This can turn weak minions into real threats, creating threats out of nothing and continuously.
However, it is also interesting that this quest can be largely “countered” by the opponent. If the opponent ensures that minions do not remain undamaged on the battlefield, it becomes significantly more difficult for the Priest to complete this quest.
The quest is likely to create a whole new archetype of Priest that primarily focuses on healing to subsequently strengthen its minions.
Rogues become immune, get powerful weapons
Rogues receive a quest of similar caliber. The great “Basaraheist” requires the Rogue to add at least 4 cards of another class to their own hand. This is possible through many Rogue cards and, depending on the deck, it should take only 3 to 5 turns if they are lucky when drawing cards.
As a reward, the new hero power “Ancient Blades” is awarded. This gives the Rogue a weapon with the stats 3/2 for 2 mana. However, that’s not all, because the blades also make the Rogue immune while attacking.
In clear terms, this means that Rogues can now eliminate many threats using their weapons without taking any damage themselves. When combined with minions, it allows for easy elimination of large taunt minions, which can then be killed without problem.
In various forums, players are already agreeing that the reward is a bit too strong and should be toned down. The quest appears so powerful that it will likely be present in almost every Rogue deck. Swapping the weak 1/2 weapon for a 3/2 variant with immunity is likely too tempting.
Besides that, Blizzard has revealed a few other cards that are also very powerful.
The legendary neutral minion King Phaoris is likely to elicit a drawn-out “Uff” from many players. For 10 mana, it brings only 5/5 stats onto the battlefield, but comes with an extremely powerful battlecry. For each spell in the player’s hand, King Phaoris summons a random minion with the same cost. If you have three spells in hand, one costing 4 mana, one costing 7 mana, and another costing 10 mana, Phaoris summons a random minion for 4, 7, and 10 mana respectively. Particularly mages are likely to be licking their fingers over this card.
A bit less powerful but certainly exciting is the neutral minion card Bandaged Golem. For 7 mana, it has stats of 7/5 and additionally the effect of summoning a scarab with stats of 1/1 and taunt at the end of its owner’s turn. Moreover, the golem has resurrection, allowing it to be revived once with 1 health point.
Khartut Defender is likely the perfect mix of solid taunt and nice healing for its own hero. For 6 mana, it only has stats of 3/4, but comes with taunt and resurrection, as well as the deathrattle that restores 3 health to its own hero. This amounts to a total of 6 healing since it will be summoned again upon its death.
What do you think of these new cards? Do you like them? Or are the quests too strong?
New gameplay videos are circulating for the anime MMORPG “Blue Protocol” (PC) by Bandai Namco from the closed alpha. The game looks like an anime come to life. Many are asking: Will it come to Europe and North America? Unfortunately, there isn’t much good news regarding a release for the EU and the West.
Blue Protocol is developed by Bandai Namco, a renowned Japanese publisher (Dark Souls, Tekken). The new MMORPG has already made headlines with its first images.
Players are supposed to travel through space and time. What makes it special is that Blue Protocol will be a PC MMORPG – there are hardly any left, since the mobile boom started in Asia.
See the first gameplay of the new MMORPG Blue Protocol here
This is what the MMORPG Blue Protocol looks like: The first alpha of Blue Protocol has now started, primarily featuring Japanese players. The closed alpha is actually under strict NDA – but some videos have already leaked online.
This video shows the combat system in action. Here are 8 minutes of an archer:

No release of Blue Protocol in Europe currently planned, but …
Will the MMORPG also come to Europe? Here, there is bad news. On reddit the administration of the Blue Protocol subreddit says they have received official word from Bandai Namco:
“Bandai Namco currently has no plans to release the game in the West. However, Bandai Namco also stated that this is something that could change.”

So there is a small hope that Blue Protocol may still get a release in Europe and come to the West.
Until then, it looks like we now have another MMORPG to hope for from afar, alongside Lost Ark.
The gem “Legacy of Dreams” will change quite a bit in Diablo 3. With patch 2.6.6 at the start of season 18, it is in the game. How is it being received by the players?
What kind of gem is this? In the patch notes for patch 2.6.6 in Diablo 3, the developers explained what new things will soon be in the game. In addition to balance changes, new items are also being introduced. Among them is the legendary gem “Legacy of Dreams”.
The name of the gem is likely familiar to many of you from a ring set: Legacy of Nightmares. And just like the ring set, the gem works similarly. Its effect is as follows:
“When you have no active set bonuses, each equipped legendary item increases your damage dealt by 3.75% and reduces your damage taken by 2% (maximum level 99).
Rank 25: This bonus is doubled for ancient items.”
Why is Diablo 3 incorporating the gem? In the current season 17 in Diablo 3, there is a passive effect from Legacy of Nightmares for all seasonal players. This has received much praise from the community. The developers state that the effect has opened up many more possibilities for long-term content in season 17.
This new feature is now intended to remain a permanent option in the game. By implementing it as a legendary gem, there are expected to be many application possibilities.
What new possibilities arise? Previously, you had to give up 2 ring slots to receive the bonus from Legacy of Nightmares. Now, one socket is sufficient. This provides more options for rings, allowing the use of additional legendary bonuses without having to sacrifice the LoN bonus.
The new gem is well received in the community. Players have already calculated how effective it will be. Generally, there is excitement for more variety in builds.
“Guys, I love the new legendary gem,” writes one user. Others wonder how effective it is.
“For those who are unsure. It has been confirmed in the forums that the level 99 version of the gem has the same LoN bonus. All they are doing is letting you choose whether to take a socket or two rings for the bonus. But as we have learned, it is technically better to take the socket, as this allows you to wear two ancient rings of your choice.
I personally think it’s great because we really saw much more variety in builds this season, and it continues like this,” writes a player on Reddit.
In Pokémon GO, you will find the raid boss Rayquaza. With this guide, we will help you defeat the level 5 opponent.
Rayquaza watches over some arenas in Pokémon GO as a legendary raid boss. The monster belongs to the types Flying and Dragon and, together with Kyogre and Groudon, forms the trio of weather legendaries.
Strong Ice attackers are very effective in battles against Rayquaza. We will show you which attackers you should choose in the fight against this raid boss.

Here are the key details about Rayquaza: The maximum boss CP of this monster is 49808. Rayquaza will stay until September. It will disappear on September 2.
At level 20 and with 100% IV, Rayquaza reaches 2191 CP.
Due to the weather boost during wind, a maximum of 2739 CP (level 25, 100% IV) is possible when catching it.
Due to its types “Dragon” and “Flying”, it is particularly vulnerable to Ice attackers. Additionally, Rock, Dragon, and Fairy types are also effective. A group of 2-3 strong trainers should be able to defeat Rayquaza.

The gaming giant Electronic Arts has revealed its numbers for Q1 of the fiscal year 2020. Live service games like FIFA 19, The Sims 4, or Apex Legends bring in a lot of money for EA. But there is no word on Anthem, the publisher’s troubled child.
This is the period in question: Q1 of the fiscal year 2020 runs from April to June 2019. EA talked about this quarter now and released a report.
EA’s stock price rises after strong numbers
What do the numbers look like? In the quarter, EA made 1.2 billion dollars in revenue – that is more than a year ago at the same time.
The revenue comes largely from “digital revenue” – only 160 million of the 1.2 billion $ comes from the sale of discs and other sources.
The revenues are therefore above the expectations of the stock market – hence EA’s stock price rose after the announcement of the news, as Venturebeat reports.
The green area represents the “live service” revenues.
Live service is the big money maker
How does EA make all this money? The main revenue source for EA is “live service.” This is the money games earn when players already own them, continue to play and spend money.
These revenues include microtransactions or subscription fees. These revenues continue to grow at a high level. EA’s live service revenue streams include:
What stands out: Players of the shooter Anthem notice that their game is not mentioned at all in EA’s financial report (via reddit).
The shooter is considered EA’s troubled child. It is unlikely that microtransactions will flow in. In the past, EA has repeatedly stated that they will intensify efforts to make Anthem a success.
In Destiny 2 you have a limited time chance to obtain and upgrade an armor set in the Solstice style. The “Solstice of Heroes 2019” event is ongoing. Here’s how it works.
This is what the Solstice armor is about: On July 30th, the summer event in Destiny 2 started. This is called Solstice of Heroes and offers a new activity in the form of the European Airzone as well as a limited-time armor set.
This is how you get the armor set: First, go to Eva Levante in the Tower. She is located right near the spawn point in the courtyard, where there is also a huge Solstice statue. She greets you warmly and gives you your first Solstice armor piece of green quality (Void).
Next, you need to complete a run in the European Airzone. You start the event at the statue in the Tower or via the navigator on the Tower map. Once this is done, you will receive the remaining armor pieces.
Now you have the complete set. However, the grind is just beginning. You need to upgrade the armor pieces multiple times – from green quality level to Masterwork.
For each Guardian class, there are different tasks that distribute differently across the armor pieces. All tasks come from datamining and have not yet been fully verified.
Important: You must equip the armor pieces to make progress. Additionally, during the Solstice of Heroes, different elemental bonuses (Solar, Arc, Void) are active each day. You must take this into account for the tasks.
Gauntlets: Loot 10 ELZ chests, 5 Solstice bounties, defeat 75 enemies while having Arc focus

The armor glow that makes your Solstice set shine is available in the Eververse for silver or glimmer.
Is the Solstice armor worth it? This armor set remains relevant even with the upcoming Shadowkeep expansion. You can read more about it here:
Last night, Riot Games released the new patch 9.15 for Teamfight Tactics. The focus was on the revisions of many traits and origins.
What are the highlights of the patch? Patch 9.15 was the second major patch since the launch of Teamfight Tactics. It didn’t introduce a new champion, unlike patch 9.14, but it did bring plenty of balance changes.
Highlights include the numerous revisions of classes and origins in the game, which we will delve into further below. There are also hints for new champions and new items, as the developers have introduced new bonuses for four classes:
Gunslinger 6 = Gunslingers have a chance for 3 additional attacks.
Brawler 6 = All Brawlers gain 1,200 additional health.
Shapeshifter 6 = Shapeshifters gain 120% additional health upon transforming.
Blade Master 9 = Blade Masters have a chance for 4 additional attacks.
These bonuses are not yet accessible, except for the Blade Master. This suggests that either new spatula items or new champions of these classes are coming.
It also means that you can now make your Draven even stronger. With three additional champions wielding the Blade of the Ruined King, you achieve the 9-stack buff, which has already been achieved on the PBE (via reddit).
Alongside this update, there are also small highlights in bug fixes and adjustments:
The “Play Again” button now returns you to the last mode you played. Players can now remain in ranked mode permanently, which many have requested.
Garen now moves again while he is in spin-to-win mode.
In the following, we will take an in-depth look at the changes of the patch.
Major overhaul for Noble and Void Creatures
Which origins benefit from the patch? As previously announced, the developers of Teamfight Tactics have extensively revised some origins and classes.
While Demons and Dragons were rather weakened by this patch, Nobles and Void Creatures can rejoice over significant adjustments.
Demons: The chance for mana burning is reduced from 25%/50%/85% to 20%/35%/60%.
Varus – ability damage is reduced from 400/600/800 to 300/550/800.
Aatrox – ability damage is reduced from 400/700/1,000 to 250/600/950. His health is also reduced from 750 to 700.
Morgana – ability damage is reduced from 300/375/450 to 200/325/450.
Dragons
Dragons were completely immune to magic damage due to their bonus. This has now changed, and their Dragon Claw bonus has been adjusted. In return, both dragons were buffed:
Dragon: Magic immunity is reduced from 100% to 83%.
Shyvana – armor increased from 20 to 30.
Aurelion Sol – health increased from 600 to 650.
Aurelion Sol – ability damage increased from 250/450/650 to 250/500/750.
Nobles will enjoy a significant change, as their bonus now also grants magic resistance, making them stronger against spellcasters and elemental mages. In return, however, they lose some armor:
Noble: 100 armor/+35 health per hit changes to 60 armor and magic resistance/+35 health per hit.
Vayne – attack damage reduced from 45 to 40. Attack speed is increased from 0.65 to 0.75.
Garen – attack damage reduced from 55 to 50. Attack speed is increased from 0.55 to 0.6. Ability damage is adjusted from 450/585/720 to 360/585/810.
Void Creature
Void Creatures have hardly been used by players until now. Therefore, they were significantly adjusted in patch 9.15. This affects both their bonus and some champions:
Void Creatures: “All your units ignore 50% armor” changes to “Void Creatures now deal true damage”.
Kassadin – attack damage increased from 45 to 55. Attack speed is reduced from 0.65 to 0.6.
Kha’Zix – ability damage against non-isolated targets is increased from 150/250/350 to 150/300/450. His attack damage is also increased from 50 to 55.
Rek’Sai – attack damage increased from 40 to 50. Ability damage increased from 150/250/350 to 200/350/500. However, healing from the ability is reduced from 300/400/500 to 150/300/450.
Cho’Gath – attack speed increased from 0.55 to 0.6. Ability damage is increased from 200/400/600 to 250/500/750. However, the duration of the knock-up is reduced from 1.5/2/2.5 to 1.5/1.75/2.
What else changed with origins? In addition to these major changes, smaller ones were also made. Elemental Mages experienced a nerf in the small patch 9.14b. In return, Brand and Lissandra have been strengthened:
Lissandra – ability damage increased from 150/200/250 to 150/275/400. Brand – ability damage increased from 175/325/475 to 200/375/550.
The Yordles, on the other hand, have been slightly buffed in the early game. The dodge chance has been increased, and Gnar and Veigar have been slightly improved:
Yordle: The dodge chance changes from (3) 25%/(6) 60% dodge to (3) 30%/(6) 55% dodge. Also avoids hit effects.
Lulu – armor reduced from 25 to 20.
Veigar – health increased from 450 to 500.
Gnar – attack damage increased from 45 to 50.
Knight now strengthens all allies
Which classes were changed by the patch? In addition to the aforementioned additional class bonuses, there were also many balance adjustments.
There are significant changes to Assassins, Knights, and Ninjas, and minor changes to Protectors and Pirates.
Assassins
The Assassins get interesting updates. Alongside buffs for some champions, they now also jump earlier, while non-Assassins move slower:
Assassins jump earlier and their jumps are faster. Non-Assassins move slower at the start of the fight. In return, Assassins can be attacked sooner.
Evelynn – attack damage increased from 60 to 70. Ability damage is increased from 200/250/350 to 200/300/400.
Katarina – ability targets increased from 3/5/7 to 4/6/8.
Rengar – attack damage increased from 65 to 70. Attack speed increases from 0.55 to 0.6, and the attack speed buff of the ability from 0.3/0.5/0.7 to 0.4/0.7/1.0.
Protectors
Protectors are getting closer to their name with this patch. The armor on other targets is increased, but they no longer strengthen themselves. They generally get more armor:
Protectors: (2) 40 armor per level is increased to (2) 50 armor per level. Protectors do not apply the buff to themselves.
Braum – armor increased from 25 to 75.
Leona – armor increased from 55 to 100.
Ninjas
Kennen is currently one of the strongest champions and in general, ninjas are often used as an enhancement to many combos. With the new patch, they also gain ability power, but slightly lose attack damage:
Ninja attribute bonus: (1) 40% attack damage/(4) 80% attack damage changes to (1) +40 attack damage and ability power/(4) +60 attack damage and ability power.
Shen – attack speed increased from 0.6 to 0.7.
Zed – attack speed increased from 0.6 to 0.65. Attack damage is simultaneously increased from 60 to 65.
Kennen – ability damage reduced from 400/650/900 to 225/450/675.
Akali – ability damage reduced from 200/375/550 to 150/275/400.
Pirates now yield more gold and the Twisted Fate introduced in the last patch receives a small buff:
Pirate: Average gold per chest is increased from 1.6 to 1.75.
Graves – attack speed increased from 0.5 to 0.55.
Twisted Fate – now attacks better and his ability damage is increased from 100/150/200 to 150/250/350.
Knight
The biggest overhaul in classes hits the Knights. They now strengthen the entire team but lose their damage reduction. In compensation, everyone gains a bit of armor:
Knights block 20/40/80 damage from normal attacks ⇒ Your team ignores 15/30/55 damage from all sources.
Darius – armor increased from 25 to 40.
Garen – armor increased from 35 to 40.
Mordekaiser – armor increased from 35 to 40.
Sejuani – armor increased from 35 to 40. Stun duration is also increased from 2/3.5/5 to 2/4/6.
Kayle – health reduced from 800 to 750. In return, however, armor is increased from 35 to 40.
Buffs for Archers and Nerf for player damage
What else changed with the champions? Many champion changes were released alongside adjustments to the classes or origins. However, there were additional balance changes:
Blitzcrank – mana reduced from 150 to 125.
Ashe – attack damage increased from 60 to 65.
Kindred – attack damage increased from 55 to 60.
Morgana – execution duration of ability increased from 0.35 to 0.5 seconds.
Yasuo – attack damage increased from 65 to 75.
Karthus – ability damage increased from 350/600/850 to 400/700/1,000. The number of targets for the ability is also increased from 4/7/10 to 5/9/13.
Nerfs to many items
What has changed with the items? In this patch, the changes to items have been rather minimal. The most significant impact was on the Amulet of the Iron Solari, which now grants a shield of 250 health for the first 4 seconds of the fight instead of permanently.
Additionally, there were further nerfs for:
Ionian Spark – damage reduced from 200 to 150.
Silence – duration reduced from 5 seconds to 3 seconds.
What other changes were there? The new patch also brought general adjustments. For example, the damage from neutral NPCs and summoned creatures has been adjusted:
Damage from small spiders/elemental golem: 2 ⇒ 1
Rank 4 (1 star): 3 ⇒ 2
Rank 5 (1 star): 4 ⇒ 3
Rank 3 (2 stars): 4 ⇒ 3
Rank 4 (2 stars): 5 ⇒ 4
Rank 5 (2 stars): 6 ⇒ 5
Rank 4 (3 stars): 7 ⇒ 6
There is also an adjustment to the win and loss streaks. Additional gold is now awarded after 2, 4, and 7 rounds.
In the carousel, there is now one less champion available since the release of the patch. Instead of 10, only 9 champions are offered. The selection is now even more competitive.
Additionally, there have been numerous graphical adjustments regarding champions’ effects. Many are now significantly clearer than before.
Teamfight Tactics is not yet playable on mobile. However, there is now a new game for Tencent for smartphones:
