In The Division 2, an agent shows how beautiful Episode 1 “Washington’s Suburbs” can be. In a video trailer, he captures the atmosphere.
This is the beautiful side of Episode 1: At the end of July, the first major expansion of The Division 2 was released. This is called “Episode 1: Washington’s Suburbs – Expeditions” and expands your agents’ adventures.
The YouTuber VicenteProD has now released an atmospheric video, showcasing Episode 1 at its finest. Even the developers at Massive noticed it and shared it on social media.
In the video, clips of the new areas and missions are shown, captured from great perspectives and with impressive lighting conditions. The video is called “The Division 2 – Legends Trailer” and can be played in 4K and 60 FPS:

The Division has always had an impressive atmosphere
Who is VicenteProD? The YouTuber VicenteProD creates fan trailers, cinematics, and montages of various video games on his channel. Everything revolves around music and gaming.
Many of his followers attribute to him “an excellent eye for art,” which he proves in his videos. He always focuses on the beautiful side of games, on the lovingly crafted environment, and presents it in an impactful way. We introduced him and his works a few years ago when he captured the most beautiful side of the Dark Zone from The Division 1 in a video.
While he had to rely on various cinematic tools for cool shots in The Division 1, he used the in-game photo mode of The Division 2 for this video.
Under his latest video, the comments are once again full of praise. The cinematic camera perspectives, the cuts, and even the music are said to be excellently chosen. By the way, this is “Legend” by The Score.
The atmosphere and design of the detailed environment have always been praised in The Division. Especially in the first part, the open-world design was considered the beautiful side of the game, while almost every other aspect was criticized.
Some agents find the environment in The Division 2 not as atmospheric as in The Division 1, where winter perhaps matched the gloomy, post-apocalyptic setting more than cheerful sunshine in summer. But the above video shows that the world design team at Massive is still doing great work.

The Twitch streamer Turner “Tfue” Tenney is considered one of the best players in Fortnite. Many think the vehicle “Mech” is far too strong. What happens when a pro jumps into the Mech was recently shown in a clip on Twitch.
This is the situation: Tfue is currently training in the new mode “Trio” with Dennis “Cloak” Lepore and Thomas “72hrs” Mulligan. Trio is currently the new popular mode among eSports pros – tournaments are about to take place and the players are noticeably eager for a change after so much Duo.
Currently, many training matches and “serious matches” are taking place in the “Trio Arena” mode, where the top players in the world regularly face off. They know each other.
Cloak (left) and Tfue (right) are currently playing Fortnite as a trio with 72hrs.
In this situation, the Twitch streamer Tfue plays the shooter in the Mech and fires into a densely built area from the outside. 72hrs controls the Mech while Cloak still jumps around them.
Famous Fortnite pros like “Faze Dubs” and “Faze Megga” have fortified themselves in front of Tfue. They finished 7th in the Duo World Championship and earned $375,000 in prize money. They are among the best in the world in Fortnite – even though they have no opportunity to prove that in the clip.
Tfue effortlessly dismantles one of the best teams in the world
This is shown in the clip: The clip shows how Tfue randomly blasts into the buildings from outside in the Mech. The buildings provide little protection.
The “laser pointer,” intended as a kind of nerf, briefly indicates where the rockets will hit. Tfue coordinates with his partner, the driver, so that he can jump up to allow the Mech in Fortnite a better shooting angle.
The special thing is how effortlessly Tfue collects kills here and can dominate with the Mech without putting himself in danger.

Tfue, as one of the top players, demonstrates here how the Mech works when someone strong is sitting in it. Tfue has already made it clear how much he dislikes the Mech.
As Tfue plays here, he brings the “real Fortnite” that pros play, with a lot of building and strategy, to absurdity because it simply does nothing against the Mech.
That Tfue can also succeed against pros without the Mech is shown here:
What is changing? For the new Patch 2.6.6, Blizzard has come up with quite a bit. There are new properties on items with which you can experiment in Kanai’s Cube. The class-specific changes are less significant in this patch.
There are now new items and many new bonuses in the game. Changes also apply to the sets that you can craft yourself with the help of the blacksmith.
Item Changes
The Flavor of Time:This new legendary property makes effects from pylons last twice as long. However, this only works if you are actually wearing the item.
The Executioner: The new legendary property causes attacks to kill enemies when they are at less than (5-10 %) of their health. The bonus of this weapon does not apply to companions.
Stone Gauntlets: This new legendary property makes you slowly petrify when attacked. Your armor increases by 50 %, but your attack and movement speed are reduced by 15 %. The effect can stack up to 5 times. Those immune to crowd control do not receive the debuff on attack speed and movement speed.
Echoing Fury:A new legendary property that puts you into a frenzy when you kill enemies. For each enemy killed, you gain 15 % attack speed and 5 % movement speed. The effect can stack up to 5 times. The effect also triggers if your minions kill enemies or if you were involved in kills.
Squirts Necklace:The new legendary property increases your damage by up to 100 % and reduces the damage taken by up to 50 % while you are not taking damage.
Messerschmidt’s Reaver: This new legendary property reduces your cooldowns by 1 second when you kill an enemy. The effect also triggers if your minions kill enemies or if you were involved in kills.
Mortick’s Bracers: The item is new in the game. It has the property that Wrath of the Berserker receives the effect of each rune. This barbarian item was already tested in Patch 2.2.0, but it was too strong for Diablo 3.
Spite: You can craft this item at the blacksmith. Through its legendary property, Golems learn the ability “Smash” and Cold damage from the Gigant Rune.
Legacy of Dreams: A new legendary gem that works like the set Legacy of Nightmares. We have described the stone for you in more detail in this post:
The crafted sets at the blacksmith have been revised. We show you the changes here.
Sage’s Journey:Haedrig now automatically learns the set at level 12 – A belt has also been added.
Captain Crimson’s Attire – 2 pieces: Regenerates 6,000 health per second. Reduces cooldowns now by 20% instead of 10%. Additionally, resource costs are reduced by 20%.
Captain Crimson’s Attire – 3 pieces: Damage dealt is increased by your total percent cooldown reduction. Damage taken is reduced by your total percent resource cost reduction.
Aughild’s Dominance – 3 pieces: Reduces damage from elite enemies by 30% instead of 15%. Increases damage against elite enemies by 30% instead of 15%.
Cain’s Insight – 2 pieces:Attack speed has been increased by 8%. The 50% bonus experience is now available at the 2-piece bonus. At level 70, it’s a 5% experience point bonus.
Cain’s Insight – 3 pieces: There is a 25% chance that an additional portal key will drop when one drops.
What changes are you looking forward to in Season 18?
Blizzard has announced its plans for the future of Diablo 3:
In Apex Legends a Twitch clip is currently going viral. In solo mode, a relatively unknown player excelled as a sniper so well that Twitch star Shroud, one of his victims, later asked: “Is he cheating or is he really that good?”
What was the strong play? The Twitch streamer Bowen “Monsoon” Fuller was out in the new Solo Mode of Apex Legends . The match was already in its final stages and Monsoon had been dominating. As the clip starts, there are only 4 players left, and Monsoon has already collected 10 kills.
At the beginning of the clip, Monsoon quickly kills the next opponent but then hesitates, as he only has 3 shots left in the magazine. However, this turns out to be no problem.

In the following seconds, he takes out the two remaining opponents with clean shots.
One of the opponents he surprised and eliminated was Twitch star Michael “Shroud” Grzesiek, who is considered one of the best shooter players on Twitch. Shroud took 234 damage from a single shot in the scene.
After eliminating Shroud, Monsoon even dances a little before finishing the match with the next clean snipe.

This is how Shroud reacts: From the perspective of the Twitch star, the scene is far less spectacular. Shroud simply drops before he can even orient himself. Shroud exclaims. Later, he sees that the player already has 12 kills and witnesses Monsoon’s last kill.
Now he says, “Oh, he is cheating,” and moments later asks, “Or is he just really good?”
Shroud’s chat quickly calls out: “Cheater,” “Walling,” “Hacker,” or “Aimbotting.” However, they had previously expressed admiration when Monsoon’s kill card appeared, showing 15059 kills.
Shroud then watches how Monsoon is performing – the shots might be possible, but the fact that he expects the last opponent in the right place seems to impress the Twitch streamer.
More than 15000 kills and almost 18,000 headshots is quite a feat.
Small streamer catches the Twitch star with a clean shot
This is what makes the clip special: The clip has now garnered over 300,000 views. Apex Legends and Twitch operate here like the Wild West – anyone who, as a “relatively unknown” player, takes down a well-known gunslinger, gains the fame.
The interesting part here is the discrepancy:
The strong player Monsoon in the scene has only 12,000 followers on Twitch
Shroud, on the other hand, has almost 6,500,000 followers
This is how it is being discussed: On reddit the clip is being discussed. On the discussion platform, it is believed that the fans of a streamer always assume that their star player can only be taken down by cheaters.
But Monsoon is simply a really good player who has already proven himself. He is a professional and one of the best snipers in Apex Legends.
However, one user on reddit says: For his dance, he deserves to be banned.
In Destiny 2 some content will be time-limited in Year 3. What does this mean for you?
Why will content be time-limited? Game Director Luke Smith has a vision that Destiny will one day become a truly dynamic world where something is constantly changing, and the narrative also moves somewhere.
Destiny is meant to become a game where “things happen” – not just in terms of new items and activities, but also in terms of the story. In recent years, it has seemed that Destiny has stagnated regarding the story and isn’t really progressing.
And in the third year of Destiny 2, Bungie wants to address this issue.
Seasonal content is coming
What changes with Shadowkeep: With the launch of the Shadowkeep expansion, Season 8 will begin in October. It will reveal new dangers on the moon.
Throughout the season, Smith says, parts of the game will change until the situation on the moon culminates in an event that ultimately resolves this situation. And then the content will be consumed.
This resolution of the situation in Season 8 prepares for the events in Season 9, which will also add something new to the game and resolve it throughout the season before Season 10 begins.
This is supposed to be the advantage: The previous annual pass of Year 2 differed from this new model. This pass added permanent new activities, but according to Smith, the game cannot “grow forever.”
In addition to technical limitations, an eternally growing game is also not the path envisioned for Destiny. As previously stated, they want a dynamic, ever-evolving world. A world that always offers something new, but does not burst at the seams.
What does this mean for me? Year 3 of Destiny 2 will feature events that last three months – so for a season – and provide new rewards during this time.
After the 3 months, however, some activities will disappear again. The same goes for the rewards. Bungie knows that a part of Destiny involves collecting all that stuff, which is why the weapons and armor pieces associated with the seasonal activities will be available in future seasons through other loot sources.
So if you want to play all the activities – and also timely grab all the loot – from Year 3 of Destiny 2, you need to stay on track. If you take multi-month breaks, you will miss the seasonal content.
Luke Smith concludes this content model: “You were there with your friends, got the gear and the weapons, created memories, and changed Destiny in the process.” At the end of August, they will provide more details about the annual pass.
What else will change? Luke Smith writes that he wishes they had better maintained the game in previous seasons. Currently, there are far too many sources for powerful gear, as they have continuously added new sources.
In the future, they want to do better here. Many old sources already feel like a chore, according to Smith, so they will likely close some, introduce new ones, and keep rotating them.
What do you think of this Destiny that is supposed to develop faster?
GTA Online now has new time trials with the RC Bandito. These are particularly worthwhile right now, as they grant you double pay. Quickly grab the 200k.
What are the new races? Until now, there were many different time trials in GTA Online, where you had to reach the finish line with one of your cars within a set time. New are now races with the RC Bandito.
These are the small remote-controlled cars with an electric motor, with which you can speed through the world of GTA Online. Specifically for these small vehicles, there are now time trials.
Which race is active? Currently on the map of GTA Online, you will find the RC Bandito time trial “Construction Site 1”. You start this at the construction site. Then you go through many checkpoints around and through the shell of the building until you finally speed through the finish line.
As a reward, 200,000 GTA Dollars await you if you are on time. The new Emerus is really fast, but it is not allowed to participate in this race.
This is how you win RC Bandito “Construction Site 1”
Starting the race: First, go to the starting point of the race. You must be standing on foot in the race marker so that you can start it. Then the checkpoints will guide you through the race. So just follow the glowing markers.
Here you start the time trial Construction Site 1
Driving tips:
Especially tight corners are indicated by 3 arrows in the marker. Here you must take the turn very sharply.
The race time is tight. You can’t afford many accidents. Be especially careful at the construction site. If you fall from the first or second floor, you will have to start the race all over again. This time loss would be impossible to catch up.
Watch out for the construction workers! During the race, you will encounter workers. You can’t just run them over with the RC car. It’s best to avoid them.
Video guide: To get an impression of the map and its tight curves, the YouTube channel of GTA-Series has released a video showing the Construction Site 1 race.

Streamer TimTheTatman shows in a video how strong the mechs in Fortnite are. He eliminates opponents without looking at his monitor.
Who is it about? In the Fortnite community, Tim “TimTheTatman” Betar is well known. Almost 4 million people follow him on Twitch.tv, his YouTube account has 1.6 million subscribers. Often, he plays Fortnite with other well-known streamers like Ninja.
What did the streamer do? In one of his streams, TimTheTatman showcased how strong the new mechs in Fortnite are. These are vehicles reminiscent of Transformers. Equipped with deadly weapons, players can enter the devices and use their weapons. Firing strong rocket salvos is possible. Streamer Tfue deeply despises the mechs.
While Tim was playing with his colleagues SypherPK, Fearitself, and MoNsTcR, the streamer grabbed a B.I.E.S.T mech. To prove that the parts are overpowered, he deliberately made his game harder. He turned off his monitor, saying, “let’s see how many kills I can get like this.”

“You see, I have my monitor turned off now,” Tim said to the chat as he turned the black monitor towards the camera. He then only followed the voice commands of his teammates.
“Now charge up and aim at the ground,” said one of his teammates. He took out the first opponent after a rocket salvo rained down on him. Another teammate then fell victim to another blind-fired rocket salvo.
The next player made it harder for the streamer. He built some structures and sheltered behind them. Tim’s next rocket salvo missed its target. Under constant voice commands from his teammates, the streamer fired another salvo while flying diagonally forward.
As a result, he ultimately managed to wipe out the entire enemy squad. TimTheTatman was able to eliminate three players with a mech in Fortnite, even though his monitor was turned off.
This is the problem with mechs in Fortnite: The mechs have been in Fortnite since Season X and are being controversially discussed in the community. Many say the parts are just way too “op”. The RemoveTheMech hashtag also trended.
“I was there. It was just as ridiculous as it seemed. He wasn’t even given good voice commands. He just held down the left mouse button and shook his head. He wiped out an entire team that built and edited, playing the game as it is meant to be played. This is just poor management by Epic Games. Nerf it. […],” writes TheRealCRex on Reddit.
Epic Games has already addressed the wishes of many players who would prefer the mechs to be removed. The executives say that this way everyone has a chance to win. And that’s how it should be:
7-km eggs from the gifts will become 2-km eggs but have the same contents as the 7 km ones
You can open up to 30 gifts per day
You can carry 20 gifts in your bag
The event is well received by many players, so they wish for some features from it to be permanent, as it wouldn’t be too game-changing.
These 3 things should be permanent in the game
This is what players think: On Reddit a relevant thread appeared on the topic, which quickly gained a lot of support. The following 3 things should, according to the thread, be permanent in the game:
Players should always be able to carry 20 gifts in their bag
You should receive a gift from every PokéStop guaranteed if you don’t already have 20 pieces
A 7-km egg from the gift should be guaranteed when you have a free slot in your inventory
What would these features change? It wouldn’t be a major meta-change, but these details would make the gameplay significantly more relaxed.
Many players only send gifts once a day, so having 20 would be much better than the usual 10.
The guaranteed gifts could delight many rural players who only have a few PokéStops anyway. At least they have gifts they can send.
More gifts would be a reason to celebrate for many players
The guaranteed 7-km eggs would delight many shiny hunters. If you want to get 9 such eggs, you often have to open over 15 gifts. That’s almost the maximum in a day. You can’t secure many more 7-km eggs that day.
What do players say about it? Numerous comments under the thread agree with the proposals. PGOPGO says:
Collecting 20 gifts and a higher drop rate is definitely a big improvement. I’ve noticed that I have much higher interaction with the casual players on my friends list. It also means that I don’t have to stop in the middle of the game to send gifts.
PogoCatchThemAll writes:
Apart from the daily catch of color eagle, sending gifts to all my friends every day is the least popular part of the game. I have about 150 friends and have to send about 60-80 gifts every day to make progress with them (I know I don’t have to; but I like to send gifts every day).
Having 20 in stock at once is much better than 10. But I really wish Niantic would add a filter to the friends list for those who can receive a gift.
What do you think about it? Would you welcome these changes?
Bungie presented the upcoming Shadowkeep feature Armor 2.0 in a live stream. This is intended to allow players in Destiny 2 to no longer have to choose between aesthetics and functionality. However, for players who are not focused on just one role, this great feature could quickly end in chaos, says Micha: Currently, there is no way to save your loadout.
This is Armor 2.0: Destiny 2 drastically revamps the armor system with the upcoming expansion Shadowkeep: Guardians no longer have to choose between the aesthetics and functionality of their armors but can freely combine the appropriate perks with mods.
However, some players furrowed their brows intermittently: If we can now assemble our armor pieces as we need them, is there not an important detail missing?
This feature is still missing for me: Just before the end of the stream, one of the viewers finally asked the one question that had been burning on my mind for a long time: Will players be able to save their mod loadouts? The answer was short and somewhat disappointing for me: Players should have several different armor sets for this case.
This means for the Guardians: Remember which armors have which mods, and have the appropriate sets and weapons with you or keep track of them in the vault, or exchange the mods every time. There apparently will not be an option to save various mod variations for an armor piece.

That’s why a save function would be important to me: For me, the lack of a save function is terrible. I primarily play my Hunter in Destiny 2 and adjust my playstyle to the activities and the group. In group activities, like raids or the Menagerie, I play the Nightstalker with Orpheus Rigs. Alone or in Gambit, in which 50% of the modes will soon be removed, I am usually more aggressive with Blade Barrage with the Galanor fragments gloves.
That completely changes my playstyle: As a Nightstalker, I am the support, I become invisible in critical situations and revive fallen teammates or bind groups of enemies with my arrow. I prefer to operate from the rear with a pulse rifle and sniper.
This is how dumb my enemies look when my Hunter pulls out the knives
As a Blade Barrage Hunter, I am the complete opposite: Completely out of control, I jump between enemies and slice through them, with knives flying all around. Hand cannon, shotgun, and sword are common companions here.
With Armor 2.0, I would need two to three armor sets here, depending on which role I am playing in which activity. Currently, I simply switch the appropriate exotic and one or two armor pieces or weapons.
A little glimpse into my “handbag”: I always carry several weapons and countless armor pieces. Always in the motto “This could definitely come in handy again”
Even now, my inventory is bursting at the seams. I love trying out new weapons and playstyles or hesitate to dismantle found armor pieces with good perks too quickly. It might still be that I could use that gear.
I find the changes with Armor 2.0 great because my Guardians can now be well-equipped and still look cool. The missing save function for the mods makes it difficult for an armor hoarder like me who already picks up every found piece to keep order in the inventory.
What do you think about the missing option to save mod loadouts? Is that a problem for you, or do you already have several sets with you?
The FIFA 20 release is getting closer and the FIFA 19 season is coming to an end. Time to look back: Who were the most popular players in FIFA 19 Ultimate Team?
These are the most popular players in FIFA 19: The page “futbin” has collected data on “Player Game Performance” in FIFA 19, short “PGP”. There, you can view overall player statistics such as matches played, goal rates, assist rates, or cards.
The PGP database consists of transfer market data from players. This means: Untradable cards, such as some rewards from SBCs, are not counted.
Therefore, the numbers should not be understood as an exact science but rather provide meaningful reference points. As the game continues to be played, it is possible that the numbers may shift slightly in the future.
Soon you will be able to control van Dijk in FIFA 20 – how did he perform in FIFA 19?
We looked at the most popular attackers, midfielders, defenders, and goalkeepers. Are your favorite players among them?
The 5 most popular attackers
These forwards were played the most: This section includes the positions ST, MS, RF, and LF. This means: Not only the goal scorers at the center front but also the attacking wingers are considered. According to “Futbin”, these five players were the most popular attackers in FIFA 19:
Kylian Mbappé (RF, Standard Gold): 66,939,484 matches
Neymar (LF, Standard Gold): 46,207,832 matches
Sergio Agüero (ST, Standard Gold): 43,545,645 matches
Mohamed Salah (RF, Standard Gold): 43,138,604 matches
Antoine Griezmann (ST, Standard Gold): 42,270,259 matches
Currently, the duo from Paris Saint-Germain consisting of Mbappé and Neymar ranks highest, both of whom are also two of the best players in FIFA 19. Following them are Agüero and Salah from the Premier League, and in 5th place, Griezmann, a representative from the Spanish league.
Notably: The cards are exclusively standard cards. This is not surprising, as special cards are usually much more expensive and not everyone can afford a multitude of special cards. This is likely also the reason why players like Ronaldo or Messi were played significantly less: they are simply too expensive.
These midfielders were played the most: The midfield includes positions ZM, ZDM, ZOM, LM, and RM. The most popular midfield players were:
Fabinho (ZDM, Standard Gold): 79,681,509 matches
N’Golo Kanté (ZDM, Standard Gold): 73,707,503 matches
Paul Pogba (ZM, Standard Gold): 68,160,984 matches
Kevin De Bruyne (ZOM, Standard Gold): 43,880,069 matches
Blaise Matuidi (ZDM, Standard Gold): 31,387,718 matches
Fabinho from Liverpool FC and Kanté from Chelsea FC are currently the most popular players in FIFA 19. And at least Fabinho, based on the numbers, probably won’t be caught anymore, especially since he was already at the top in January. Following him are Pogba and de Bruyne, two more Premier League players, and Matuidi, a representative from Serie A.
Notably: Both Matuidi and Fabinho had an extremely good price-to-performance ratio. Although both only have an 85 rating, they offered a relatively low price over the course of the season and good combination possibilities for hybrid teams. Additionally, only players in central midfield made it to the top 5.
These defenders were played the most: Defenders include the positions IV, RV, RAV, LV, and LAV. The most popular defenders were:
Raphaël Varane (IV, Standard Gold): 72,539,767 matches
Virgil van Dijk (IV, Standard Gold): 68,860,830 matches
Kyle Walker (RV, Standard Gold): 58,652,399 matches
Sergio Ramos (IV, Standard Gold): 55,367,450 matches
Alex Sandro (LV, Standard Gold): 47,748,999 matches
Varane and van Dijk are the third and fourth most popular players overall. However, it should be noted that the players had many special cards or new upgrade cards after winter, which may have been less common on the transfer market and influence the count only to a limited extent. The actual number of games played is likely much higher.
Among goalkeepers, it can be observed that the Premier League is clearly in the lead here. With Thibaut Courtois, only one keeper in the top 5 does not play in England. Manuel Neuer would have followed in 6th place!
These Bundesliga players were played the most: Those who have looked at the previous lists will have noticed that the Bundesliga was not represented in the top 5 per position. Here we look at who the most popular Bundesliga players were:
Jérôme Boateng (IV, Standard Gold): 22,231,555 matches
David Alaba (LV, Standard Gold): 20,752,983 matches
Manuel Neuer (GK, Standard Gold): 18,366,907 matches
Marco Reus (LM, Standard Gold): 13,468,905 matches
Robert Lewandowski (ST, Standard Gold): 11,448,736 matches
Here there are few surprises. Bayern occupies most of the spots. Only Marco Reus managed to sneak in between. Other favorites included: Ralf Fährmann, Renato Sanches, Axel Witsel, Timo Werner, and Leon Goretzka – but only in the following spots. Will the most popular Bundesliga players also be really strong in FIFA 20?
It shows: Overall, especially cards that have been in the game from the beginning rank high. Logically, since there has been significantly more time to play them than, for example, TOTS or upgrade cards.
Will they also become favorites in FIFA 20? These players could definitely be candidates:
In the MMORPG Lost Ark, new clues about a release in the West are emerging. At least, there are glimmers of hope. One lead comes via my.com in Russia, the other through Korean trailers. Will the online role-playing game finally reach us in Germany and Europe?
What is the situation with Lost Ark? The MMORPG Lost Ark is currently playable in some parts of the world, but not here in Germany yet. Those who want to play Lost Ark in Germany have to take some detours.
Now, there are two developments that give new hope.
Hope 1: Russians bring store to Europe – Lost Ark included?
This is the news: The Russian gaming publisher “My.Games” has now announced plans to go “global”. My.Games is the gaming division of “Mail.ru”, a huge Russian corporation.
They want to launch their “My.Games Store” worldwide in Q4 2019, thus offering their free-to-play games and premium titles to an even larger audience.
In the current Russian version of this store, Lost Ark is already visible, alongside titles like Conqueror’s Blade or Warface. We in the West cannot access the version – My.com has installed an IP block.
In the current version of the store, Lost Ark is already visible. (Source: Venturebeat)
My.Games claims that they have had a lot of success in Eastern Europe, and now they plan to reach both a Russian and a global audience.
It is said that this step gives their international partners the chance to reach a large audience and players would then have more games to choose from.
Lost ARK – Release still in 2019 with the new shop?
Is Lost Ark included? We do not know that at the moment. Lost Ark has not properly launched in Russia yet. However, My.Games holds the rights in the Russian market via my.com.
It is quite plausible that we could play Lost Ark in the West via the then-international My.com Store in Q4 2019 if My.com comes to an agreement with Smilegate.
This would also explain why we have not heard anything about a West release until now, if they have been planning this deal for a while. However, localization into English would have to be underway by then.

Hope 2: The Koreans are now making trailers in English
This is the news: About two weeks ago, Lost Ark released three TV trailers for the new class “Assassin”. All of them have an English audio track, although they are made for the Korean audience.
This could indicate that Smilegate is planning to bring Lost Ark to the West after all – or the English voice is just in there because English sounds cool to Koreans.
The lead producer of Anthem, Ben Irving, recently announced his departure from BioWare. With this, a well-known and important figure leaves the company. The community is hotly debating Irving’s departure, as the head of Anthem has been highly controversial among players since his days with the MMORPG Star Wars: The Old Republic.
Who is taking their hat off? On August 15, Ben Irving announced via Twitter that he will be leaving BioWare after eight years. He received an “exciting opportunity” to join another game developer.
Irving was previously the lead producer for the MMORPG Star Wars: The Old Republic before taking the same position at Anthem. In this role, he was “the face” of the action RPG and communicated with fans on Twitter and Reddit before the launch and was seen in many live streams.
Irving’s departure is currently a hot topic among Anthem players. The producer had a difficult standing in the community.
Irving in one of the last live streams of Anthem
This is why Irving was controversial: Before his position at Anthem, Ben Irving was the lead producer for SWTOR (Star Wars: The Old Republic). When he transitioned from the MMORPG to the shooter, some players were relieved: they blamed Irving for decisions that were poorly received by SWTOR fans, such as Galactic Command from Patch 5.0. This update completely changed the reward system at the time and introduced RNG loot boxes.
Irving also stumbled at Anthem. When players asked why some features from the trailers are missing in the game, he replied that some things in the game were not as they were during development. However, this was not because BioWare was not honest at the time, but because the features had changed during development. Players often recall this with the “Cost of Transparency” meme.
A small outcry in the community occurred when Ben Irving implied in a tweet that there would also be armor sets in the Elysian chests. The BioWare developer Chris Schmidt then spoke up and clarified that there would be no armors in the chests.
This is what the community says about the departure: Players on the Anthem Reddit and our readers on MeinMMO have already exchanged thoughts about Irving’s departure. Various factions have emerged, interpreting the departure differently:
Some players are worried about Irving’s transition to another developer. He was the figurehead and face of Anthem, and the departure of such an important person is always a bad sign for a game.
Other players are cheering over the departure. They blame Ben Irving for some of the unpopular decisions made at SWTOR and Anthem.
Other freelancers see the lead producer’s change as an opportunity for Anthem: new people could bring a fresh perspective to the development.
One of our readers, Alex, says, “Bad news? There could hardly be better news; his work was terrible at SWTOR.”
Gres Nim, on the other hand, states, “Change of the lead producer? This is good news. We must not forget that FFXIV 1.0 was also a complete failure. Anthem like Realm Reborn! If it turns out well, I might eventually get it too.”
Currently, a Twitch clip of a league match for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is going viral. It shows a team giving up despite being massively in the lead. The reaction of the Twitch streamer to this mistake is really beautiful.
What does the clip show? As reported by Dexerto , it is about a league match of the FPL in CS:GO, the FACEIT Pro League.
The game is actually already decided – one team is leading 11:1.
Then the player Salim0 excitedly calls out: “Please make a pause, pause, pause, please.”
At the same time, a poll pops up on the left side of the screen, quickly receiving 4 plus votes. But then the “Match is over” screen comes up. You can hear some voices shouting: “What the fuck?” The Twitch streamer WoznyTV sinks into his chair, then grins wider and covers his face with both hands.

Team gets baited into surrendering because they follow convention
What happened there? It is common for CS:GO players to immediately agree to a vote when one of the players asks for a pause.
When Salim0 called for a pause and then opened a poll, the team members quickly agreed without checking what the vote was about. They thought it was about whether the game would now be paused.
However, the player did not open a poll for a pause but one about whether to surrender the match. Since evidently no one took the time to check this in the heat of battle, the far superior team ended up surrendering the match.
It is unclear what the player was thinking, whether it was a massive troll attempt on his teammates or if he simply made a mistake because he needed a break so badly.
Streamer’s reaction makes viral Twitch clip so beautiful
The reaction of the Twitch streamer is fantastic; he takes it in stride. In hindsight, he can surely enjoy his mistake: The Twitch clip has already recorded over 130,000 views. The Polish streamer WoznyTV has only about 30 viewers on average and 2,700 followers.
In December 2018, the pirate/survival MMO Atlas was released. The launch was plagued by issues. Now, three-quarters of a year has passed. How is the game doing now?
The launch of Atlas went like this: On December 22, 2018, Atlas was released in Early Access. Prior to that, the release had been postponed three times. Despite this being the fourth release date, the launch was problematic. Many bugs and crashes marred the gaming experience.
The interesting part: Despite many people cursing Atlas, it sold quite well – on Steam, the game was even a top seller. This was likely because, at the time, few new games were being released, especially in the survival genre. Initially, an average of 40,000 players were playing. At that point, it was already considered a hit.
Atlas after 2 months: On MeinMMO, we looked at Atlas two months after the release. From “Mostly Negative”, the Steam ratings improved to “Mixed”. There was still a lot of criticism:
Land claims ruined the starting experience for new players
Official servers provided poor performance and many griefers
Positively, private servers were mentioned in February 2019. Here, players could enjoy the game according to their own rules and have fun. At that time, about 14,000 people played the game simultaneously.
Now, we are looking at how Atlas stands in August 2019. Has the game improved? Did player numbers increase again, remain the same, or fall further?
What major updates have there been?
Restart in April – What changed? In April, Atlas introduced a test server where players could eagerly try out new content before it was released. Along with that came 3 new game modes:
Mega-update in May: The big Atlas update in May offered many new contents, such as storage crates on ships and an ice dungeon. Players had been waiting a long time for such new content. However, the mega-update couldn’t get Atlas properly back on track, another idea had to be conceived.
Now there is a single-player mode: Although Atlas is designed for 40,000 players, the announcement of a single-player mode in Atlas came in June. This received a lot of positive feedback from players.
The current player numbers of Atlas
How many players does Atlas have now? According to the Steamcharts database, Atlas has maintained an average of about 3,000 players since June. The trend is downward. While there were still 7,276 players at peak in June, only a maximum of 5,221 players were online at the same time in the past 30 days (as of August 17, 2019).
The embedded graphic clearly shows how low Atlas has fallen. From almost 40,000 average players in December 2018, there are now only 2,685.
It can also be seen that the restart in April brought some players back to Atlas. However, as we moved towards May 2019, the numbers dropped again.
Community feedback
How do the reviews look? The recent reviews, which are 473 votes in the last 30 days, rate Atlas on Steam as “Mixed”. 53% of the submitted reviews are positive.
The total reviews, amounting to 23,766 votes, for Atlas on Steam are 36% positive. This gives the game an overall rating of “Mostly Negative”.
The island claiming makes bases vulnerable for 9 hours, which is way too long, as you have to guard your island from opponents during that time
PvP servers are frustrating because opposing players can destroy bases overnight
Still many bugs and performance issues like FPS drops or lags
Positively, it is mentioned that there are now many contents that bring variety to the game. One player states that Atlas has improved significantly since its launch.
“After almost 400 hours of gameplay, I must say that it has developed well after the bad start,” writes Prandolin on Steam.
“My first review. I have been playing the game since December 2018. In the beginning, there were major issues, which were mostly fixed by early January, allowing the game to be playable. I still play it now, it is July 27, 2019, and the game is just great. There is always something to do, and it never gets boring. I play daily as much as my time allows. […].” writes satyrus on Steam.
We will continue to keep an eye on Atlas for you and will inform you if something important happens. If you are looking for a survival game to try something else first, you can find it here.
Destiny 2 will experience some changes to PvP with Shadowkeep. Franchise Director Luke Smith addressed changes in the Crucible in the third part of his blog series and also mentioned the Trials. PvP players have been waiting for this mode, the Trials, for a year already. And they will likely have to wait even longer.
What are the Trials? The Trials were a weekly PvP event in Destiny 1 and at the beginning of Destiny 2. With the arrival of Xur, the Trials opened on Friday evening and disappeared again with the Weekly Reset.
While the event was known as “Trials of Osiris” in Destiny 1, it was named “Trials of the Nine” in Destiny 2. Additionally, there were some changes compared to its predecessor that were less well-received by players:
Smith takes responsibility for this himself and writes, if he could turn back time, he would challenge the team to do many things differently. Bungie is determined to learn from the mistakes they make and to make things right.
The Trials of the Nine are still indefinitely on hold. In the blog, the “Nine” from the Trials of the Nine is particularly highlighted. Some players see this as a sign that the mode could return in some form.

What other PvP changes are coming? With Shadowkeep, the existing PvP playlists are being overhauled:
The previous Quickplay will be removed and replaced by Classic Mix. The playlist includes the modes Control, Supremacy, and Clash, and has matchmaking based on connection.
Competitive will be replaced with a 3v3 Survival mode that rewards you with Glory points. There will also be a Solo Survival that also awards Glory.
6v6 Control will become a standalone playlist. Bungie believes this mode is the perfect entry point for new players coming to Destiny 2 with New Light.
There will be weekly 6v6 and 4v4 rotation playlists. These include the modes Clash, Supremacy, Showdown, Lockdown, and Countdown.
Some maps that didn’t perform well in PvP will be removed from matchmaking. Which ones they are has not yet been disclosed.
The Widow’s Court, a popular map from Destiny 1, returns with Shadowkeep for Elimination
Additionally, Bungie is currently working on four variants of 3v3 Elimination with different approaches to revives and Heavy ammo. The mode is still being developed, but the developers want feedback from the players, which is why Elimination returns to the Crucible Labs. This is the test playlist for PvP modes.
To test Elimination on familiar terrain, the popular PvP maps Widow’s Court and Midnight from Destiny 1 are returning. So far, the two maps have been mentioned in connection with Crucible Labs. Whether they will also be available for other modes is still unknown.
In the fall, there are also plans for changes to skill-based matchmaking. This is primarily intended to help new players who are expected with the free-to-play transition.
In the MMORPG World of Warcraft, WoW Classic is very popular. Now, a Blizzard employee warns that the US server Herod is massively overcrowded. Players should switch or there will be queues with more than 10,000 players or even more.
This is what Blizzard says: Community Manager Randy Jordan says that after the name reservation for WoW Classic it is clear that Herod will be massively overpopulated. If everyone who registered there really stays, there will surely be queues with more than 10,000 players – possibly more.
Therefore, they will now open “Stalagg” as another new realm and hope that as many players as possible will register there instead of on Herod.
It literally says: “We urge players on Herod to consider switching to Stalagg.”
Blizzard says: We will not open another server for WoW Classic until Stalagg is full.
The German servers will also be packed.
The new servers are much larger than the old ones
How full are the servers? Blizzard adds that the news about server populations is based on “new, enlarged capacities.”
A realm that is currently labeled as “medium” has many more players than the most densely populated realm back in 2006.
Blizzard could theoretically allow many more players on a server than in 2006 – but will not raise that limit any further. Otherwise, there would later be queues.
Herod is likely also popular because the server is supposed to remain “streamer-free”.
Why is Herod so popular? In the US community, Herod has emerged as the server where players want to have the most “authentic gaming experience in WoW Classic.”
Are there also such problems in Germany? German players have limited server choices – currently, only one German PvE server and one German PvP server are planned for WoW Classic.
The first results of our survey indicate that the vast majority of our readers who play WoW Classic will be on a German-speaking realm:
In World of Warcraft Classic there are 9 classes to choose from. But which one should you play? We provide you with a little help.
In a few days, it will finally begin, and World of Warcraft Classic will launch. Players can explore the original Azeroth again and enjoy the vanilla state of WoW. But which class should you play? After all, the classes back then have little in common with the classes in current WoW. To provide you with a little help, we have listed all the classes with their pros and cons and a brief description here. Maybe this will help you make a decision!
[toc]
All 9 Classes from WoW Classic with Their Strengths and Weaknesses
In World of Warcraft Classic, there are a total of 9 classes, but only 8 of them are playable with the respective faction. Because shamans are only available for the Horde and paladins exclusively for the Alliance. We show you all nine classes along with their respective strengths and weaknesses.
Druid
The druid is a quite versatile class in WoW Classic, but doesn’t truly excel in any role. He is considered a hybrid and can therefore respond flexibly to any situation. Additionally, he is the only class that even has a resurrection ability that can be used in combat.
He is a well-liked healer and especially popular as a flag carrier in PvP. His different animal forms make him versatile and ensure that you can move quickly through the world even without a mount, making leveling pleasant.
Pro
Hybrid, can quickly take on other roles in combat
Cool animal forms provide versatility
Can resurrect once in combat
Contra
Is not the best class in any role
Is usually only desired as a healer
Often seen as “second choice”
The druid is ideal for: all players who want to roam Azeroth in cool animal forms and fill any role in a group flexibly.
Hunter
Hunters are practically the perfect solo class in Classic. Thanks to their pet, they can kill multiple enemies at once, where other classes would have to flee or simply die. However, this strength comes with the disadvantage that they have less bag space, as one bag serves as a quiver for arrows that must be constantly bought anew.
The hunter’s pet also needs to be fed regularly, as it will perform poorly or even run away otherwise. The damage is solid, but usually not enough for the first place.
Pro
One of the best solo classes
Large selection of pets
Epic questline at level 60
Contra
Requires ammo & food for the pet
Has a reputation as a “greedy” character in Classic
Low DPS compared to other DPS classes
The hunter is ideal for: anyone who wants to progress easily solo and has a love for animals.
Mage
Mages are well-liked in World of Warcraft Classic because they have many useful attributes. They provide bread and water for their teammates or themselves – saving costs, as otherwise one would have to buy food. Thanks to portals and teleportation, they are also extremely mobile and can quickly cross the two continents.
In dungeons, they can turn enemies into sheep and deal significant damage. One last important point is that mages can excel at AoE farming, making it easier to collect gold when saving for an epic mount.
Pro
One of the strongest DPS classes
Extremely high area damage allows for easy farming
Many useful effects, such as food or portals
Contra
“Glass cannon”, thus very quick to die
Some enemies have high magic resistances
Generates much aggro, which annoys tanks
The mage is ideal for: players who enjoy playing glass cannons and want to deal massive damage without regard for losses.
Paladin
Paladins exclusively support the Alliance and can specialize in all three directions, which guarantees access to all content at least during the leveling phase. This should also be utilized, as leveling as a paladin alone can be quite tedious. As tanks, they are only viable later with very good gear, and as damage dealers, they lag behind many other classes.
However, in PvP, the paladin is dangerous. Because you can’t kill him quickly, he can be quite annoying. Raid groups swear by paladins because of their unique and very powerful buff spells.
Pro
Very good healer
Many unique buffs
Free mount
Contra
Only desired as a healer
Very tedious and boring leveling phase
Only available for the Alliance
The paladin is ideal for: players who enjoy playing the iconic class of the Alliance and want to fill multiple roles at once.
Priest
Priests are the epitome of a healer in Classic and are therefore in high demand in all game content. They are the favored healers in dungeons, raids, and also in PvP. When leveling, you should therefore join a group, as it makes everything easier. Leveling alone is quite solid but somewhat monotonous, as you have to use your wand a lot.
However, be careful with the choice of race: Priests have a different special ability with each race. Dwarves are particularly popular for their fear protection.
Pro
The best healer in the game
Will be taken with open arms in every group
Epic questline at level 60
Contra
Unpopular and hardly usable as a DPS class
Dependent on other players
Expectation to always be a healer
The priest is ideal for: healers. No class heals as well as the priest, making you constantly overwhelmed with group requests.
Rogue
Rogues are, along with druids, the only class with stealth, allowing them to move unseen. This shortens the time spent questing since you can bypass many enemies. However, as nice as sneaking is, the rogue has trouble fighting multiple enemies at once.
On a PvP server, a well-played rogue becomes the nightmare of his enemies. Rogues can also pick locks to help other players. Their damage is solid but is usually outperformed by other classes.
Pro
Very strong DPS class
Stealth simplifies many contents
Lockpicking is needed by all players
Contra
Difficulties leveling solo
Heavy gameplay that requires a lot of practice
Unreliable control effects
The rogue is ideal for: anyone who wants to make life hell for other players in PvP and enjoys dancing on their corpses.
Shaman
Shamans exist only on the side of the Horde. They can be used as versatile fighters. While shamans are a hybrid class, they can specialize more than druids. As healers, they have very good group healing, while as enhancers, they can kill enemies with just one attack using the feared “Windfury procs”. They can also resurrect themselves after death and even walk on water.
Pro
24 different totems with strong buffs
Can resurrect themselves after death
Probably the best support class
Contra
Has a difficult leveling phase solo
Is almost always seen as a healer
Only available for Horde
The shaman is ideal for: players looking for a strong support class but want to be more versatile than a priest.
Warlock
The succubus is clearly the decisive reason for a warlock.
Warlocks are another pet class and have a clear advantage when leveling. Thanks to several different demons, they can react appropriately to every situation and complete numerous quests that would otherwise require a group. In groups, they are popular because they give the healer a second chance with soulstones and health stones please all players. Additionally, they can summon missing group members with the help of others, thus reducing waiting times.
However, the damage of warlocks is generally in the mid-range in the endgame. Another drawback is that warlocks must sacrifice many bag spaces to carry a large supply of soul shards with them, which they need for certain spells.
Pro
Companions make solo play massively easier
Despite being cloth, high survivability
Receives a mount for free
Contra
Not the top DPS class
Frequently needs to generate “soul shards”, which takes time
Enemies have a “DoT limit”, which makes warlocks unpopular in raids
The warlock is ideal for: anyone with a succubus fetish. And of course, everyone who enjoys solo play or wants to be eyed by healers due to their soulstone.
Warrior
Warriors in Classic are synonymous with the term tank. When looking for a tank, one will almost always prefer a warrior skilled in protection. However, the warrior also deals a lot of damage, as the arms and fury specializations are strong in both PvP and PvE, placing the warrior high on the damage meter.
Every player wants to have one or two warrior tanks on their friends list, as they are highly sought after. Leveling can be a bit slow until level 20, but after that, one can manage well alone if one prefers to play solo.
Pro
The best tanks in the game
Very strong DPS class
Always needed in groups
Contra
Long leveling phase
Strongly gear dependent
High repair costs
The warrior is ideal for: anyone who enjoys receiving many group requests and prefers melee combat. Every group needs a warrior, ensuring a spot is guaranteed.
In advance, we conducted a survey to find out how popular the individual classes are in WoW Classic. So, if anyone wants to orient themselves on which class is rarely represented and therefore “special”, this provides a good reference point.
Warriors were extremely popular here with 15%, while hardly anyone wanted to play paladins – only 6% of players.

In Fortnite the mood between parts of the community and the developer Epic is becoming more difficult. Twitch streamer Brett “dakotaz” Hoffmann has now announced that he will no longer spend money in the game. Other streamers are also taking a stand against Epic and their recent statements. They are receiving a lot of support from angry players.
This is what the Twitch streamer says: The streamer Brett “dakotaz” Hoffmann has a reach with 4 million followers on Twitch. He has now announced that he will not leave a single cent in the Fortnite item shop, until the controversial mechs are removed.
Even the casters of the World Cup are straying now
How are others reacting? Dakotaz is not alone in his protest. Other big Twitch streamers who became popular through Fortnite have recently expressed negative opinions about Epic and Fortnite. They want to focus on other games.
So Twitch streamer TimTheTatman tweeted to Overwatch: “I’m coming home, dad!”

Even the two Twitch streamers who appeared as casters for Epic at the Fortnite World Cup (featured image) are straying a few weeks later:
Fortnite streamer Jack “CouRageJD” Dunlop says he will now play Minecraft.
Ben “DrLupo” Lupo has been playing Dungeons and Dragons and recently played Destiny 2.
These are all streamers who owe a huge growth boost to Fortnite. Due to the big hype around Fortnite on Twitch since early 2018, many streamers’ channels and their income have increased tremendously.
Competitive players cheer on the streamers
How are the fans reacting? In the competitive Reddit the Twitch streamers like Dakotaz are receiving a lot of recognition. Now is the time to take a stand against Epic.
Here too, there is currently dissatisfaction with the stance of the Fortnite developers.
Players hope that when the “big names” start working against Epic and Fortnite, Epic will eventually relent.
Why are fans and Twitch streamers so angry? It is about the introduction of the new vehicles “Mechs” with the start of Season 10. Some players feel they are too powerful and have no place in Fortnite.
This news has outraged many who play Fortnite with ambition.
The viewer numbers for Fortnite are still active – if Twitch streamers truly protested, it would look different. (Source: Twitchmetrics)
Do my Twitch streamers take their protest seriously?
Is the protest noticeable? Currently, the Twitch numbers for Fortnite are stable. They have dropped a bit after the World Cup, but are still at a “normal level.”
If DrLupo plays something other than Fortnite and it is too far from what fans want, the viewer numbers will drop significantly. (Source: Twitchmetrics)
What is the problem with the protest? If streamers temporarily play something other than Fortnite, the temptation to return to Fortnite is great when the “new games” do not generate as many views and hits on Twitch as Fortnite does. This form of protest could fizzle out if Twitch viewers simply switch to other streamers who continue to play Fortnite.
Dakotaz’s method could prove effective: If he continues playing Fortnite but does not spend money, it could also encourage his 4 million followers to stop spending money. Epic would notice that.
Because in Fortnite, the big Twitch streamers serve the developer Epic as “runway models” for the latest skins and actually participate in the earnings.
The online mode of GTA 5, GTA Online, is known for its curiosities. But have you ever seen such a deadly transformer?
This is happening in the online world: Time and again, players encounter hackers and modders in GTA Online who interfere with the game. Some are invulnerable and have crazy weapons, others let money rain down, and still others promote popular YouTubers in the game.
Anyone who regularly plays GTA Online has surely seen such attractions. Recently, transformers caused a stir in the community.
What kind of transformers are these? In the GTA Online Reddit, user Gogeta1717 reported that it was once again a day where you encountered cheaters in the lobby. The Asian player said there were 3 Chinese hackers in his lobby this time. They built a ridiculously huge transformer out of tanks and planes.
Even in the screenshot, the thing already makes an impressive impression. And you can’t even see it in motion.
The “body” was formed from a mass of tanks that were magically glued together. The “head” is a transport helicopter, and the “hands” are the dangerous Hydra jets.
At first glance, it becomes clear: You should definitely not mess with the colossus. Gogeta1717 wrote, “Yes, they ran through the city in a 23-player lobby. Not easy to get up close because they shoot at you right after spawning.”
The player still shot at the moving metal pile and immediately regretted it: “These Chinese are aggressive and wild. When I hit the robot with a shot, the three of them teleported directly to me and shot at me with the Stun Gun. They didn’t stop at all.”
How can one build something like this? In the Reddit thread, many players are amazed by this construction. Others are wondering what is even going on.
“How can they even glue these tanks together?” asks TurtleSniper on Reddit. In response, a player says that this kind of stuff has been around for a long time. You simply connect objects with a vehicle. It works similarly to building stunt maps. You just have to create it once – then you can save the corresponding code, and anyone with a mod menu can spawn it.
