In Fortnite , Epic is once again taking legal action against an alleged cheater. The 14-year-old appears to be particularly persistent. Epic states that despite the lawsuit, he just keeps going.
Epic has sued the boy, among other things, for copyright infringement: When someone creates a cheat, they have to tinker with the code. For that, Epic wants to hold him accountable.
This is how the boy responded to the lawsuit: It concerns the YouTuber CBV. He has discussed the topic “I am being sued by Epic” in several YouTube videos.
At first, he reacted angrily. He said, “Fuck Epic Games,” they wanted to drive his family into bankruptcy.
Later, the 14-year-old stated that he had received “30,000 pages” in the mail from Epic. He thought it was strange that they were suing him, but he has a good lawyer and is not too worried.
In the video, you see him flipping through the files – to terribly distorted music.
Lawyer: He is a minor, you cannot sue him
This is how the boy is defending himself against the lawsuit: As Torrentfreak reports, the boy’s lawyer has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. The lawyer wrote to the court, among other things,
the boy is a minor, and therefore cannot enter into a contract that he could then violate
the boy lives in Illinois and has no connection to the jurisdiction of North Carolina (where Epic Games is located) – thus, the court is not competent
in other states, it is completely unreasonable to expect a minor to defend themselves

This is how Epic responds: Epic has now responded to this motion to dismiss and stated that even the lawsuit has not stopped the boy from cheating. Epic wrote:
“In an 87-minute long video, the defendant announced that he is now streaming for the first time since the lawsuit. After that, he live-streamed himself logging into Fortnite and demonstrated the hacks while playing the game.”
The boy’s defense, that he is immune to consequences because he is too young or that the court lacks jurisdiction, would not be convincing. The boy must be aware of the potentially illegal nature of his actions. After all, he has been:

At the Chicago GO Fest, for example, the Icognito “C”, “H”, “I”, “A”, “G”, and “O” were available, while at the MAG Erfurt the forms “M”, “A”, “G”, and “!” were available. Traveling to these events is not always easy and may not be a goal for casual players.

What’s the use of Icognito? In battles, none of the 28 forms of Icognito will be your first choice. It is rather a collector’s item – and you need it to complete the PokéDex. Accordingly, Icognito is more for collectors. There is only one entry for Icognito in the PokéDex, where you can scroll through the different versions of the monster that you have already caught.

Adventures
Each of the three episodes is expected to add new adventures to the game that tie into and continue the main story. These story missions are approximately five hours long each.

Raids
A new raid will be added in each episode. Raids are designed for four players and are meant to provide an “intense co-op experience.”
The first raid, Project Titan, comes directly with Episode 1 and takes you to an active volcano. There, you will face challenges that test all the skills you have learned during your time in Aurora.
In the game, you will encounter different factions that are expected to evolve further. New missions are scheduled to be released each month, explaining the factions further and providing character development.
Players can access new faction missions every day. In an interview with Game Rant, Breakpoint developers Eric Couzain and Nouredine Abboud mentioned that twelve new faction missions will be available every day. These types of missions could continue “forever,” according to the developers.
According to the roadmap, a new class will be added in each episode. In Episode 1, Operation Greenstone, players will receive the Engineer. This class specializes in hacking and heavy weapons.
The new classes can be played in PvE and in PvP, such as the Ghost War mode. Owners of the Year 1 Pass can access the new classes one week earlier than other players.
In Remnant: From the Ashes, you not only collect various weapons and equipment, but also level up your character. An important means that helps you through the inhospitable worlds of the game are traits. These traits exist in the game, and this is how you unlock them.
What are Traits? Traits are special passive abilities that allow players to improve their own character. Traits are always active once you have unlocked them.

What you should note: Your game world in Remnant develops randomly. This means that each game is different and is dynamically generated. This can lead to some dungeons or events not being in your game.
If you have your eye on a particular trait that you can’t find in your game, you could join other players in their worlds and hope that they have the locations or events in their sessions.
Due to overcrowded servers in WoW Classic, Blizzard has now announced that some of them will receive a free character transfer. However, the selection in Germany is quite limited. Fans express joy, but also criticism.
Both are PvP servers. Lucifron is one of the first two realms planned for WoW Classic in Germany, before two more were opened at launch and another four after launch. Lucifron is also plagued by the largest queues.
How can I transfer? In a previous post, Toschayju explained how to carry out a transfer. The respective option should appear in the character selection screen or in the queue. However, there are some prerequisites for the transfer:

Keep in mind that the times mentioned above are not set in stone. The server downtime may end earlier or later, as Bungie has often surprised us in the past years. If you have problems downloading update 2.5.2.2 on PS4 or Xbox One, Bungie recommends restarting the console.

What changes today? – Patch Notes Update 1.40
These changes are known: According to Bungie, update 2.5.2.2 focuses on “Quality of life” – improving gameplay comfort – making your Guardian life more enjoyable and convenient.
The full patch notes are now known. The main new feature is that the pinnacle grenade launchers “The Summit” and “Wendigo GL3” will become more accessible – the quests will thus be easier.
For Wendigo, grenade launcher kills will yield twice as much progress for the quest as before, grenade launcher multi-kills grant 50% more progress, and the penalty for dying while reaching the goal of 15,000 points is removed, and completing playlist strikes grants a significant amount of progress.
For The Summit, the number of required multi-kill points will be reduced from 200 to 75, the number of medal points from 100 to 25, and the points earned in the competitive playlist will be further increased compared to other PvP modes.
The stack limit for planetary materials, weapon master materials, Vanguard tokens, Crucible tokens, and Iron Banner tokens will be increased from 999 to 9999.
Braytech schematics are no longer limited to 1 per day.
Braytech schematics have a 25% drop chance when opening a Rasputin data cache.
The four Braytech weapons needed for the Wanderer title now have a greater chance of obtaining those you do not have yet.
Enemies in Reckoning deal less damage and have less health.

With the start of the new Season 8, Bungie is introducing a kind of Battle Pass for Destiny 2. Many Guardians view this feature skeptically. However, this system isn’t that new. Destiny 1 already had something similar with the Grimoire Cards, and many Guardians thought it was great.
What is the Battle Pass? Bungie wants to make the upcoming Season 8 a bit more exciting. Therefore, there will be the possibility to level up within a total of 100 seasonal ranks – in a kind of Battle Pass. For the various rank upgrades, you can then snag rewards. All you have to do is play Destiny 2 and earn experience points. Those who own the Season Pass will have access to many more rewards.
After a season ends, the ranks will reset, and it all starts over again. The Battle Pass system will be available at the beginning of October.
That’s why this system is not really new: With the “The Dawning” expansion, Bungie introduced the Grimoire Books in Destiny 1 to reward Guardians in-game. To do so, one simply had to play Destiny 1, complete various challenges, and earn experience points for the book. This allowed players to level up in the book and receive loot. Many Guardians appreciated this system and eagerly completed their tasks to complete their Grimoire Book and earn loot.
