Themed Events: So far, a few themed events are known, for which Niantic will provide more information later.
Bug Tussle (from August 10 to August 16): This event is all about Bug Pokémon. At the same time, Genesect is also in the raids. All contents of Bug Tussle 2022.
Event for the Pokémon World Championships (August 18 to August 23): For the first time, Pokémon GO is part of the World Championships. In the game, you will encounter NPCs that battle with teams of Championship winners. There are also special researches with promo codes.
Final Event of GO Fest 2022 on August 27: This event is likely to be particularly interesting for many trainers. Niantic has already mentioned that you can expect a new special research and great Pokémon encounters. Anyone who purchased a ticket for the global event on June 4 and 5 can participate for free in the final event. Details will follow.

The new MMORPG Tower of Fantasy launched in early August and is very popular, resulting in waiting times for logging in. Additionally, cheaters are disrupting the gaming experience. The developers are now addressing this issue.
The developers Hotta Studios seemingly did not anticipate such a surge in players for Tower of Fantasy at release, which is why players have to wait to enter one of the servers.

The developers announced on the Tower of Fantasy website that they intend to work on the anti-cheat system to make it harder for hackers. In their post, they mention “punishments”. We currently do not know exactly what those will be.

Fast travel in Red Dead Redemption 2 is an important feature to get from A to B without long waiting times. We show you where to unlock fast travel and how to use it.
Traveling from one city to another on the huge map can take a few minutes. Of course, you can also admire the beautiful towns in RDR2, hunt wild animals, or encounter interesting NPCs along the way.
However, if you want to quickly get from one mission to the next, the long riding paths can become quite annoying. The fast travel feature alleviates much of this frustration. Fast travel is particularly handy, for example, when you are on the hunt for the 13 legendary fish. You unlock it at your camp and use it from there as well.
If you don’t want to use fast travel or haven’t progressed far enough in the game, you can utilize other travel methods.
Using fast travel in RDR 2
Fast travel in Red Dead Redemption 2 is not unlocked until Chapter 2.
How do you unlock fast travel? First, you need to progress in the story. You get the mission “Loan Sharking and Other Sins” from Mr. Strauss at the camp. Once you bring back the first debts to Mr. Strauss, you will get to know the donation box and the ledger. They are located by Dutch’s tent.
In the ledger, you can unlock camp upgrades. The structural improvements then provide fast travel. Do you still lack the necessary funds for that? Here you can find gold bars in Red Dead Redemption 2, which you can sell for $500 each.

How to start fast travel in RDR 2

Besides fast travel, there are additional methods to move quickly across the map of Red Dead Redemption 2.
The stagecoach
You can find the stagecoach in Red Dead Redemption 2 at the icon with street signs. You should find it in most towns and locations. How could FIFA 23 be purchased for 6 cents? In the Indian version of the Epic Games Store, the price of the Ultimate Edition of FIFA 23 was set to 4.80 rupees, which is equivalent to 6 cents. Those who learned of the error and quickly pre-ordered the game were able to snag the bargain.
Of course, this information quickly spread in the community, and reddit user u/rajat20rana shared his heavily discounted purchase in the subreddit for the football simulation.
However, those who purchased the edition at such a low price have been anxious since then about whether they would actually receive the Ultimate Edition for that price.

The US site Kotaku reports on a 21-year-old woman who found an unusual topic of conversation on the dating platform Tinder: the Japanese action role-playing game Nier: Automata (PS4, PC, Switch) from 2017. According to her, she has convinced 22 men to buy the game. She even received praise from Yoko Taro, the mastermind behind the game.

In Pokémon GO, you have been able to send event tickets to friends for some time now. However, a trainer is now showing why that might not be such a good idea and is also calling for a new feature in the game. We from MeinMMO explain what this is about.
What feature is being discussed? In addition to the free content that Pokémon GO mainly offers, certain events occasionally take place, for which you need a paid ticket, such as the GO Fest or for the special research during Community Days.
In order to play these events together with friends and family, Niantic introduced a gifting feature in May. This way, you can purchase the event ticket in the in-game shop not only for your own account but also gift it to friends if you have at least the best friends status.
And everyone loves receiving such a gift. Or do they? Because this new gifting feature for event tickets is currently causing quite a stir in the reddit community. We explain why.
That’s why a gifted ticket causes trouble
Those who enjoy and especially regularly play Pokémon GO will surely be happy about a gifted event ticket. This is what a friend of the reddit user KappaCritic evidently thought, although he doesn’t know him personally at all.
This person reported in his reddit post that he received a ticket for the finale event of the GO Fest 2022 as a gift from one of his friends. And even though he is grateful to this friend for the gift, he is not satisfied with the current feature at all.
Because as well-intended as the other trainer was in enabling him to participate in this special event, KappaCritic has no time to take part that day. However, his friend couldn’t have known that, as KappaCritic explains in the comments, they have never met.
For this reason, he is annoyed that another player has spent extra money on a ticket that will not be used and cannot be returned or re-gifted. Therefore, he is calling for the introduction of a “No Gift Tickets” feature.

In addition, the user dawnward118 points out that she has already seen players rename their buddies accordingly: to “no gifts please” (via reddit.com). It seems KappaCritic is not the first player in Pokémon GO to experience something like this.
Why do trainers do this? Many cannot understand why trainers simply gift event tickets to other players. Because as with KappaCritic, they often do not even know each other in real life or have exchanged only a few words over social networks.
Additionally, there is the fixed event time during which the ticket can only be used, which has also led to problems for KappaCritic.
User zGnRz writes (via reddit.com): “Honestly, it’s crazy when some people gift something for $10 in a mobile game, but apart from that, why would you gift someone something with a time constraint? I mean, nice gesture, but I only use the gift feature for people I know will be there…”
And swanny246 would also like to know why KappaCritic was gifted a ticket by another trainer he doesn’t even know (via reddit.com): “Yeah, I’m really curious why OP was gifted a ticket at all.
