Quarter-finals & Semi-finals – 21:00 to 06:00

How did the teams perform in the group stage?
Group A: Spain, Sweden, Canada, and Brazil faced each other. A group that promised a lot of potential. The big favorites were the Swedes, but Spain managed to push them down to 1st place in their group. Both teams made it to the quarter-finals, led by their captains Sergei ‘Winghaven’ Torras from Team REUNITED and Jonathan ‘harryhook’ Tejedor Rua from Team EnVyUs.

Group B: If there was an absolute “group of death,” it was probably this one with Russia, USA, and Germany. All three are among the best teams so far. Germany was even considered one of the favorites for the championship title! Unfortunately, Germany did not make it in the group stage and was utterly crushed by Russia, as can be seen in the following video. Germany managed to go home with one point and finished ahead of Chile in third place in their group. Sorry guys, maybe next year.

Group C: Here it was less spectacular, and South Korea simply dominated the second-placed Finland, thanks to Gong ‘Miro’ Jin Hyuk’s Winston.
Group D: This group featured three teams that delivered exciting matches, namely China, France, and Thailand. They all had a chance for a spot in the quarter-finals until the end of the day. Ultimately, they all competed in a round-robin tournament against Nepal to determine who would advance. China and France succeeded in the end – they can continue to hope for the championship title.

We are excited to see which teams will make their way to the podium and the grand finale!
