It hangs like its relatives, the Kilowatt Snail, on the wall and does not initially look like a classical snail:
In focus, you see the Megawatt Snail, next to its non-mutated counterparts. The Megawatt Snail is larger and bluish, so you should be able to recognize it well.
Once you have found it, simply equip your catching net, aim somewhat accurately, and the sought-after creature will end up in your net, allowing you to complete the quest with Dareel in the Windebene.
