After more than a year of waiting, Riot Games has finally released the new skin bundle Gaias Vengeance 2.0 in Valorant. However, the community has reacted divided to the skins, and MeinMMO now tells you how these reactions are unfolding.
What does the new bundle include? The original “Valorant Gaia’s Vengeance” collection was released in March 2022 and quickly became popular in the Valorant community. The designs of the skins sparked the desire for a sequel, which has now been fulfilled.
Under the name “Gaias Rache” the new skins are finally available in the shop. The price of 7,100 Valorant Points (VP) means that each individual skin costs 1,775 VP and the knife 3,350 VP. The bundle corresponds to a value of about 75 US Dollars.

Streamers complain about recycling old skins
How are the streamers reacting? Despite the long wait, the reactions in the Valorant community are divided. Many players have eagerly awaited this bundle and are ready to spend their money immediately. But not everyone shares this enthusiasm.
The Twitch streamer and TikToker “JessydeLua” expressed her disappointment in her latest TikTok video that the knife skin includes the axe. She would have preferred the skin without the axe and regrets that Riot Games opted for the reuse of the old design. She said she expected more from this set.
Similarly, the streamer and TikToker “Attix” expressed disappointment over the exact recycling of the skin and would have preferred a karambit design with a handle made from a root and a crystal blade. Attix repeatedly emphasized in his videos how poorly the skins look in his opinion and that he does not like them at all.
Both also expressed their disappointment that the bundle does not include skins for the weapons Sheriff, Operator, or Odin.

Another user finds the bundle “very boring” and has the impression that Riot Games put little effort into the implementation by simply transferring the Gaia skin onto other weapons.
