Total War: Warhammer 3
The most popular game in the Total War series by player numbers is Total War: Warhammer 3, and the predecessor is even one of the highest-rated Warhammer games on Steam. If you are interested in the world, this game is ideal for getting to know the many different factions.
In particular, the huge “Immortal Empires” campaign that depicts the entire map of the world serves as a type of history book for Warhammer Fantasy. Almost every race from Warhammer is represented there:
- the Chaos Gods with their main representatives in the realm of mortals
- Dwarfs and Elves along with their “evil” siblings
- the nasty Skaven and Beastmen
- undead Pharaohs, vampire pirates (of course)
- Orcs! Orcs! Orcs!
