We will ORK YOU! The guitarist of Queen sees green
Brian May is probably only known to the older among you, although he has had more influence on modern pop culture than just about anyone else. Together with Freddie Mercury and Roger Taylor, he founded the band Queen in 1970, of which he is still the guitarist today.
May is responsible for songs like We Will Rock You, I Want It All, and The Show Must Go On, but what probably few know about him: He is also an author of various non-fiction books, an animal rights activist, and has a PhD in astrophysics.
This is the perfect segue, because: The British musician not only knows about space stuff, he also plays with it!

An article from White Dwarf from 1990 (#122) mentions his visit to the headquarters of Games Workshop in Nottingham (Reddit), and he has helped the band D-Rok, which is inspired by Warhammer, as a guitarist. The reason is said to be primarily his son Jimmy’s enthusiasm for Warhammer 40,000.
During his visit, he reportedly sculpted an Ork head with designer Kev Adams. How deep his connection to Warhammer really is is hard to say.
