Guild Wars 2 celebrates its release on Steam and we are celebrating with it! Win one of 3 codes for the Complete Collection of the popular MMORPG at MeinMMO.
This is what’s happening in Guild Wars 2: After there were already rumors and hints, Guild Wars 2 was released on Steam this week. At 21:00 our time it started on August 23.
The contents of the base game of GW2 are free, and if you just want to check it out and try the game, you can simply download it on Steam. However, if you want to play additional content like DLCs and Living World chapters, you have to pay.
After only 3 days, the reviews for the MMORPG on Steam were at 85% and “very positive”. The helpful community, which welcomed newcomers, and the horizontal progression of GW2 were praised.
