GTA 5 Online is currently offering you the chance to quickly earn over 200,000 GTA dollars. This works with 2 races that we explain to you here in the guide.
The two time trials in GTA Online are a way to quickly earn a lot of money. And practically without effort. This week, the time trials Route 68 for normal cars and Cemetery for RC Banditos are active.
You can complete both races in just under a minute each. We will show you where to start them and give tips to get you to the finish line on time.
Time Trial on Route 68
How does it work? For this race, you have one minute and 19 seconds. You must reach the finish line within this time limit. The good thing about this race is that you only have to follow one road. So there’s no difficult route to memorize.
You can find the starting point at the purple stopwatch near Trevor’s airstrip.
We at MeinMMO have successfully completed this time trial many times. It turns out that cars with a high top speed are particularly successful here. In other races, handling and braking characteristics are important, but not so much here.
We recommend the Pariah for this. With a top speed of about 218 km/h, it ranks 4th among the fastest cars in GTA Online.

This is how you win the time trial on Route 68 in GTA Online.
RC Bandito Race Cemetery
How does it work? You can find the starting point for the RC Bandito race near the Maze Bank offices. On the map, you will see the symbol of a purple remote control. This race is exclusive to the RC Banditos. These are the small remote-controlled cars.
If you have unlocked the RC cars, you can also earn 101,000 GTA dollars in this race. The time of one minute and 19 seconds is quite generous. Even after an accident, you will still reach the finish line on time.
You should be able to do this easily. Then the 101,000 GTA dollars will go directly into your account.
The small cars behave differently when driving compared to your larger vehicles. Important tips to make the race successful:
- The number of arrows at the checkpoints indicates the tightness of the curve – one arrow is a loose curve, two or three arrows are tight curves
- Avoid accidents and orient yourselves according to the curve degrees
- The small racers can take tight corners even at higher speeds, but watch out for bumps so you don’t flip over
You will complete both races in about 2.5 minutes and add another 202,000 GTA dollars to your account. For the racers among you, this should be no problem. This week, however, the races should also be doable for players who are not very experienced in racing. The tracks are really easy.
A visit to the casino is worth it
If you’re already there … then also check out the casino. Because there you can currently win the Toreador. You just have to spin the lucky wheel. And this is really worth it for you, as the car normally costs 3,660,000 GTA dollars.
Players want to have already found a tactic that allegedly always wins the podium vehicle in the GTA Online casino.
So, a visit to GTA Online is really worth it for you this week. But you should hurry, as the races and the car on the podium in the casino will change again on Thursday.
