The MMORPG Gran Saga has released a new trailer, in which you can admire its vast game world. It looks absolutely fantastic.
What can be seen in the trailer? The video shows several locations from the game world that you can explore in the MMORPG Gran Saga. The interesting thing about this world is that it is not an open world, but you travel between different zones on a world map, much like in classic JRPGs. However, these zones are often so large that they almost feel like an open world.
- You see a gigantic city that is so big that you can ride through the streets on horseback.
- In the wilderness, you will encounter mysterious structures and ruins as well as beautiful landscapes that invite you to linger.
- There are mysterious, gloomy places. Swamps with dead, gnarled trees from which a mysterious blue energy emanates.
- A heroine rides over a sparkling lake, while another character stands in a desert next to a dragon-like creature.
- In the distant ocean, a structure can be seen that looks like a crashed flying object. Such mysterious structures, like ancient, giant weapons, can be found in several locations.
- Volcano caves, crystal landscapes, eerie and foggy places are also shown.
Gran Saga is an anime to play and watch
What impression does the video make? Gran Saga feels like an anime to play. The developers placed particular importance on the visuals because it is crucial for them that the MMORPG is successful on streaming platforms like Twitch. Viewers should always feel like they are watching an anime where the story continues to unfold.
The video definitely makes you want to visit the shown locations and uncover their secrets. The game visually reminds of the successful Genshin Impact. However, it offers an MMORPG gameplay experience with some interesting innovations.
This includes the weapon system, which allows you to define your playstyle and develop through the special weapons you wield.
When is the game coming out? Gran Saga launches in South Korea on January 26 on PC and Android and iOS devices as a Free2Play game. An international release is planned, but as of now, there is no launch date.
