What kind of team is this? We have looked for players from the Bundesliga who have good stats in important areas, but are still not too expensive. This team will help you through the first days in FUT while you collect coins for stronger players.
Currently, the team costs around 35,000 coins in total. That averages to about 3,200 coins per player. However, you can get some of the players cheaper, while others are a bit more expensive. Depending on your coin status, you can also replace individual players with alternatives.

11 good Bundesliga players for Ultimate Team
This is the team: Since it is a complete Bundesliga team, you do not have to worry about chemistry. All players fit together.
A solid starter formation of 4-4-2 was chosen, which can act offensively and defensively. We looked for a mix of players that combines pace with good passing and defensive stats. Here is the Bundesliga starter team:
In attack, there are two forwards with Bebou and Dortmund’s striker Malen, who are particularly dangerous with their pace and dribbling. You should not have any problems getting through the opponent’s defense.
- Alternatives: If you are looking for more clinical finishers, Thomas Müller (a bit more expensive) could be a choice.
In midfield, two solid players were chosen for central positions who can both defend well and also possess the necessary skills for going forward: Laimer and Sabitzer are all-rounders that you can use for any task.
- Alternatives: Emre Can is also a great choice for starter teams as an all-rounder but is significantly pricier than the two players. A cheaper, somewhat more mobile option going forward would be Dortmund’s Bellingham.
On the wings, pace is again important: Diaby is a classic in FUT starter teams. And Silas on the right side brings the advantage of being a 5-star skiller, which compensates for his otherwise rather average stats.
- Alternatives: The Bundesliga offers a few options on the wings that are also viable, including Bellarabi or Gnabry. There are also two strong options in Sané and Coman, but they are noticeably more expensive.
The defense is composed of speedy and defensively strong players. With Tapsoba, Akanji, Mukiele and you have a backline that will not be easily overwhelmed by fast attackers. All four are equipped with decent pace.
- If you need more defensive power at the expense of pace, for example, Hernandez is a possible choice. Generally, there are several options in the Bundesliga. On the right, Mbabu is a viable choice but is more suited for a pricier team.
In goal, you have the usual dilemma of choice. We opted for the inexpensive Hradecky – but there are also some good alternatives with Sommer or Gulacsi. Overall, most players in goal perform well.
However, it remains to be seen how the market will develop in the first days of the season. After all, we are still in the pre-phase – the full release will take place only on October 1st.
