All icons in FIFA 19 Ultimate Team are presented here in the list. You will see the icon cards with their ratings. In FUT 19, there are three new icons from Germany that you can get on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Switch.

Complete icons list known: As of September 6, 2018, all 74 icons that will be in Ultimate Team mode are known. EA Sports presented all new icons and confirmed that they will be added to the existing icons from FUT 18.
German icons and other highlights: From the German perspective, Lehmann, Klose, and Ballack are participating in FUT 19 for the first time. Matthäus, who was the only German icon so far, is also represented. The icon players with the highest ratings are Pelé (98), Maradona (97), and Ronaldo (96). The best new icons are Best and Baresi, each with 93.

What are Icons and why does each have three cards?
With the Icon cards, EA brings former star footballers back to the virtual pitch of FUT. They have shown outstanding performances in the past and left a lasting impression on the world football stage. They are no longer active as professionals.
The Icon cards only exist in the Ultimate Team mode on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Switch. They are extremely rare and powerful – and thus highly coveted. The prices for Icon cards on the transfer market are extremely high at the start of the season.
Why does each Icon have three cards? Each Icon has three cards in FUT 19 with different ratings that reflect different phases in the careers of the former professionals. Two card versions of the Icons will be available in packs directly at the launch of FIFA 19. The third versions with the best ratings, the “Prime Icons”, will be available at certain times during the season.
Update: EA Sports announced that the Prime Icons will be available in packs at launch.
Are there no “Legends” in FUT 19? Legends that were Xbox-exclusive are no longer available. Since FIFA 18, only Icons exist that are available on all platforms.
