In FIFA 18 the TOTW 28 (Team of the Week 28) is known. These players receive Inform cards in Ultimate Team.
FUT Birthday is over, the next events like the Team of the Season or the World Cup mode are still to come – currently not much is happening in FUT 18.
But despite the international break, on Wednesday, March 28, at 7 PM the new Team of the Week will be released. The international friendly matches will probably also be taken into account – usually, only league matches count for the TOTW.

Recommendations for small budget
Besides the highlights, there are also players each week who are strong but many players overlook due to their rating, their league, or their obscurity. This could make them real bargains on the transfer market.
There are some interesting cards this week. Kyle Walker with 91 pace as center-back or Paulinho with his first Inform, who will be an extremely strong LaLiga “Box to Box” player. Overall, the complete starting XI consists of very strong cards – they will also all have their price.
A true diamond can be found on the bench: Matthijs de Ligt, center-back from Ajax Amsterdam, with his third (!) Inform. 80 pace, 87 defending, and 88 physical are more than outstanding values, and he stands at a height of 1.88 meters. And even though he is Dutch and from the Eredivisie, he is not difficult to incorporate:
With the Inform of Nicolas Tagliafico, a very solid left-back, as well as the IF of goalkeeper Jeroen Zoet, he can be linked very well – even with a small budget. And for the wealthier among you, there’s the possibility to link him with one of the many icons from the Netherlands with a strong link.

What is the Team of the Week (TDW) in FIFA 18 Ultimate Team?
Every Wednesday, EA Sports reveals the Team of the Week in their annual football simulation “Ultimate Team” mode. This is also the case in FIFA 18. Players who excelled in real football during the previous week are rewarded with special cards that possess improved attributes.
You can pull the TOTW cards within a week from packs that may contain Rare (Gold) players. However, the chance of doing so is considered low.
Additionally, you can purchase these on the transfer market if they are offered by other players. The prices for them are usually extremely high. If you want to buy one of the new informs for your team, it is advisable to do so at the beginning of the following week, as they will be cheaper then.
