“Your account is locked” – on PS4, PS5 and Xbox, error code 395002 from Diablo 4 causes some stress, but players have apparently found a solution.
What is this error code? The code 395002 occurs when the servers of Diablo 4 are under heavy load. This can have several reasons:
- Prime time: Many players want to play Diablo 4
- Maintenance: Server work is being done in the background
The error can also occur if one has tried to log in too often (via battle.net).
On PlayStation and Xbox, players receive the somewhat disturbing message: “Your account has been locked” with the note that one should wait a few minutes. But there seems to be a more elegant and quicker solution.
What can you do about code 395002? Before you completely restart your device, you can try a small trick that has worked for some players. However, you need a teammate who is still logged into Diablo 4:
- Completely close Diablo 4
- Get invited into the game
- Start the game via the invitation
It has also been shown in other connection problems with Diablo 4 that a logged-in player represents a kind of bypass, allowing one to circumvent server issues. This is also the case with code 395002.
If that doesn’t work, you can still quietly shut down your device completely, make a coffee, and hope for server improvement.
The error apparently occurs more frequently when Diablo 4 performs server-side maintenance. If you can’t get in despite several attempts, you will need patience.
