The new information about the PlayStation 5 was not well received by every fan, there was even discussion about teraflops. A game developer has now reacted and stated that the PS5 is supposed to be one of the “most revolutionary consoles” ever.
Which developer is it? Andrea Pessino is the CTO of Ready at Dawn Studio and previously worked on the PS4 exclusive title The Order: 1886. So he knows the quality of the PlayStation 4.
He has now reacted to the presentation of new technical details of the PS5. Many foreign words were used there, and bored fans fixated on the teraflops that are said to be more in the Xbox Series X.

This is what Pessino says: The developer is betting with his community. He says: “Within a year of the launch, players will fully appreciate that the PlayStation 5 is one of the most revolutionary, inspired consoles ever designed, and they will feel silly for having struggled with ‘teraflops’ and other similarly misunderstood specifications. “
The developer praises the new PlayStation in the highest terms and laughs at the criticism from viewers. He suggests that the technical details are misunderstood and cannot be properly assessed.
In further tweets, he supports his opinion. Pessino states that he is not paid for this and is not purely a PlayStation lover. He likes all consoles, but what Sony is doing with their new console is really good for developers.
What does Pessino mean by that? The recent presentation of the PS5 was very technical, and the average player probably did not understand much of it. The technical terms were then compared with those of the new Xbox, and the differences were criticized without properly grasping the meaning.
Pessino himself, who can probably do much more with such terms, says that it is all not that decisive, and the new PS5 will be revolutionary.
What do fans say about Sony’s presentation? Some players say that while they do not understand much, the excitement for the new PS5 is enormous.
Others expect details on the critical topics for players: price and exclusive games. They would then decide for the PS5 or for the Xbox Series X.
