Eventually, a Shai girl named Arkin will appear, who gives you a quest – in return, she ensures that you can enter the forest and the village Pororin without hindrance.
For the quest, Arkin will take you to the Wind Forest Spirit Offin, who is wearing a relic on his head. Climb onto the running tree from behind and retrieve the relic for Arkin. She will thank you, and from then on you can enter the area in the forest and the village Pororin undisturbed.
