Moonlight Sculptor is the new sandbox MMORPG from XL Games, the creators of ArcheAge. Starting today, you can register for early access. We will show you what the MMORPG has to offer.
This is Moonlight Sculptor: The MMORPG will be released worldwide for iOS and Android starting in May 2021, while it has already been released in South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao. The developers now plan to launch in 157 countries – including Germany.
The mobile MMORPG features classic classes like Alchemist, Archer, Mage, Paladin, or Warrior, but also includes the Sculptor class, which is the namesake of the game. You can engage in PvP tasks online or farm XP offline. Therefore, you are not required to use the online aspects permanently.
The MMORPG features an anime-style aesthetic and already impresses in the trailer with large landscapes and strong graphics.

This is what makes the MMORPG special: Especially the Sculptor class is interesting. XL Games reveals that you cannot choose this class, but can only decide against all other classes. As a result, you will become the Sculptor later on.
In the trailer, you can see the Sculptor training before he jumps towards the big boss with a small weapon at the end. It remains to be seen what abilities the class will have at the launch of the game.
This is how you can register: Currently, you can only register for early access via the Google Play Store (via Google Play Store). The activation for the Apple App Store will follow soon.
These rewards await you: You will be rewarded here if you register early. The more registrations there are, the better the rewards:
- 100,000 registrations: 100,000 gold and ten teleportation scrolls
- 200,000 registrations: three blessed armor enchantment scrolls and three blessed weapon enchantment scrolls
- 300,000 registrations: three buddy eggs and one premium buddy food (valid for 3 days)
- 400,000 registrations: 500,000 gold
- 500,000 registrations: 200 red butterflies
These are the developers: XL Games is well-known in the MMORPG scene. They have already produced ArcheAge and the Buy2Play variant ArcheAge: Unchained. Both games are quite popular among MMORPG fans and rank among the best sailing MMOs in our opinion.
ArcheAge stands out primarily because of its vast selection of classes you can choose from. This also speaks for Moonlight Sculptor, as the Sculptor class is a hallmark there.
