Fortnite gives you cool and free items once again, which you can earn without much effort. We will show you step by step how to qualify for it and what you need to do for the event “Love is in the Air!”.
What is this event about? In this event, Epic provides small gifts for a chance to get to know the Creative mode better. In it, you can play fun matches with friends or start daring Death Runs.
To participate, you need to register and then have the chance to snag two items. We will show you how to do it.
Creative Madness – Two Items for Valentine’s Day
The items in this event are themed around romance. They are inspired by Valentine’s Day:
These items can be earned:
- Emote “There is Love!”
- Pickaxe “Heartbreaker”
How do I get them? To do this, you need to link your account with the Fortnite: Creative Madness site.
Once you’ve done that, you’ll receive the emote. To get the pickaxe, you need to play the Creative Madness map for 30 minutes. You can find it in the Creative Hub. If you need the map code, it is as follows: 7266-3680-0768
When does this end? Alongside this event, you have a chance to win $100,000 with your favorite influencer. Therefore, we assume that the deadline for the Death Runs with the influencers is also the same date as for the items.
Therefore, we believe you have time to earn the items from February 7th to February 22nd.
How do I win the $100,000? To play with your influencer like HeyStan or Standartskill, you need to complete the Death Run in a best time. Here’s how to proceed:
- Register on the website with your Epic Games account.
- Play the Creative Madness map. You can access the map via the Discover screen or by entering the island code.
- Record your attempt on the Creative Madness map.
- Choose your favorite creator.
- Upload your video to YouTube.
- Share the link to your video and your best time on the website.
Once you’ve done that, you’ll have to wait until February 22nd. Until then, all submitted videos will be reviewed, and the lucky finalists will be crowned. After that, you’ll have to compete against eight influencers from different regions and also against their community from February 26th to 27th.
If you and your influencer qualify, you will compete against the other finalists on March 12th in the finale. The winners will receive the prize money.
