Conan Exiles, as a sandbox survival MMO, is a feast for all modders who want to realize their own ideas in the game. Thanks to the now released Unreal Engine Dev Kit, any gifted modder can easily incorporate their own features into the game. The first fruits of these efforts are listed here for you. Have fun!

The Slave Gang, Shaved Barbarians, and Gigantic Genitals!

The first mods for Conan Exiles cover a whole range of ideas. Among them are meaningful and useful features like portable lightweight slaves, who then stand by our side as our “gang”.

However, there are also quirky mods like silly giant weapons or even larger penises that flutter impressively in the wind. All mods from the Steam Workshop must be activated separately in the game. Sometimes they may only work after several restarts.

Me and My Gang – Lighter Thralls – Create Teams

What to do if you have no friends in the Conan world but still want to set off as a group? Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you could take your slaves as fighters instead of always leaving them behind as guards in the camp?

With the Lighter Thralls – Create Teams mod, this is no longer a problem, as you can now carry your slaves as 5-kilo items and place them at your location at any time. For example, you could set up an ambush. However, keep in mind that your slaves can also die in battle, and then all the effort of training was in vain.

I Need More Bark! – EvenBetterBark

Bark is an important resource for steel production. Because only those who joyfully consume large amounts of bark while tanning animal hides will receive the coveted tar as a “by-product”. Bark, in turn, can only be harvested in small quantities if you use a pickaxe on trees instead of an axe.

The useful mod EvenBetterBark simply gives you more bark when you hit a tree with the axe. However, it only works with steel and iron pickaxes, but as long as you don’t have any iron yet, you won’t need that much bark anyway.

Never Lose Your Way Again! – MapCoords

Conan Exiles provides you with no assistance in the basic version. You can only look at a map and recognize your current position in it. Nothing else. Therefore, it can happen that you cannot find the way to your corpse anymore and thus lose valuable resources. Or you forget where exactly your house is? Or the once found iron deposits that you can’t remember?

With the MapCoords mod, the map is divided into grid squares with numbers and letters. This way, you can easily note down on a piece of paper or document where you found what. This simple mod should make the game much more comfortable and less frustrating.

Oily and Shaved – Shaved and Oiled

Normally, your barbarians run dirty and hairy through the wasteland. But with this mod, you can oil your barbarians and give them a sexy shine. In addition, the Shaved and Oiled (Female Version) mod also removes the pubic hair of your female barbarians.

There is also a mod for men, but it is called Oiled Male Models. But regardless of whether woman or man, there is no creature that an oiled Scotsman barbarian can’t catch!

It’s All About Size – Beyond Limits

This mod package gives free rein to your silliness! Because if you’ve always wanted a meter-long penis, truly gigantic breasts, elephant ears, or green skin, you can let loose in this mod.

The mod Beyond Limits does exactly this – it lets the sliders during character creation in Conan Exiles be pushed to extremes, creating truly bizarre barbarians. If you like, you can even run around completely without a head in later versions of the mod!

Yuck Spider! – Replace Spiders with Snakes

Are you terrified of spiders and can’t stand the creatures on your screen? Bad news, because in Conan Exiles, there are truly giant spiders roaming that will attack you with their venomous fangs. It’s not fun for real arachnophobics.

Wouldn’t it be great if – let’s say snakes – had eaten all the spiders? With the Replace Spiders with Snakes mod, that’s exactly what has happened. Instead of creepy spiders, there are now snakes everywhere where the disgusting crawlers once lurked.

It’s Even More About Size! – Weird Weapons

If you prefer oversized weapons from anime and manga, this mod is perfect for you. With Weird Weapons, you get a feature that significantly enlarges all weapons. However, this makes the fights in the desert barbarian game look unintentionally funny.
