The new Battle Royale mode Call of Duty: Warzone can now finally be played solo. The new update has added the solo mode as well as several fixes and new features.
Warzone now also Solo: The Battle Royale Warzone was released on March 10 and was originally intended for trio squads. Now, a week later, you can finally play solo without having to find teammates and without disadvantages.
Playing solo and duo was possible before, but only with significant limitations. The solo mode has officially been introduced with today’s update.
To play it, select the “Solo” option in the Warzone menu. The new update is now available for download and play on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
Update from March 17 – Patch Notes
This is how multiplayer changes: Along with the Warzone update, the multiplayer modes of Modern Warfare also received some adjustments. Specifically, several modes were added or modified:
- Cranked Kill Confirmed was added
- the Mercenary Moshpit was added
- “Doorbuster 24/7”, a mode only with the new map Atlas Superstore (10v10)
- the Gunfight has now adopted the style of St. Patrick’s Day for the occasion
What else changes? Many of the changes and fixes that came today, we already informed you about on Sunday. Specifically, the following bugs were fixed:
- excessive speed after leaving the Gulag in Warzone
- bug that prevented the weapon from being pulled or used after stowing it away
- getting stuck under a buy station when the character is lying down
- the last task for “Boats and Trains” was not counted
- Kills in Warzone now count for the player who downed the opponent (not for the one who kills them on the ground)
- exploit that allowed players to shoot while lying on the ground
- bug that made depositing cash into a balloon impossible
- bug that allowed players to “clip” into the wall of the hospital
